Chapter 4

Or Where to Go

A/N
Haha!
Actually, you’re right Phani_Babee,
The letters are the name of the band who are in the class, and the number is how many are in it. Some classes have two bands in it, because a class of 5 isn't very realistic. ^^
I noticed I didn't include Big bang, I don't know whether I should so if anyone wants me to I don't mind comming up with an arch for them as well!
P5 are something like F4, that’s just what they are called.
It will be explained more in the future. ^^

Chapter 4

A little over a week has passed. I have a routine. Every few days I went to the ramen restaurant, and talked with the worker, whose name is Kim Sang Bum, along with EunHyuk and ShinDong. Those three were really the only one’s I saw outside of school.
KiBum hasn’t been at school since my first day. I guess the class was right, he never shows up unless something is going to happen. That might be useful in the future.
During lunch, I havn’t been to the cafeteria since the first day, I didn’t want to meet anyone until I was more comfortable at the school, so I packed my lunch and ate in the classroom, along with EunHyuk and ShinDong. I was thankful that they were pretty average, and helped me so much.
Unfortunately, I spend some of the class staring at KyuHyun. I was thankful he never noticed. I don’t think he ever noticed anything. Every test he always was number one, with my name fallowing. And every question the teacher asks, KyuHyun answered precisely and quickly using as little words as possible.

I think EunHyuk noticed my fascination, because he threw a paper at me today to knock me out of it. I gave him a confused look and he rolled his eyes. I looked at ShinDong behind me and he pointed two figures to his eyes, and then pointed at me as if he meant ‘I’m watching you.’

“You know if KyuHyun wasn’t always reading.. He’d definitely notice.” ShinDong said taking a bite of an apple. We were alone in the classroom, with our lunches, the usual deal.
“I don’t think it’s that obvious…. I’m just day dreaming while looking in his general direction. He sits on the other side of the room!” I explained.
“Yeah… But you daydream in his direction every class. Really I don’t see what’s so fascinating over someone who has no personality.” EunHyuk said.
“No one has taken the time to get to know him. I bet he has a great personality hidden underneath. He’s a great student he must have a passion for achieving something.” I defended.
“When he came to our class, everyone tried to get to know him, but he just didn’t say anything. He never does unless it’s answering a question.” ShinDong said.
“That is what makes him so much more intriguing.” I explained. “I’m not falling for him or whatever, I’m just… Curious… of him.. Yeah.”
“Right, you didn’t make your case that much better. Good luck getting him to notice you.” EunHyuk said.
“Well, I have a plan. He will surely talk to me if I finally beat him on a test!” I exclaimed. “Then I can brake the record and prove everyone wrong that he isn’t a heartless robot, but just a kid who wants to be the best in his class.”
“You can’t really beat someone who gets perfect.” ShinDong just had to burst my bubble.
“You’re right.” I sighed.
“Not unless you distract him from his books. And study like you have no other purpose in life.” EunHyuk said sarcastically.
“That’s PERFECT!” I pointed at EunHyuk. “I have a plan!”
“No you mean I have a plan, your just going to try and put it into action.” EunHyuk said.
“Exactly!” I clapped.
----

So the plan was, distract KyuHyun, and me study everyday all day and night. This meant, no ramen store, no relaxing walks home, no early to bed nights. No problem.
The problem was KyuHyun. EunHyuk told Leeteuk, Heechul, and Kangin of the plan and they easily became apart of it, since they all wanted to see KyuHyun actually loose.
Heechul forced Hangeng to join. Kangin told RyeoWook and Sungmin to join in, and Leeteuk bribed Yesung and Siwon into helping too. DongHae just wanted to help… so he joined too.
The plan was, to stop KyuHyun from reading anything, and to make him do other things in order for him to be behind in school work. It was easy at school, Kangin managed to take away his books from him because he needed to ‘borrow’ them. And any replacements KyuHyun seemed to come up with usually ended up ‘missing’.
HeeChul and Leeteuk spent most of their time trying to talk to KyuHyun, and since the both of them were good conversationalists, they could go on for long lengths of time, and be very loud at it too. KyuHyun was usually forced to listen.
Sungmin sat behind KyuHyun so he usually threw stuff at him during class to stop him from paying attention, Ryeowook sometimes joined in.
Donghae sat beside KyuHyun and spent time in class poking and whispering him between the paper being thrown at KyuHyun.
Hangeng and Kangin after school lived in the general direction of where KyuHyun lived, so they pushed him around on their way home from school and dragged him around town for as long as they could.
When KyuHyun finally arrived home, thinking he was free from the mess. Siwon and Ryeowook called and knowcked on his house with questions and such so he never had time to sit down. One night SiWon was able to shut off the electricity for 1 hour, KyuHyun may be amazing but I doubt he can read in the dark.
YeSung who lived in the apartment next to KyuHyun, spent the majority of the night beaming up his guitar amp as high as it could go, and playing non stop so KyuHyun couldn’t relaxe in his room and concentrate. And in the mornings Yesung would sing loudly, and horribly right beside KyuHyun on the way to school.

It was, the perfect plan.
And for anytime it failed or something couldn’t make their part, SHinDong and EUnHyuk stepped in.

--

The test was in two days, and I was feeling pretty positive and sure I would achieve a perfect. It was a subject I was good at, and had studied before thoroughly in Japan, International Law.

Luckily I was told that KyuHyun before the Distraction plan, has been reading up on Biotechnology. Okay I wasn’t told. I was watching him read it.

So, I did have an advantage, let’s just hope I don’t screw it up.

