Chapter 1

The Surprise Trip!

A/N: Hey guys! Well I couldn't resist until the poster was done so I just had to post up the first chapter. It was all those comments you left me.
I sincerely thank you.
I am very nervous to share this with you guys because in this story you are going to get to know the real me...of course my qualities are going to be exaggerated (that is what will make it funny lol) but yeah it's going to be me all the way.
I would like to say that I do NOT know any of the NewS members or any of the other JE artists. There personalities are going to be completely made up.
Anyways on to the story.
Some notes before I begin.

In this story there is going to be a boy whom I have a crush on and in my dream he was the boy on whom I actually have a crush on but for obvious reasons I have decided to cast a Western actor to play him.
The actor I have chosen to play my crush is *drum roll* Jesse McCartney! here is a pic of him for those of you who do not know him ;P : http://www.tattletart.com/wp-content/2008/04/jesse-mccartney.jpg
He's really hot...anyways. I think that's about it for now.

Enjoy the first chapter...

The sun shone through the trees which were swaying above them creating shadows on both of their faces. A boy and a girl were sitting underneath some trees talking to each other. The boy looked at the girl and sighed. His heart was beating fast and his palms were sweating. The girl was laughing about something and she was unaware of the tense atmosphere surrounding the two of them. The boy breathed heavily and cleared his throat to get the girl’s attention.

The girl turned to look at him, her curly hair flowing around her face. She smiled and blushed slightly, although she tried really hard to hide it. Her heart was beating at a hundred miles an hour but she looked calm as ever. “What is it?” she said with a smile.

“Uh…listen…Christine…I need to…tell…you something…I—” but the boy’s sentence was cut short by a ringing phone.

“Ah sorry Jesse it’s my mum…don’t know what happened…I better take it…hold that thought ok?” Christine said while taking out her phone and flipping it open.

Jesse breathed heavily and held his hand over his chest. God how hard was it to just tell her how he really felt? He thought to himself as he looked at his crush talking on the phone. Summer was coming and he had to confess to her before they left for the holidays.

Suddenly Christine screamed and said, “Are you serious?”

“OH MY GOD YOU ARE!!!” she shouted making Jesse almost lose his balance and fall from the bench. Christine giggled and covered her mouth while jumping up and down. “OK mom…I’ll be right there!” she said and then she hung up, a huge grin on her face.

She looked at Jesse and said, “Jesse! I’m sooooo happy!”

“What happened?” Jesse asked while looking at Christine’s wide grin unable to contain his lips from curling upwards as well.

“I’m going to Tokyo for the summer!” Christine shouted while clapping her hands and leaning forwards hugging Jesse excitedly.

Jesse gulped and said, “What? Tokyo? You mean you actually won?!”

Christine pulled back not realizing that she has just hugged her crush and nodded her head vigorously while still smiling. “Yeah I can’t believe they actually picked me!”

Jesse pouted sadly and said, “So you are going?”

“Yeah! It’s a once in a lifetime chance! They said I was going to live in a house in Tokyo and get to experience real Japanese people!” Christine said still grinning madly, her hazel eyes shining in the golden sun. “I have to tell the others!” she said excitedly.

“When are you leaving?” Jesse asked while looking at the girl in front of him with sad eyes.

Christine caught the sadness in his eyes and stopped moving. She lowered her gaze and said, “Tomorrow…”

“TOMORROW?!!! So soon?!” Jesse shouted while widening his eyes and his jaw dropping to the floor.

Christine nodded gravely. Suddenly the thought hit her. She was going to be away from him for 3 months. She was wondering what he wanted to tell her. She bit her lower lip and furrowed her eyebrows. Was he going to confess? Oh damn…why did I have to win that competition?

“Uh…were you going to say something?” Christine asked again while slightly inching closer to Jesse.

Jesse looked into her eyes then he shifted his gaze towards the ground. “Have a safe trip…” he said with a sad smile while looking back up at her.

Christine smiled sadly as she got up and was about to leave. She then turned around and said, “Are you coming to the airport to see me off?”

“Of course…hey how’s your Japanese?” Jesse asked with a smile.

Christine grinned a toothy grin and put her thumbs up and said, “Great!”

The next few hours passed by like a blur. There were clothes to be packed and people to say bye to. Christine was not really the type of girl who would cry in front of others and so she kept grinning and making jokes when the time finally came to say bye at the airport.

“Chriiiiii~!!!” Her mother cried while hugging her tightly, nearly choking her daughter.

“Mom! It’s not like I’m going to the war!” Christine joked while hugging her mother and then pulling back.

Her mother sniffed and then said, “Now be careful and don’t talk to too many guys. Don’t go out late at night and don’t leave anything behind!”

Christine rolled her eyes and laughed. “Now that’s the mother I know and love…No mom I won’t, don’t worry.”

Christine then hugged her father and he patted her head and said, “Be careful dear.”

“I will dad.” She said with a smile.

She then hugged her two sisters and said, “Now guys be good and don’t miss me too much!”

“We won’t, don’t worry…” her little sister said while giving her a wink and another hug. “Hey be careful with your hair! I mean I spent like two hours last night straightening it for you all because you wanted to look more Asian, at least keep it straight until you arrive in Japan!”

