"And you're staying with DongBangShinKi because you weren’t doing so well in your other school?" The new girl asked again as Linzi nodded along.
"And you don't want anybody to know at school because you don't want them to like you because of who your family are?" The new girl asked as Linzi looked up slowly.
"Please don't tell anybody. The guys are really important to me and I don't want to put them through stress either" She spoke softly as the new girl suddenly smiled tilting her head to the side slightly.
"Well your secret's safe with me"
Linzi looked up almost in shock.
"Really?" She asked as the new girl nodded.
"Yeah. I don't really get why you've been trying to hide it so much but if you don't want people to know then I guess I could keep my mouth shut" The new girl shrugged making Linzi smile.
"Thank you" She grinned as the new girl smiled.
"What's your name again?" I asked with my arms folded as the new girl looked up at me and smiled.
"Kim Nona" She informed me as I nodded.
"We're intrusting you with the secret. You think you can do that for us kiddo?" Changmin asked as the girl looked at him as if he was on fire.
"Kiddo?" She asked as Yoochun bit his bottom lip.
"Changmin, I don't think you should have said that" Yoochun whispered.
"I am not a kid. I'm 18 years old. Do I look like a kid to you?.....well, DO I?" She asked standing up and to be fair she was kind of a midget compaired to Changmin but then again that boy was really tall.
Sometimes I wondered how Linzi was so short when looking at how tall Changmin was.
"Well if we compare height then……" Changmin began when the new g- I mean Nona's face turned into an expression of anger.
"Would you stop digging your own grave idiot!" Yoochun snapped at him.
"Ignore my brother Nona. He sometimes can be annoying. I usually just ignore him" Linzi shrugged pulling Nona back down to sit next to her.
"So anyway, back to the project" Linzi said as I noticed Nona trying to calm herself from the little incident that had just taken place in our living room.
"You girls are working on a project?" I asked sitting down on the opposite side of Linzi.
"If you guys had been here earlyer then you would have known that but then again if you guys had been here earlyer we wouldn't have one new addition to the family secret now would we?" Yunho said sounding a bit pissed still.
"Chill out Yunho. It's not like she's gonna spread it through the whole school" I shrugged as Yunho glared at me.
"I'm going to bed, if anyone wakes me up you are all dead" He spoke in a dangerious tone before walking out of the room.
"Boy, he seems scary" Nona said softly once knowing Yunho had no chance of hearing her.
"You get used to it" Linzi shrugged as Nona smiled.
"So what's your project?" I asked looking at Linzi.
"We're parents" Linzi smiled as Changmin sighed.
"Isn't it great. They're teaching kids how to be parents. Almost as if they're encouraging them to go get themselves knocked up during their teens" Changmin flopped down on the couch as Linzi rolled her eyes.
"We've already told you it's not encouraging. It's to show us how much responisbility it is to take care of a child so it will make us think before having sex" Nona spoke up not looking at Changmin at all.
I looked at Changmin to see him pulling a face at Nona behind her back.
Now this was a new side of Changmin I didn't get to see often.
"And giving you a sack of flour is teaching you what exactly?" Junsu asked proding the sack of flour that was sat on the table infront of us all with a daiper stuck half way around the sack of flour.
"The flour represents the baby" Nona informed Junsu as Linzi hit Junsu's hand away from the flour.
"But it's a sack of flour. I mean, it doesn’t even do anything. The one thing it's good for is making cookies" Changmin spoke up as Linzi sighed.
"Changmin, sometimes I wonder how you got better grades than me from when you went to school" Linzi rolled her eyes.
"It's all from what's up in here" Changmin leaned forward tapping the side fo his head.
"Well obviously what used to be in there has vanished because what seems to be inside your skull is thin air" Nona intergected making Yoochun laugh.
Changmin glared at Yoochun before turning back to Nona and Linzi.
"Linzi, what time does your little friend leave?" Changmin asked as Linzi smiled.
"She doesn't" Linzi said as Changmin's glare instantly darted in Linzi's direction.
"Meaning?" He asked as Linzi smiled.
"Meaning she's staying the night. Just so we can fill out some paper work we got for our project" Linzi explained.
"Paper work?" I asked as Linzi nodded.
"Naming the baby, deciding what our jobs are and our incomes. Our car and what type of house we live in" Linzi said as I sighed.
"Sounds like one big head ache to me" Changmin said.
"You're a weird type of grown up" Nona said as Changmin glared once again at her.
"What, you're already out in the big bad world and you think of this type of work a head ache?" Nona questioned as Changmin grunted.
"I'm going to bed" He imitated Yunho and stood up.
"Good night" Linzi smiled as he leaned down and kissed her on the forehead before walking out of the room.
"Don't mind Changmin. Although he's usually not like this unless I'm in some kind of trouble" Linzi explained as Nona grinned.
"It's okay. I think I can handle whatever comments he throws at me" Nona smiled as Junsu laughed.
"I think we've all learned to do that over time"
"Well some of us" Yoochun spoke up as Junsu glared at him playfully.
The next morning we did our new daily routines.
After brushing our teeth and taking our showers Junsu, Yunho and Myself woke Linzi and now a sleepy Nona up from out of bed.
"It's only half 6" Nona said looking at the clock on the night stand.
"Sorry Nona. You can go back to sleep but me and the guys have some things to do" Linzi informed her as Yunho went through her closet to find a belt that would go with her school colour uniform.
"This early in the morning?" She asked as Linzi bit her bottom lip.
"It's our new routine. Our's and Linzi's 'OPERATION BOYFRIEND'!"Junsu shouted out making Nona squint.
"Junsu, not so loud" Yunho hissed at him as Junsu pouted.
"What's an operation boyfriend?" Nona asked as I sighed.
I sat down on the floor next to the bed she lay in.
"You know Lee Hongki?" I asked as Nona snorted.
"The playboy of the school. Yeah I know him" Nona said as I looked at her.
Lee Hongki was a playboy.
The guy we were helping Linzi get was a playboy.
Although I already had doubts about this project of ours I was beginning to have bigger regrets now that I knew what type of guy he seemed to be.
"He's not a playboy" Linzi said as Nona shrugged scratching the side of her head seeming to still be half asleep.
"Well the guys agreed to help me become a better girl in order for me to get his attention" Linzi explained as Nona looked at her in a bored way.
"Lee Hongki the Kingka. You want a guy like him?" Nona asked as Linzi slightly blushed and nodded slowly.
After a few seconds of silence Nona sighed and stood up slowly.
"I guess a friend's gotta do what a friend's gotta do. How can I help?" She asked looking at Junsu.
"Um, could you go get my styling moose from the bathroom?" Junsu asked as Nona nodded and walked out of the room tiredly.
I looked at Linzi who seemed a bit dazed.
"Are you okay?" I asked placing a hand on her sholder.
"Did she just say she was my friend?" Linzi asked looking up at me as I nodded.
Suddenly a smile appeared on Linzi's face.
"Jaejoong, I have a friend!" Linzi said happily as I laughed.
"Come on then. Let's leave for Linzi to get changed" Yunho said placing her school uniform on her bed along with some new accessories that would go with the unform picked out by Yunho.
I smiled walking out of the room along with Yunho and Junsu with the image of Linzi's smiling face in my memory.
All because she had finally made a friend.
