Narrator
you just got up from your coziest sleep to get ready for your first day of college, this was the college that you and your father have been dreaming about. he was very proud of you and your achievements. not to let him down, you will fulfill his wishes for you, not because your forced to, but because you want to.
you got dressed like a normal college student, with t-shirt and jeans, hair put up in a pony tail, also not forgetting your Nike rubber shoes. you went down the stairs quietly not to disturb the repeated harmony coming in and out of your father's nose. after 15 minutes, eggs, bacon, and toast were all laid out on the kitchen table, the irresistible smell woke your father up and sat next to you with a gleaming face.
'_________ ah... your first day of college! I'm so proud of you!' he said
'thanks dad, better get dressed! you wouldn't want me catching the bus on my first day right?' you asked him
'oh yeah!' he said, grabbing a piece of toast and shoving an egg and a bacon in it while heading for the bathroom.
typical dad. still treating you like his little princess, oh well... you wouldn't blame him though. you're like the only relative he has left!
*college*
'bye dad!' you yelled outside the car and waved, showing him how happy you are.
'bye sweetheart! have a good first day...good luck!' he replied as he drove back.
there it was, right in front of you, one of the most respected schools in Seoul and you're going in it, you dusted yourself and fixed your ponytail before entering. you couldn't believe your eyes... maybe you was just a little bit under dressed compared to all these people, but the idea just made you chuckle, you looked around while walking then *thud*
'aish!...mianhe..mianhe' the stranger you bumped into said quietly and hurriedly while picking up the books she dropped.
'oh..let me help you' you replied
'anyo, i can manage...thanks' the stranger said whispering this time, but i could still make out what he said from all the commotion.
so you just slowly walked away looking back every 30 seconds. what was with her? she's shy that's for sure! but i got the pinching feeling in your heart of a little jealousy. she was really pretty, she had short hair, almost like a guys, wearing clothes like mine, you were thinking that maybe she would be my first friend here. guess you were wrong.
your first lesson began and you were the first one in the room, you sat down right in the back to attract less attention and kept your head down, 10 seconds later all of them just started pouring in, every boy and girl had a friend except for me. oh god! the teacher then introduced the course to you and what he is expecting, afterwards the stranger you bumped into earlier came in the classroom, all attention was onto her, whoa, shes flat chested and has wide shoulders. but her face was very cute! she kept her head down to hide her blushing cheeks, i mean being late for your first class in your first day of college is not really a good impression.

Your POV
the last seat that was available was next to me, so she really had no choice. i tried talking to her, pretending that i didn't understand what he was talking about, but she just ignored me, avoided me like I'm some kind of dirt.
'Yah! what's wrong with you? I just want to make friends! Aish!' i whispered to him but she didn't say anything.
first lesson finished and you decided to wait for her and introduce yourself, then she walked out
'yah... a-annyeoung!' i stuttered and grabbed her by the arm which made her turn around to look at me, what the...? she was a bit muscular.
'annyeoung..' she said giving the slightest of smiles
'what the..?! her voice...it's DEEP!' i thought
'omo...your voice...i-i-it's' i stuttered but he finished my sentence
'deep? yeah...as it should be because I'm a ...i don't know...a GUY!' he replied with a frown planted on his forehead. this is so embarrassing,
'i...i..i wasn't going to say that..' i replied and let out a grin. he just smirked and said
'tsk tsk tsk ..not you too' turning around and pulled his arm from my grip.
me too? what me too? what did he mean by that? and with that good looks of his, he's all alone... i ran to catch up to him as we have the same lessons anyway
'uumm.. what did you mean when you said 'not you too'?' i asked curious
'that's none of your business.' he replied coldly fastening his pace to quickly get away from me
'uhuh! it is now! and i won't leave until i get some answers' i insisted catching up to him again and fake pouted. he was the first one who talked to me, well, actually i talked to him but... yeah!
'you'll laugh' he said in a monotone voice.
