Tyler’s blue eyes looked down the hall and up at the halls. They were barren as always, the paint just a nondescript beige. She had always wondered why everything seemed to be so bare in the building. It was a multimillion dollar record company. She at least thought they would make it a little flashy, plus she found the long and barren hallways to be terrifying at night. She hated long hallways; they had scared her since she was a little girl. Oh and that irrational fear of red clown noses. If she saw those she broke out in a sweat before she turned tail and ran, screaming, in the other direction.
Muffled voices shook her out of her disturbing thoughts just as a body crashed into her, sending her into the wall across the hall. Tyler looked over anger filling her and shaking her small frame. Her blue eyes landed on an open door, Hiro standing in the doorway. His arms were out, palms against each side of the door frame. Miura was standing behind him, his face red as he spouted out harsh words, his blue eyes looking down and his bleached hair covered by his red beanie. He looked furious and it was then that she realized that Hiro was preventing Miura from getting out of the room.
“All I wanted a fucking water you ass!” Someone yelled from the ground.
Tyler’s head snapped to her feet and saw Takeo sitting on her ass, her hands balled into fists as she sat there. The girl was trying to reign in her anger and Tyler had to commend her for that. Ever since that fight whenever Miura and Takeo saw each other one or the other ended up on their ass.
“What’s going on?” Tyler asked, her friends head whipping in her direction as Tyler looked at the boys in the doorway.
“Someone’s being an asshole is all,” Hiro replied, his eyes gesturing to the guy that was trying to get past him. Tyler frowned at Miura as Takeo pulled herself off the ground. Miura was getting on Tyler’s last nerve and if he didn’t stop his shit she was going to kick his ass… well try at least.
Tyler went to say something but movement from the corner of her eye caught her attention. Takeo was walking down the hallway, away from anymore confrontation. Tyler didn’t get it, Takeo never walked away from a fight, even when she needed to. What the hell was going on? Tyler didn’t hesitate as she bounded off to catch up with her friend.
“Takeo what the hell is going on with you? It’s not like you too…” Tyler started, but stopped when her friend looked back at her. She had that look in her dark eyes, the one that told Tyler to shut the fuck up. Tyler closed her mouth quickly.
“Let’s just get to this meeting and get it over with,” Takeo said, sending them into an uncomfortable silence.

