Chapter 29
Lexie’s mistake
Lexie p.o.v:
I walked downstairs and Kang In was waiting for me.
-Are you ready? I asked.
-Yes, Lexie… are you sure?
-More than ever. Alex doesn’t know about this, so let’s hurry before she wakes up.
-Ok, Miss.
We both left, heading to their house. I wanted to kill someone and I know I will be able to, but it’s just that I need to be careful. I got there and waited a little outside to see if there’s anyone in the house. Some people got out and left the house but I knew there was the one I wanted to kill. So I stood up and carefully I entered into the house, with Kang In behind me. I couldn’t believe this was Alex’s former house. I wanted to kill everyone, but right now only one was my target. I got upstairs and checked the first room: it was empty. I entered in the second room and it was empty too.
-Where the hell is everyone?? I said, trying to keep my voice low.
-I feel her… here, Lexie!
Kang In showed me the room and I entered just to find Denisa kissing Junsu on the lips.
-Well, well…look who’s here… I said.
-What the fuck are you doing here?
-I came to see you, Deny-honey!
-Shut up!! Junsu, leave!
-Oh, he’s not a human anymore? Too bad for you, Junsu…
-It’s my choice, ok? He said.
-Shut the fuck up or I’ll kill you, Kang In replied.
-Wow, easy, Kang In, I said. Let’s face the truth… you took over this place, ok? So now I’m here to take it back or to take my revenge.
-You want to kill me, Lexie? Denisa said while she started to laugh.
-Maybe… maybe not… but I’m here to help someone.
-Who?
-Shhh, secret!
I attacked her and Junsu wanted to stop me, but while Denisa avoided my attack she told him to get out.
-No, I won’t! Junsu said.
-Get out!! You’re not able to fight right now, Denisa said.
Junsu listened to her and got out of the room, but he didn’t close the door so he could see everything.
-Now… where were we? I asked.
-I think… here!
Her fangs grew bigger and she attacked me, wanting to bite me, but I jumped, avoiding her attack. We started to fight, already hurting each other, but we inflicted only little wounds. Kang In didn’t interfere; he just stood there, trying to keep an eye on me. But then, Ye Sung entered into the room and screamed when he saw Denisa fighting. He grabbed a knife and moved towards me but right then Kang In attacked him. His eyes turned black and he pulled Ye Sung against the wall, while he hit his head. The blood started to run to his back and Kang In gave him the death glare… Ye Sung fell on the ground, while Denisa screamed. He was dead…
Junsu came into the room, attacking Kang In. Like Denisa said, he wasn’t able to fight yet, but he had something in him that didn’t want to quit and wanted to kill Kang In. Now, I was afraid for him. But Denisa was furious and she attacked me, so I couldn’t see if he was ok. We were fighting and so did they. I heard footsteps outside the door and I also felt a vampire presence. This was the ending for me, huh?

I was hoping that Junsu won’t get hurt… Kang In is strong for sure and Junsu is still weak, he just became a vampire… what should I do? Why am I feeling this way? Why I don’t want him to be hurt? And when I see Ye Sung lying there on the floor… AHHHHH, I want to kill her!!!!!!! I attacked her more and more until I saw weakness in her eyes. It was my time to hurt her and, of course, kill her! Just when I was preparing to attack I heard someone screaming. I turned and I saw Junsu bit Kang In. He was still there, with his fangs in his neck and I was shocked. How… how the hell did he succeed? I saw Lexie falling on her knees. She knew it was the end for her; Kang In wasn’t there anymore to protect her. Her tears were coming down on her cheeks and she screamed so loud that I was afraid everyone in the house heard her.
-Kang… Kang In… yaaaahhhhhhh, wake up, bastard!!! Don’t leave me here!!!
I felt a little sad, because Ye Sung was dead too and my tears came as I looked at him. I knew how Lexie felt, but I’ll take this as my revenge for killing Ye Sung.
-Let’s stop this crap now, ok? I said to Lexie.
-I won’t let you kill me… I will fight until the end, ok?
-What’s the point? Junsu asked with his red eyes. You’ll die anyway…
-Fine!! Then kill me now!!! Lexie shouted.
I was about to stick my fangs into her neck, but the door opened quickly.
-Sorry, Denisa, but I can’t let you do that!
I was shocked! Changmin was in front of me telling me I can’t kill Lexie??
-What the hell are you doing, Changmin?
-Isn’t it obvious? I am helping her!
-You do know what’s going to be next, right?
-Yes, I do…