'try me! by the way... I'm _________' i held out my hand for him to shake and he shook it! ...success!
'I'm Kim JaeJoong' he said and finally giving me a smile
'that wasn't so hard was it? now tell me you problem..' i suggested
'why? i only just met you..' he argued
'exactly... we've met, we know each other's names...what else do you want? I'm here offering to help you and you just...' i smirked
'okay...but DON'T laugh..' he warned
'uuuhh...i can't promise you that...ahehehe' i smiled at him
'ugh..fine.. just.. don't laugh in front of me okay?' he said
'yes sir...wait..where are we going? isn't class that way?' i asked
'yeah but it'll just be another introduction to the course, it's boring, we can just skip it.' he replied
'oh you are such a rebel! first you were late now your skipping.. bad boy!' i warned him
'but your skipping to aren't you? means your a rebel too! ha!' he teased me and looked away
'good point' i replied
we sat down under a tree behind the school, it was a sunny day, with the cool wind breezing and flowers surrounding us, it was a pretty sight. we inhaled and exhaled first then he started speaking.
'I'm alone because no one would talk to me' he said
'hmph..why?' i asked
'for the girls side, I'm just not popular, because...well...because i look prettier than them, they don't even know I'm a guy,' he sighed
'and for the guys, they think I'm gay' he laughed but turned serious
'go ahead...laugh...I'm used to it anyway' he continued
'i don't find this funny at all, it's amazing how many people can have such narrow minds, they can just judge you like that...pppfffttt... they need a life' i snickered
'wow, thanks... hey..how about you huh? you were a loner too..' JaeJoong interrupted me
'the guys aren't into boyish girls and the girls thinks i'm a lesbian. nuff said' i replied
'guess we both have some thing in common..' he said with his deep husky voice
'you know, your the first one that didn't judge me, thank you' he continued and layed his back on the grass and closed his eyes to breathe in the fresh air
'hhmmm...you too.. now..are we friends?' i just chuckled because little did he know that i actually though that he was girl full time! but he didn't have to know that
'yeah' he agreed and i layed myself down too, beside him with our head facing the opposite direction.
*snap*'oh crap!' i sat up
'what?' he asked
'my head band..it snapped...crap!' i complained, now without my headband, the wind blew my long velvet hair onto JaeJoong's face, he closed his eyes again and sniffed. what the...?
'I'm sorry, that's one of the reasons i put it up...it's a bloody disturbance!' i commented pulling back the hair from his face and shoving it down my t-shirt. he looked at me again with gentle eyes and said
'you should keep it down...you look..' he said but i interrupted him
'shut up.' i got out coldly
'tré harsh!' he moaned and layed back down
'mmmm..uuhhmm..uummmhhhh...' he just started humming for no reason, although i must admit, his singing voice was very good! listening to it made me drift of to sleep.
*hours passed*
'_______ sshi! _______ sshi wake up! ______ wake up!' jaejoong shook me until my eyes flew open.
'what..is..your...OMG! what time is it?!' i quickly sat up and looked on my watch on my wrist, realizing that i don't have a watch...stupid!
'wow... invisible watch! never seen one before in my life!' JaeJoong smirked
'shut uuuuuuuuppp..what's the time!' i groaned pushing and pulling him back and forth
'ok ok stop that, it's 15 minutes before the end of last class...' he said chuckling.
'WHAT? WE MISSED ALL THE CLASSES?! aishh...' i groaned again
'what made you sleep like a baby anyway?' he asked
'well, there was the sun, and the shade from the tree, then the cool breeze and you hummed and..' i explained then slumped
'hummed..?' he said scratching the back of his head
'yes! you hummed! this is all your fault..if you voice wasn't so..goddamn beautiful....' i said whispering the last part
'what was that?' he asked confused
'AH! my dad will be picking me up! what should i say? uumm...ok...cya tomorrow Jae!' i said and ran to the front gate where the cars were waiting for pickup.
well, i made a new friend... maybe he can fill the missing parts of my life...
