I lay sideways along his bed, taking small sips of wine at a time. Clad only in a bathrobe, I waited impatiently my lover to come home.
‘Why is he taking so long?’ I played a little with my promise ring that Yun Ho gave me when we graduated before smiling a little.
Seven years had passed since high school. We got Yun Ho’s father’s blessings, he managed to pass high school and not barely I might add. We both continued schooling in university and here we are now. In Korea, happily together.

“I’m home Jae.”
I flipped myself over and smiled at him.

“Yes Yun Ho. Yes!” Sealing the promise with a kiss, slipping the ring onto my finger, I hugged him closer towards my body, swearing to both him and myself that I would never ever let him go.