Jude sat impatiently in the back leather chair in front of Yamashita’s desk. Keito was sitting to her right, her mismatched eyes staring at nothing as her head tilted slightly to the side. Jude frowned when she looked down at her watch, seeing the time. She had to be at her step-fathers bar in an hour and a half like she had promised him she would. It was blues night and Jude had said she would fill in. She wasn’t worried about being recognized in that place. It wasn’t anything a wig and some glasses couldn’t fix.
Jude’s orange eyes shifted to the door when it opened, Takeo and Tyler coming in. Tyler had a confused look on her face as she looked at Takeo and Takeo look indifferent as she sat down in one of the open seats. As Jude looked around the room she saw that only two people were missing; Yuuki and the man that had called the meeting in the first place. Now that she thought about it she hadn’t seen Yuuki in days. She twisted in her chair and looked to her left, Takeo’s brown eyes locking on her as soon as she had turned.
“Have you seen Yuuki lately?” Jude asked. She should have, they did live together. Takeo’s brow furrowed before her brows shot toward her red hair. She had been so caught up in her own self pity and bottle of whisky that she had failed to notice anything that didn’t involve her. The one thing that she did know was that Tyler had been spending every free moment she had at Kame’s place.
She went to respond but her voice died when the door to the office slammed open and closed harshly with a bang. All four girls looked at Yamashita as he walked to his desk. His black Armani slacks were perfect, his white shirt crisp and his red tie was knotted like a pro had done it. It was his fidgeting and his messy black hair that gave him away so fast. Then he started chewing on the pad of his thumb as he wore a hole in the carpet behind his desk as he walked frantically back and forth.
“Your aura is troubled. It’s spiking all over the place,” Keito rang out, making Yamashita stop his tread and look between the four girls. They were all looking at him, their eyes expectant. He let out a hug as he slumped down in his seat, jutting his bottom lip out in a pout. He didn’t want to believe that it happened, but when she had come to his office earlier in the day it was something that he couldn’t avoid. Her departure had knocked the wind clean out of his chest.
“What the fuck is it?” Tyler asked, her cool finally cracking. She couldn’t take it anymore. Why the hell was he so fucking dramatic? His eyes darted up to her and then looked over at Jude, making her shift slightly in her seat. He was creeping her out… big time.
“Yuuki came to see me today and… she left the band. She wouldn’t give me a reason. She wanted me to have you all here so she could get her stuff out of the apartment. I tried to call her after she left but her phone has already been disconnected.”
Silence enveloped the room before all hell broke loose. The girl’s uproars were enough to send Yamashita over the edge. What the hell were they supposed to do now? They were going on tour in three weeks and they didn’t have a drummer. Accusations started spreading like wildfire and he looked through his fingers at the girls. Only one of them was calm and it didn’t surprise him when he saw who it was. Had Keito known that something like this was going to happen? He shook the thought off quickly before he cleared his throat. The girl saw auras and read tarot cards. She wasn’t a psychic. The girls quieted as they looked at him. They were giving him that look again, the one that wanted answers.
“The first thing we have to do is find a new drummer,” He said, rubbing at his forehead. “One that will not spill your secret and one that knows your songs… were screwed aren’t we?” He sounded defeated. Hell, he felt defeated.
“I know someone,” Jude said suddenly. His head snapped in her direction and she gave him a weak smile. “I’ll talk to him tonight. He knows the predicament and he knows our songs… yeah he’ll be good.”
Yamashita shook his head. He couldn’t say anything as he watched the girls leave quietly. He hoped this guy that Jude knew was good enough. He had big shoes to fill in a tiny amount of time.

He sat quietly behind his desk, his old brown eyes looking down at the note that had been sat on his desk. It was there when he came in after lunch with his son. He didn’t know who it was from and he wasn’t sure what it was about, but something about the letter told him that he should follow its directions. It simply read:
Tonight at eight o’clock go to Kamikaze’s by the Akihabara train station. You will see familiar faces and be open-minded and feel lucky for what you have.
The letter was confusing, but it made him curious. Familiar faces in Akihabara in a little dive club. It stated that he would know people and to feel lucky for what he had… what did it all mean? He stood from his chair and grabbed his Armani coat and threw it on.
The CEO of Griffin Records in a dive in Akihabara because a note told him to… his son would never believe it.

She walked into the small club and scratched at her short green hair. She was early, but just barely. The news of her MIA band mate was still shocking, but she had other things to think about at the moment, like saving her band and its member’s futures. Now it was all riding on if the guy would accept.
Jude heard the tinkering of a few cups and her eyes flashed over to the bar. There he was, his short dark brown hair was curled slightly and his blue eyes were noticeable from a distance. He was cleaning glasses, his orange TEXAS shirt tight across his chest and arms. He was whistling a Johnny Cash song as he put the cup along the back of the bar. He threw the dish towel over his shoulder and bent down to get, what she could only assume, a tub of ice.
“I have a proposition for you,” Jude called out. He stopped and stood back up slowly, setting the tub of ice on the bar top. He turned toward her, a smile gracing his lips as he crossed his arms over his chest and looked her up and down.
“Oh yeah, what could that possibly be?”

Author’s note: Holy crap an update. Sorry it took so long and sorry for the abrupt departure of a character. I just didn’t get her at all and she was just pissing me off. I had to get rid of her. I hope you like this new guy. And this is for Christine that had been bugging me for an update ( not that it bugged me or anything. Just a little shove of motivation). All I have to say to her is… YOUR TURN TO UPDATE!!!!!!
