"Hey guys!!! Come here!!! I think I've found something!!" The voice then shouted to his other partners.
Soon, they heard several footsteps walking into the kitchen. One of the man caught sight of Gwen's black mini
skirt which was revealing from behind the toilet's door.
He then slowly walked towards the kitchen door, when he went close he then saw a person's hand firing a puch right at him. "What the..." and he got punched right in the face and immediately backed off covering his left eye in pain.
Gwen and Zack then suddenly came out from behind the door both of their faces looking at the other people which were looking back at them preparing to attack.
"Wait!!!" They then heard another man shouted to the others.
Gwen and Zack turn to look at the man who was now signaling to the others to put their guns down.
"Aren't you that guy who almost got killed by those psychopaths?" The man then asked.
"Well... I... Er..." Zack replied thinking of an excuse.
"What are you doing here?" He then continued asking.
"I forgot to get something so I came back to get it..." Zack replied scratching his head and smiling mildly.
"Oh... Okay... And who is that girl next to you?" He continued asking Zack.
"She's Gwen... My girlfriend..." Zack replied while Gwen was waving and smiling at everybody.
"Okay... Well, got everything you need?" The guy asked smiling.
"Yeah..." Zack replied he then shifted his attention to another man who was holding the necklace that they used in other to go back in time.
"Can I take a look at that?" Zack then asked as he walked towards the man.
The man showed him the necklace which crystal was shattered into pieces. "Thank you" Zack then replied smiling at him.
"Well... Bye..." Zack said to all the others and the both of them waved goodbye to them as they walked towards the front door.
The moment they were out the front door, Gwen them immediately fired lots of questions at him, "What psychopaths? What you were almost killed? What? WHAT?!"
"Fine!! FINE! I'll tell you!!" Zack replied trying to calm her down.
When they reached the void deck they sat on a bench and Zack began telling her everything. About his parents being manipulated. Everything.
"Oh... Sorry... I didn't mean to..." Gwen replied looking at him.
"OH no... I'm starting to shapeshift again!! No!! I must stop it!!" Zack shouted as he started shapeshifting into a puppy.
He looked at himself he had shapeshifted into a golden retriever puppy, he then looked up at Gwen's shocked face. Gwen then smiled and picked Zack up, "Aww... You look so adorable as a puppy!!!" Gwen said as she smiled and ruffled through his golden brown fur and patted his head.
Zack replied dully "This is not the time to kid around Gwen..."
Gwen replied excitedly "You can still talk when you're a puppy!! Oh!! How cool!!!" She then gave Zack a hug.
Zack struggled out of her arms and jumped down to the floor. It was then he changed back to his normal form. "Hey! I'm back to normal!!" Zack replied smiling.
"I know a perfect place where you can train to control your powers Zack!!" Gwen told him as she thought of an idea.
"Where?" Zack asked.
"My house!!" Gwen replied and held Zack's hand and dragged him towards the bus-stop nearby.
"Are you sure of this?" Zack asked as he was being dragged.
"Yeah!! No prob!! My grandma wouldn't mind because it has soemething to do with the symbols!!" Gwen replied when they reached the bus-stop.
"Thanks." Zack replied as they boarded the bus.
"I'm your girlfriend and fighting partner! I shall help in any way I can!" Gwen replied as she paid the fare.
After several stops, they reached. Zack looked at the building, it looked very much like his, except the paint colour was different. They took the lift up to the fifth floor. Gwen then walked to her house with Zack following at the back. "Here we are!" Gwen said when they reached amd she ringed the doorbell.
An old lady opened the door and smiled at Gwen, "Gwenevive! You're back! And who are you?" The old lady then looked at Zack.
"He's Zack. He's here to ask about the symbols and his powers..." Gwen replied as she went into the house.
"Oh! Well, come in!" The old lady replied.
Zack went in and looked around, the was a lot of photos of Gwen with her grand mother and one with a lady which Zack guessed was her mother. There was also a T.V and computer. He then sat on a black sofa which was quite comfy.
"So what do you want to know?" The old lady asked Zack while waiting for Gwen to bring out the drinks from the kitchen.
"It's about The Necklace Of Fate..." Zack explained.
"But I thought it was destroyed... A few hundred years ago..." The old lady replied looking rather shocked.
"Well... We actually went back in time to get it... But I guess when we were back in time, The time in this year stopped." Zack replied.
"Oh... Really... Well let me take a look at it." The old lady replied.
Zack took it out once again from underneath his jacket. "Can you remove it from your neck so I can take a closer look at it?" The old lady then asked.
"He can't. When he takes it off, and the necklace is near him, there'll be a loud ringing in his ears." Gwen explained to her grandmother the moment she placed the drinks on the table.
"It's okay... I'll take it out..." Zack replied and started removing the chain and handed it over to the old lady.
"Are you sure you'll be okay?" The old lady asked with concern on her face.
"Yeah... I will" Zack replied trying his best to hide the discomfort.
After several minutes of looking, the old lady gave it back to him. He put it back around his neck.
"Interesting... And the powers?" The old lady continued.
"He needs time to control his powers.. So is it okay to let him stay here for the time being?" Gwen asked.
"Yes... Of course..." The old lady replied.
"Thank you very much." Zack replied as he bowed to show his gratitude.
"Well you may start anytime Zack!" Gwen replied.
"Okay." Zack replied.