--

So here I was in class, watching my other classmates pile through. One by one. Or clumps, some fighting with eachother to get through the usual.
Except something was off.
KyuHyun is never late… and where is Yesung?
Speaking of the devil Yesung came flying through the doorway.
“Guys, KyuHyun is staying home sick today!” Yesung Yelled.
Oh Crap! If he’s at home sick, he has all the time in the world to read for tomorrows test!
“Well what do we do about it?” Kangin asked. “We have been keeping him up and annoyed for the past 3 days, the lack of sleep must’ve made him weak or fed up with us.” He laughed.
“Someone has to go there and ‘check’ up on our little classmate. We want to make sure he’s ‘okay’” Leeteuk said all mysteriously.
“The teacher isn’t here yet Leeteuk you don’t have to use subliminal messaging.” Sungmin said.
“Yeah but I have always wanted to try it.”

--

So Kangin, Heechul, Leeteuk, EunHyuk, and ShinDong decided to skip school and make sure KyuHyun was comfortable and not reading.
I wasn’t there myself I was preparing for that test. But EunHyuk happened to tell me all about it. So here goes.

Apparently once they had arrived, KyuHyun ignored the door. ShinDong and EunHyuk decided to climb the tree outside of KyuHyun’s bedroom window (He was only on the second floor). In which they managed to sneak into poor unsusceptible KyuHyun’s apartment and let the other three in.

KyuHyun, wasn’t anywhere in sight. He wasn’t in his room, the kitchen, the living room, or his parents room. The last place was the bathroom. And it was locked.
“I think… He’s having a shower.” Leeteuk said.
“No shit Sherlock the water is running.” Kangin said. The other four laughed. Then the water stopped, the five of them ran into KyuHyun’s room and hid.
“We seem like real perverts.” ShinDong commented.
“The only one that would be mistaken for a curious girl is Heechul.” Kangin laughed.
“…” Heechul didn’t feel the need to respond to that.

KyuHyun came into the room with just a towel wrapped around his waiste. He looked marvelously refreshing. (Well when EunHyuk told me about ti I just imagined it that way). He picked up a book reading the cover and turning it over to the back, it was a book of law.

“HOLD IT RIGHT THERE!” Leeteuk stood up from his hiding place and pointed at KyuHyun. Who didn’t seem the slightest surprised but looked at Leeteuk confused. “If you are sick from school today, you are spending it in bed and sleeping.” He said and rushed to KyuHyun’s side.
“Not only that, but you need to eat the proper foods to feel better for tomorrow’s test.” ShinDong popped out of his place.
“And as your fellow classmates we will make sure you will be all healthy!” Heechul jumped in, EunHyuk and Kangin fallowing.
“Look at you, You’re soaked and naked… Time to get you into some real cloths.” Eunhyuk said running around searching for a bathrobe.

In five minutes time, KyuHyun was wrapped up in bed with a thermometer in his mouth, an ice pack on his forehead, a bowl of soup at his side and five mischievous teenagers. He still hadn’t spoken a word since the five arrived, and he really wasn’t planning to.

EunHyuk texted me saying ‘Mission success!’

--

At school, I was beginning to gain a headache from the amount of studying I had been doing, the words in ym textbook had also began getting fuzzy for me to read. So a short and brisk break was in need. Luckily it was lunchtime so I had the free will to explore.
I knew the Cafeteria was out of the question. The Majority of students always went there. Few went to the library, and others when it is a nice day would sit out front or at the back of the school.

I had never explored the back of the school, so maybe today was a good day to do so. Looking out the back window I couldn’t see anyone along the path that was out there, so really there would be no confrontations to deal with or introductions that might distract me from what I wanted to do.

The path was stone, and the walk is very enjoyable. It was covered with plants and one bench along the way. Once I got to a more clear zone I noticed a smaller bulding. I paused to look at it.

“It’s the old library.” Someone said.
“Huh?”I asked.
“You heard me.” The voice said.
“Right, but why would a school have two libraries when the students rarely use any of them?” This was true, since I had been there, only a few students ever went to the library and it was usually the same people.
“They thought the reason no one used this library was because it was a walk away from the school… It only takes 30 seconds. But really, no student has an interest of spending their free-time in the library when we can use our classrooms to study.” He explained. “The school just never really closed down this one, besides it also has a music room attached to it.”
“Oh, That’s really neat.” I said, I honestly though that this would be the perfect place to study in the future, if barely anyone went to the new library, no one would be going to this one. Maybe 1 or two students since this kid was here. “Oh, Sorry for being rude, I’m –
“Min-Young yes I know. Every student knows your name… I’m Kim Hyun Joong, of class SF10” He introduced himself bringing out his hand to shake. I complied but he surprised me by kissing my hand instead. He was truly a gentleman, as my uncle and Auntie would say.
The class sparked a memory of mine.
“You’re in the same class as… Uhh.. Pork Dung man?” I asked.
He laughed, “Park Jung Min, yes.”
“Right, I didn’t mean to mistake it.” I said getting embarrassed already. He chuckled and walked off.

When I looked at this place, I thought that this was definitely the place KyuHyun would go to read. I already could imagine him on the bench in front of the building’s window with the sun glimmering-
I’m going crazy.

A/N

I hope no one get’s angry at the small amount of bashing I did on Park Jung Min,
I really like him actually, and I think he suited the role he does in this story a lot.
So yes, I really do like him
In fact there isn’t an idol I dislike within this story
So I hope everyone can understand that.
The surprise I was talking about in the forewards maybe I should talk about it here.
Min-Young will need 1 female best friend. Or maybe 2
I don’t know whether I should make an apply, or just choose a random female celebrity.
I don’t want people to be angry or something if they don’t get chosen,
I want an honest opinion to anyone whose reading ^^
Also, it won’t be for a little bit until I actually make a decision and I’m still debating when I should put the ‘female’ companionship part of the story. However, once there is another female role, they will be very important to the story line
SO I would love honest opinions!
Thank you!
