You nodded and let him pull you to him. And you took a quick glance at Soo Yeon to see what she was up to.
Soo Yeon cleared her throat, “Ahem.”
The guy nodded understandingly and said, “Oh, yeah.” He chuckled and did the same thing as Jaejoong.
They were having fun, ice skating. You could hear their laughter from 5 metres away, and you were glad that they were enjoying themselves. This was the perfect time for Soo Yeon to confess her love to him.
You turned to Jaejoong, “So this was your plan, huh?” You pouted.
“I’m a genius.” He said, smiling.
“Genius…yeah right…” You mumbled.
“Can’t you just get along with me for once?” He asked you, whiningly.
“No.”
“Soo Yeon, I had fun today.” The guy nicely said, and smiled.
“Me too sunbae…”
“So, bye…I guess.” The guy walked past.
“Wait, um…sunbae…” She was looking down.
The guy unexpectedly lifted her chin up, and looked into her eyes.
“Soo Yeon.” He smiled.
“Sunbae, I…I like you!” She shouted.
“I know me too.” And as he said that, the both of them were already on their way to the bus stop. Soo Yeon sent you and Jaejoong a text message thanking you for your help. You were happy about that.
You smiled when you read the text message. When Jaejoong saw you like that, he himself became somewhat very pleased. But his smile faded when you returned to your old self.
“Anyways, now that this is over, let’s just forget we ever came to this place.” You cruelly said.
“I was just about to say that.” He left you on the ice skating rink, alone.
“Babo.” You frowned.
“Who can tell me about the world…?” The teacher was trying to explain something to the students.
But he knew as well as the other students that your group and Jaejoong’s group were busy chatting. The whole school knew you and Jaejoong hated each other.
“------, where were you yesterday?” Sunny asked you, curiously.
“I was at home.” You lied.
“Oh come on, don’t lie to me. I know you were with Kim Jaejoong.” She said, loudly.
“Shh…” You glared at her, “I wasn’t.” You pouted.
“Really? Really really ?” She asked you, her eyes sparkling.
“Yes.”
“That Changmin…he lied to me…” She said, angrily.
It was a boring day, and you had wished to be somewhere else. To be honest, you were actually quite bored of this “fight” thing, but you had an unexplainable hatred towards Jaejoong. And you knew you could never stop arguing with him. For you, he wasn’t a classmate, he was your enemy.
You were walking to the bus stop; gloomily look on your face. It was very cold outside, and your hands were freezing.
“How could I forget my gloves?” You mumbled.
You sat down on the bench, and took out a book to read while you waited for the bus to arrive. Someone sat next to you, giving you the idea that he is watching your every move. You couldn’t take it anymore, as you suddenly turned to him, and gasped at what you had seen.
“You! Were you following me??” You said, furiously.
“Why would I follow you? I’m waiting for the bus.” He coolly said, “By the way, lying to my mom, about me moving out, nice one.” He said, again, coolly.
“I know.”
He smiled.
“And I also know that it’s your turn now.”
“Yeah.” He nodded.
“I don’t like the suspense.”
“Yeah.” He said, smiling. “So I’ll see you later.” He said, getting on the bus.
You could have sworn that the Jaejoong you spoke to now, was different than the Jaejoong at school. He was more comfortable to talk to, and pleasing to the eye. You didn’t feel like you hated him but there was still this weird feeling you had when you were around him which made you hate him even more. You had to be prepared for his next attack.
“Bring it on.” You pointed to the bus.
