You were looking outside the window, trying not to have any conversations with your friends as you knew they would keep asking questions about what they had just found out. You looked up to the sky, and wished good luck to Jaejoong. You really wanted his team to win. That was your honest opinion about today. You wouldn't want him to abandon his teammates just to come to your birthday. And you knew it would hurt him, and you even more. You received a text message.

~I'm waiting for you outside your house.~
You couldn't believe what you read. He left the basbetball game just for you. It showed how much he cared about you, but you couldn't let him make a mistake like this. You quickly opened the front door and gasped when you saw him standing right in front of you. He really did come.
You touched his cheek, "Jae...why?" You managed to say.
"------, who is it??" Siwon asked as he stood up and started walking to your direction.
You held Jaejoong's hand and pulled him to the backyard where you could talk to him without anyone seeing you two together. You looked around and when you made sure no one was watching you, you let go of his hand and sighed. He looked confused.
"Why are you here?" You asked him, worriedly. You were feeling very uneasy and you tried to calm down.
He held your hand, "Why didn't you tell me it was your birthday?" He said, and raised his eyebrow.
You looked away, "I thought you would find out."
"Well, I didn't. But I still came, why are you angry?" He couldn't understand why you were getting angry even after he left the game for you.
You looked into his eyes, "This is not what I wanted. I want you to go back!" You angrily yelled.
"What?" He held his forehead, "You..."
"Yes! I know you love basketball! And I won't misunderstand so go back! Maybe coach will give you a chance!" You were trying hard not to start crying.
He was going to lift your chin up but you slapped his hand so he pulled it away.
"Fine." He turned around and ran off.
You rubbed your eyes, "Jerk...why do you make me feel so useless!" You yelled after him, but you weren't sure if he heard that.

"Guys I'm sorry!" Jaejoong said when he entered the gym but there was no one there. He ran to the dressing room and everyone was taking off their basketball uniforms. "What happened?" He asked them, but Yesung and Kibum ignored him and they left.
Yoochun scoffed, "Why did you come back?" He said, angrily.
"Where is everybody?" Jaejoong ignored his question by asking another question.
Yoochun shook his head, "I'm going home." He said, and left as well.
Jaejoong couldn't understand why there was no basketball game, so he turned to Yunho who was about to leave.
"What happened here?" Jaejoong stopped him from leaving.
"You were almost going to be kicked out of the team again." He rolled his eyes, "But we told coach that if you're kicked out of the team, then we won't win tonight."
"What-"
"Man, you really thought we would keep playing basketball without you?" He lightly hits Jaejoong's arm.
Jaejoong smiled, "So, what now?" He asked, curiously.
"Coach postponed the basketball game, and you're not kicked out of the team." He laughed.
"Thanks." Jaejoong shook hands with him and they both left.

Jaejoong was in Yunho's car.
"So now she is your girlfriend?" Yunho asked. He looked really surprised and couldn't believe it was true.
Jaejoong chuckled, "Yeah. That mean girl is my girlfriend."
"So now, there is no team shining and rising?" Yunho pouted.
"That was just a childish game." Jaejoong took out his phone and sent you a text message.
"I remember the day you two first met." Yunho held his chin.
FLASHBACK:
Yunho's POV:
We were standing near your locker and hot girls were surrounding us. And right in front of us, Junsu was talking with a new transfer student. The girl kept looking at Jaejoong like she had a crush on him.
"The new girl is staring at you." I whispered to Jaejoong's ear and he took a quick glance of her.
"Whatever." He said, and kept flirting with the girls.
Then suddenly, the new girl was standing right in front of us.
"Jaejoong hi." She smiled.
But Jaejoong ignored her.
"Nice to meet you. I'm ------."
He turned his back on her and ignored her again. This time, she got really angry.
"I just wanted us to become friends." She mumbled.
Jaejoong turned to her and smirked, "I don't need a friend like you. Could you leave you're ruining my image." He shoved her to the side and walked past her when she threw a book to him which hit his head. He angrily wlaked towards her started yelling at her while I was trying to calm his down.
"Stupid girl!" He yelled.
"You think you're better than everyone else?! I'll show you who you're dealing with!" She pushed him a little.
He scoffed, "Don't mess with me!" He yelled.
END OF FLASHBACK
"We were kids back then." Jaejoong laughed.
"But you haven't changed." Yunho said and after a while parked his car.
They got out of the car and found their way to your house.
They were standing at your doorway, trying to decide if they should press the doorbell.
"Now that I think about it, why did I say that?" Jaejoong mumbled which Yunho heard.
He laughed, "Show off."
Jaejoong laughed as well, "So I was the one who started group rising and shining."
Yunho finally pressed the doorbell, and Sunny opened the door.
"What are you guys doing here?" She asked, curiously.
"We wanted to wish ------ a happy birthday." Yunho pushed Jaejoong inside, "Go." He whispered.
But he was stopped by Kyuhyun and Siwon. They wouldn't let him go any further.
"Why are you here Jaejoong? ------ hates you so why did you come here?!" Siwon yelled.
Jaejoong couldn't say anything. He knew you wouldn't want him tell everyone the fact that he was your boyfriend now.
"Huh? Why aren't you talking? Stop looking down on everyone!" He was going to hit Jaejoong but you protected Jaejoong by pushing Siwon away from him.
"What are you doing?!" You glared at him.
"------ah, why are you protecting him?" Kyuhyun couldn't believe his eyes.
You were really angry at them for trying to hurt Jaejoong.
"Were you going to hit him?" You asked Siwon who was obviously starting to understand everything.
"------, is he your boyfriend?" He asked, pointing to Jaejoong.
Jaejoong was quiet.
You nodded, "Yes. He is."

"Jae, sometimes you're like a little kid. Why didn't you say anything?" You crossed your arms and looked away.
Jaejoong got a little closer to you and gave you a basket ball shaped keyring.
"What's this?" You asked, while staring at the keyring.
"Happy birthday." He coolly said and sat on the bench.
You pouted.
And sat next to him.
"Jerk..." You mumbled.
"If you don't want it, I can take it b--"
"No...thank you... it's so cute." You smiled.
Jaejoong was unusually quiet. He tried not to have eye contact with you which bothered you.
"What's wrong?" You touched his arm.
He turned to you and smiled. "Nothing."
"So...umm...did you make it...to the game?" You looked sad.
"They postponed the game. Don't worry."
It felt very awkward between you two for some reason. You wanted him to talk to you, but he was quiet, and didn't look like he wanted to talk. You were about to stand up when you accidentally fell on his lap. When you turned your head slightly to the left, you ended up looking right into Jaejoong's eyes. His face got closer, and closer to yours.You closed your eyes, waiting for him to kiss you.
"Jaejoong!" Yunho was looking around to find Jaejoong.
And the moment was gone.
Jaejoong helped you stand up and waved his hand around for Yunho to see him.
"(AAHH!)" You pouted and followed Jaejoong.
"(Yunho, you ruined it.)" Jaejoong clenched his fist.
