'But it didn't...thank God!' I looked up and then i remembered the angel again. Her words rang through my head over and over.
'Rose?...Stop here oke they have good coffee!' I nodded and turned into a small coffee shop that was open twenty-four seven.
We walked in and i felt the cool air breeze through my hair and i went walking to the register and ordered my coffee with a slice of cake.
They all did the same and we walked over to the back and sat in a booth. 'In a weird way it was kind of fun tonight Loan?' Star asked Loan who just sighed and zipped up her jacket.
The waiter came with our coffees and i looked up and thanked him but something about him looked famailiar like i saw him before....hmmmm must be the alcohol kicking in. I sipped my coffee and felt the heat travel down my throat it felt nice.
'So about the applications tomorrow lets send them through the mail oke.' Loan told us and we all nodded. Perla looked to the side and saw our waiter cleaning the other booth beside us.
*PERLA'S POV*
He looks very familiar.
I looked at the waiter cleaning the tables and saw that he was listening into our conversation.
Talk about nosey people!
I took out a pen and started writing on a piece of napkin and placed it in the middle of our table. They all looked but acted normal and secretly they eyed him.
the note said:
'dont look but the waiter is hearing on us act normal oke guys!'
*STAR'S POV*
How rude of him!
Well he looks kind of hot hmmmm....maybe i should talk to him later when they are not looking.
No! That won't be right what if its something bad like in the club!
*LOAN'S POV*
God, can't Star stop staring at the waiter.
I kicked her lightly and got her attention quick she looked back at Rose and smiled.
I took a piece of my cake, which was very delicious!
My coffee was nice and steaming hot and strong just what i needed to do at least an all nighter. I have to beat that guy on the game for some reason he is better than me. Alittle!
*ROSE'S POV*
I drank my coffee and went up to ask for another and i noticed that the waiter went outside. Probably a smoking break.
*WAITER'S POV*
Damn they keep eyeing me....he is so not going to like this!
I went outside and used my break time to call him.
*PHONE CONVO.*
'Are you keeping an eye on her and her stupid friends?'
'Yea...but the keep looking at me!'
'Watch...they are smarter than they look!' He hissed to the waiter.
'Just keep your eyes on them....how about they guys at the club? What did they say?'
'Well they are not answering their phones.'
'FINE! Just keep watching them....if anything happens call me!' With that the mystery man hung up.
'Yea yea....like you pay me enough for this.' I muttered to myself and walked back in to see the one he described as Rose looking my way.
Pretty girl. Argh...this is so embarrassing.
I walked up to her...
*ROSE'S POV*
From the corner i saw the waiter walking up to us and he looked at each of us. Like if he was studying us.
I cleared my throat and he returned his gaze back to me and looked at me more closely.
'Dude what the hell is your problem!' I hissed at him and he took a step back. Looking to the side he came closer and lightly kissed my cheek.
Why this little pervert!
'And you are? How dare you come and kiss me!' I shouted at him and he swiftly turned and walked away.
'Who the hell is he?' I whispered to myself...wait he works here.
I walked up to the cleaning lady,' Um excuse me miss do you know who that is?' I pointed to the waiter who was now leaving.
'Hmmmm, no i never seen him here plus thats not our uniform.' She pointed to a man in brown and white clothes.
'Thats our uniform....that fellow leaving was wearing black. I just know is that he doesn't work for us.'
What?
Just then i felt my phone vibrate and i took it out.
It was a message from Loan saying she paid and that they are outside waiting for me.
