What a day! Starting a new life in a new city can be so tiring. I woke up this morning to the sound of my alarm clock just to find out that I only have 30 minutes to get ready for my first day of work. I decided to have a quick shower but when I turned handle, it got broken so I had to go to work without a bath. Ewww right? That wasn’t even the end of it. While I was on my way to work, the heel of my right shoe broke (I shouldn’t have worn those shoes). I almost landed on the pavement face down if not for the guy who caught me. Whew. Knight in shining armour. I didn’t even say thank you. Ugh. Silly me. Hmmmm. I wonder if he was cute. I didn’t really see his face since was in a hurry. But I hope he was cute. Ha-ha. Okeeeeyyyy. Back to the topic. Aside from getting late and getting my heels broken, I also discovered that I have the worst boss ever! She’s so nosy and she keeps on bringing this stapler that she keeps on clacking at almost every employee she meets! Gosh! She’s crazy! What have I done wrong to deserve this kind of torment? Help! SOS! Mayday-mayday! Hu-hu T.T But what actually made this day really bad was not the broken shower or the broken shoe or even the crazy boss. It’s the charm bracelet Dad gave me during my college graduation. I lost it. I mean totally lost it. Waaaahhhh! I really want to cry right now. Hu-hu T.T I don’t even know where I lost it. Waaaahhhh! God bless Dad’s soul. Dad, please don’t get angry. Love you.
Well, today was not full of misfortunes. Actually, something weird happened today. When I arrived this evening, there was a red rose at my front door. I asked the guard of the apartment who left it but he said he didn’t know. It even had a note attached to it. It says, “If you are patient in one moment of anger, you will escape a hundred days of sorrow”. The quote seems applicable for today’s experience. Hmmm. The rose was actually a bit creepy. Ha-ha. I wonder who left it. I guess I have myself a secret admirer. Exciting!

Such a beautiful day. I woke up just in time to witness the beauty of sunrise. It was a very busy day at the clinic but everything went well. Lots of owners coming in and out with their different pets. I even had to treat a dog for eating detergent soap. But for Harang, he seems to be having fun entertaining the pets while they wait for their turn—except for the cats though. Ha-ha.
Honestly, today was an extra beautiful day. Why? I met a girl. Well, not exactly met in the usual hi-hello, nice to meet you kind of way. It was more of like she flew at me kind of way. I think the heel of her shoe broke and in a way I was thankful that she landed at me when she flew (?). Atleast she didn’t get hurt. She was obviously in a hurry that she didn’t even notice that she lost her charm bracelet. I only got a glimpse of her and she looked beautiful...but clumsy. Yes. Beautiful but clumsy. Ha-ha. I wonder if I’ll see her again. I really want to return the charm bracelet to her.
By the way, I also met another girl a yesterday. Well, not exactly met, more of like heard. I heard her singing when she was getting inside her apartment. I didn’t get the chance to see her face since the door slammed shut by the time the elevator door fully opened. Her voice was like an angel. I hope I could get to know her. I think she just moved in to the building since there were a lot of boxes outside her apartment. I thought of helping her but then my shyness took hold of me again. Aish.