Christine rolled her eyes good naturedly and turned to hug her other sister.

“Be careful sis and have fun!” her older sister said with a smile.

“Moochiro! (Of course!)” Christine said with a wink while giving them the thumbs up.

“Awwww Chri!!! I want to go with you!!!” Steph, one of her best friends whined while hugging Christine tightly.

Christine laughed and said, “I can’t…I promise to take lots of pictures!”

“Did you take your laptop?” she asked while showing her white teeth.

“Yep…expect loads of emails and pictures…” Christine said with a wink.

She then turned towards Jesse, who had stayed a little back. She walked towards him and smiled. “Thank you for coming…” she said shyly feeling her cheeks burning.

“Awww how sweet!” Christine’s little sister cooed, causing Christine to turn and look at her with an I-am-so-going-to-kill-you-if-you-even-dare-to-breathe look.

“Sorry…” Christine said while smiling shyly at Jesse.

Jesse smiled and then started to fiddle his fingers uncomfortably, “It’s ok…listen…can I…call you sometime?” he asked while blushing.

Christine immediately grinned and nodded her head vigorously. “Yeah sure! I must warn you though…I tend to talk a lot on the phone!”

Jesse laughed and said, “It’s ok…”

They stood there looking at each other and smiling.

Just then the announcement came that her plane was boarding and so with a few more hugs and warnings (mainly from her mother) Christine made her way towards the gate and while waving at her friends and family she felt excited at the prospect of going to Tokyo.

She had been browsing the internet a couple of months ago and stumbled on a site. There was a competition going on. The winner of the competition would win a three month stay in a house in Tokyo, all expenses paid. The application specifically asked for foreigners…that meant no Asians could apply and so Christine was immediately intrigued. She had sent an application, not really believing that she was going to get in.

And now here she was, three months later, sitting in a plane going for Tokyo. She smiled at the prospect of arriving at her dream place. Ever since she had started watching J-dramas she had always wanted to go to Japan. She took out her i-Pod and started listening to a couple of Japanese songs to get her in the mood. She closed her eyes and giggled while punching the air. She was going to Tokyo!

The flight was a long one and when she finally arrived in Japan she was feeling a little tired and jet lagged. It was around four o’clock in the afternoon in Tokyo and the sun was shining hotly. She was glad she wore green pants which were cool against her skin. She dragged her luggage and the moment she stepped into the airport she punched the air and shouted, “YEOSH!!” she had always wanted to do that and in her home country she couldn’t really shout that word loudly since it sounded a lot like a curse word.

She walked into the airport, towards the exit where there were a couple of Japanese people holding up cards with names on them. She looked around and saw her name on a card, held by a Japanese man. She walked up to him and smiled. “Christine-san?” the man asked in a thick Japanese accent.

Christine nodded and the man took her luggage and they walked outside towards a parked black limo. When she saw it Christine gasped and grinned. “This is getting better than I thought!” she thought to herself while giggling as she entered the luxurious car.

The man drove around Tokyo for a bit and finally stopped in front of a huge house. From the outside it looked like a western house. It was white with a lot of glass windows and a long path leading up to it. One had to pass through a large gate to get in and there was a front garden with a path leading up to the front door.

The man got out and so did the eager and excited girl. Christine followed the man up to the front door and they both stopped there. The man turned to look at Christine and said, “Here are your keys and this is your phone. Mr. J.K. will contact you through this.”

“Eh?” Christine uttered lifting one side of her mouth in confusion. She took the phone happily since she was a gadget loving person and immediately flipped the small pink phone and started to fiddle with it. The man in front of her coughed so as to get her attention. She quickly looked back up and smiled apologetically while bowing.

The man smiled at her naivety and patted her on the back. “Good luck.” He said with a laugh as he started walking back towards his limo.

“Eh? Good luck? What the hell does he mean by good luck?” Christine mumbled to herself. She turned towards the large black door and dragged her luggage behind her. She inserted the keys inside the lock and opened the door. She then turned to pick up her luggage when suddenly the door closed automatically hitting her nose.

“Damn!” she shouted in her native language while struggling to keep the door from completely closing and keeping a hold in her luggage.

Christine shouted some more curse words while still trying to balance her luggage and the door. She bent so as to hold the door with her bum and walked backwards into the house while holding her new phone between her teeth.

She closed the door when she suddenly gasped and the phone fell onto the floor with a loud clank. “FUCK!” she cursed loudly again as she saw the new gadget on the floor. With tears in her eyes she bent down and picked it up inspecting every single inch in order to see if there were any bruises. She sighed in relief and closed her eyes when she suddenly heard a cough from behind her.

She stood up straight, still facing the door. She widened her eyes and her jaw dropped, Oh my God! Did I hear correctly? Was that a cough? Oh my God is there a burglar in the house? A GHOST?! I DON’T WANT TO DIE!!! She thought to herself while biting down her lower lip and her eyes tearing up while clutching the phone closer to her chest. She gulped after there was another cough and she decided to turn around. She slowly turned around, her eyes still closed and biting her lower lip. She turned 180 degrees and opened one eye at a time. When she did her mouth hung open and she silently gasped.

“Usso…(no way)” she said as she looked at the six men who were standing in front of her. Why are NewS here? She asked herself while looking from one hot guy to the next.
