"My house." Zack replied as he took out the necklace that his father gave him and looked at it.
Gwenevive also looked at it "Can I take a look at it?"
Zack handed it over "Tell me, if you know what all those weird symbols mean."
Gwenevive looked at it and replied astonished "These... these are symbols that were used a few hundred years ago!! I saw it!! It was in the book that my grandma gave me!!"
Zack then immediately asked her excitedly "Do you have it with you now?!"
"I... I... think I... don't... Sorry..." Gwenevive replied
Zack sighed, "Well, never mind will find out soon, when we get to my house..." 'I hope' He thought hopefully.
They then saw the bus reaching the bus-stop. Both of them stood up and boarded it. There were not many people in the bus so they were able to find seats. "Hey, maybe we can search the internet or something to see if we can get more information..." Gwenevive said as she was trying to cheer him up.
"I don't think the internet has such information about symbols which existed a few hundred years ago..." Zack replied feeling rather doubtful about how they were ever going to find out.
"I'm sorry... I should have brought the book..." Gwenevive then said looking rather upset with her head looking down at the floor.
"Its okay... don't get so upset about it... it's not everyday where you see a guy looking at weird symbols." Zack smiled at her.
He then stood up and said to her, "We've reached."
"Okay..." Gwenevive replied and followed after him.
They walked past the scene where Zack's parents were killed. Their bodies had already been carried away. Zack stopped and looked at the scene, "Don't worry, mum, dad. I'm gonna avenge the guy who left you into this situation..." as he made his right hand into a fist.
"Erm... Zack... Are you okay?" Gwenevive then asked as she walked towards him.
"Yeah... I'm fine... Come on, let's go..." Zack said and walked towards the lift.
When they reached the level, they found Zack's house being tied with a plastic strip and on it said 'POlICE!! DO NOT TEMPER WITH THE EVIDENCE!!'
"Is this your..." Gwenevive started to say as she stared at the door which was blasted away.
"House... Yeah... We got robbed..." Zack replied.
"I don't quite think we should go in..." Gwenevive continued.
"We can, anyway, the police aren't here." Zack replied and jumped over the barrier.
Gwenevive then went under the barrier and into the house.
Zack went into his parent's room and looked around. He went over drawers, cupboards and he finally found a document which was wrapped in a brown package. He opened it and inside he found the information about the cloning the scientist who was in charge and the other clones' name. He saw one of the clone's name was Gwen. "Gwen... Gwenevive?"
He then ran out and into his room where Gwenevive was "Gwenevive... What's your full name?!" He asked desperately.
"Gwenevive Cassandra Vincent. Why?" Gwenevive replied puzzled at why he asked her the question.
"Oh, nothing." He heived a sigh of relief when it was not her.
He then continued lookiing through the documents he then took out a peice which had the drawing of the exact same crystal he had. He turned to the back of the paper and it stored all the information about the necklace. "Hey, Gwenevive, take a look at this." he said as he handed over the piece of paper.
She took it at looked at it eyes wide open "This... this is the necklace that you have!!"
"Yup!" Zack replied.
"You can open a portal with it at... your kitchen?" Gwenevive said amused.
"Let's do it. Before the police comes!!" Zack replied and he ran to the kitchen.
Gwenevive followed after him. "Here, you must say this for the portal to open." She handed over the piece of paper and pointed to the words Zack needed to say.
"Eh... Ra... Mai... Le... van... de.... atra?" Zack read it confused.
"No, you must say it with confidence!!" Gwenevive corrected him.
"Ehmamailevandetra!!!!" Zack shouted to the necklace and suddenly a bright light came from it.
"Okay. Let's go!!" Zack said as he grabbed Gwenevive's hand, she was standing there in shock and amazement. Both of them then went into the portal.
'Necklace Of Fate! Here I come!!' Zack thought as he was going through the portal.
