Suddenly he bumped into a girl and send her crashing to the ground, the apples from her shopping bag and the rest of her belongings were rolling on the pedestrian walk.
„I'm so sorry!“ he apologized politely and kneeled next to her. „Are you alright?“
The girl lifted her head and the first thing he noticed were her beautiful dark brown eyes. She nodded, brushing a strand of her long, black hair out of her face.
„Yes, I'm alright“ she said smiling slighlty and started to pick up her belongings.
Yuta helped her and when they finished, he apologized again, smiling like she did.
„Ah, I'm Eikura Nana“ she said politely after a while of silence and bowed a bit.
„Nice to meet you, I'm Hiraoka Yuta.“ he responded and copied her gesture.
They stayed silent for a while and just looked at each other. Yuta thought about what to do. To invite her for a coffee or just say goodbye? He had decided to give up on Yui a few days earlier, so he decided to go with the first option rather quickly.
„Do you have time? I would like to invite you for a cup of cofee as and apology.“ he said flashing her his best smile.
Her smile got wider and she nodded.
They met up frequently in his lunchbreak and soon he found out that she was still a student, studying architecture in a nearby college. But she wasn't much younger than him.
Now it was their first official date that didn't contain drinkin coffee or tea.
„Did you wait long? The train was late.“ she said apologetic after arriving at their meeting point a few minutes late.
„Don't worry.“ he just said gently and took her hand in his.
„Let's go.“ he said then and she agreed happily.
Yuta was surprised how good he got along with Nana. They laughed a lot, but it wasn't like between friends.
Their was always this tension in the air.
He was sure he could be happy with her. That he could forget Yui if he had her. So he did his best to gain her favor that night and he succeeded.
When the date was over he walked her home. She didn't live that far away from them, so she didn't have to feel bad for him walking such a detour.
When they arrived in front of her place she turned around and faced him.
„I had lots of fun tonight. I hope we can repeat it somewhen.“ she said smiling brightly.
„Yes, me too. How about meeting for lunch again tomorrow?“ he asked then and she agreed easily.
„Well then, Good night.“ she said and moved closer to give him a kiss on the cheek.
Yuta smiled when her soft, warm lips touched the skin of his cheek.
„Yes, goodnight“ he said and pressed her hand, that he had held the whole time, shortly. Then he let go of the hand and waved.
He said Goodbye once again and promised to be at their cafe the next day when he already was on his way to his apartment.
He arrived some time later at his apartment and opened the door tiredly. It was already late and he had to work the next day, so he wanted to go to bed immediately. When he entered the apartment he noticed that all lights were out. He assumed Ryo and Yui must be asleep already, so he casually lit the roomlights.
When he walked in the living room he stopped in his tracks and looked at the couch smiling.
There was Ryo lying in almost the same position he had been this morning. But this time his one hand wasn't beside his body, but it was aroung Erika. Her head was resting on his chest and both of them were sleeping peacefully, not waking up after being exposed to the light suddenly.
He couldn't help it. He went to his desk and pulled open the drawer. In it he found his camera. With it he took pictures of the cute couple.
When he finished taking the pictures he placed the camera back in the drawer. Then he went to the next room to see if Yui was already asleep, but when he entered it he saw an empty bed.
He returned to the living room and looked at the clock on the wall. It was already 1am. Well, she was an adult woman but staying out for so long without calling them was definetely strange. He looked at his cellphone. No messages or calls. He checked Ryo's cell as well and got the same results.
He went on the balcony and decided to call her. It seemed like her cell was shut down. Then he called one of her friends and asked where she was, but it seemed like she didn't know either. Then he called Yamapi.
When he answered the call he didn't sound like he was already asleep, so he was glad.
„If you look for Erika, she's here. Sleeping besides Ryo on the couch.“ Yuta said smiling at the thought of the two and a relieved sigh was heard on the other side of the line.
„She left this morning, just saying she'll confront Ryo and now she's the whole day gone. Hiroki and I were getting worried. Thanks for calling.“ Yamapi said, the relief evident in his voice.
„So the two of them finally manages it? To get together?“ Yamapi continued and Yuta could almost see his smirk in front of his inner eye.
„It seems like it. I just got home from a date and i found them lying on the couch like that. I took pictures.“ he said then laughing.
„You went on a date? With whom?“ Yamapi asked interested.
„A girl i met while taking a walk. I knocked her over by accident and invited her to drink a coffee with me. She agreed and now we are seeing each other regularly. Her name is Nana“ he informed him quickly. Then he continued. „Did you hear anything of Yui?“
Yamapi seemed to think for a while.
„No, today not.“ he said then.
„okay...she's probably still with haruma so i shoudn't worry. Well sleep well, I think Erika stays over tonight, so good night“ he said and finished the call after receiving his good night.
He had to admit he was slightly worried about Yui, but then again he scolded himself, telling him that she was already an adult and could take care of herself. With this thoughts in mind he went to his room and changed into his sleeping clothes, went to bed and closed his eyes. Mixed pictures of Nana and Yui kept coming in his inner eye and he tried desperately to fall asleep, but it didn't work. Too many toughts were spinning in his head.
Then he heard the quiet sound of the door opening. Yuta pretended to be asleep when he heard steps coming nearer to his room. He was relieved now that she was here, but he didn't feel like talking to her right now. For a moment he managed to think of nothing and quickly he fell asleep.

This time a Yuta chapter ^^ i think i neglected him lately, so this time a chapter for him and his girlfriend.
