She wondered what the two guys have been talking about.So much for the gentleman Jiro of not leaving her on her own,he seems to have forgotten his companion right now.And Chun,who knows what could he has been thinking.He is so unpredictable as the weather in the wild tropics.His thoughts will always belongs to himself only.She wondered when will the time Chun will ever learn to share his thoughts with somebody else.
She walked around the hotel trying to enjoy the place and the space.For sure their place and the city doesn't offer this much space to walk on much less this beautiful garden to admire.The garden by the pool was quite a sight to wonder.Flowers in various colors,the roses in different colors but the tulips in different colors stood up among them.She found a bench to sit on as she stared at them.
She took a deep sigh,for she was so confused of the things that has been going on lately.She thought that she have something special going on with Chun before he left for States,but just a few months and everything changes.Chun just seems to take everything for granted.He expect that things and people will be there whenever he wants them.But he should know that people and things are not for his taking whenever he wants them.She wants to tell Chun that she will not be there for him if ever he decides.She have feelings too and expectations just like him.
And Jiro will just be a friend and a very good friend that is.Why can't one fall for the easy one all the time.Why people always wants a complicated things.Like Jiro loving Selina which is as complicated as a maze.And her loving Chun,when she knows,it is impossible for Chun to love her back .It is like earth reaching out for heaven.But yet she still loves him like no other....
But how can Chun love her? She is not sexy enough,not feminine enough,not beautiful enough ,not smart enough for him.He can have any woman that he wants and then why want her?Ella closed her eyes as tears starts to pour.Such a hopeless case of unrequited love,she thought.She hugged her knees and closed her eyes.And then she heard a movement at her back,as she hurriedly wiped the tears in her eyes....
"I never thought I'll find you here in the garden" Chun said.
"I guess you never knew me enough." Ella said."I love flowers." as she said it brightly trying to cover up her tears.
"Maybe because I don't have enough time to get to know you more.You have been pretty busy lately." Chun said.
"You have been away most of the time too." Ella said.
"Not because I want to.If I have my way I rather stay here and be with you.Then maybe I'll get to know you more." Chun said."One should know the enormous responsibilities and pressure that I am in,though I don't want to make it as an excused but just merely the fact."
Ella looked at him,Chun looking so serious and it seems looking so contrite...but for what?She couldn't understand.
"Will you give me the chance to get to really know you and me in return?I want you to understand me Ella.I want you to know where I am coming from.It is important to me." Chun said.
Ella looked at him and think hard,she couldn't quite understand what he is asking of her.Doesn't he knows that she loves him?That she have been crazy for him since she laid eyes on him in the office.What does he wants from her more?Getting to know more of him ,means falling for him deeper and deeper and when the time comes,she wouldn't know if she could ever let him go.
Chun took her hands,noting the indecision in her face."Give me the chance Ella,and I know you will like the real me." Chun said with a smile in his face.
Looking at him,Ella can only nod her head.How can you say no to this guy? His look is enough to melt your heart and when he smile,she knows she lost whatever balance and sanity she ever have.But is she brave enough to take the risk?....Ella can only close her eyes and hope that Chun will also love her as much as she loves him.
