I raised my hand up to the door but froze.
What the hell was I doing.
It's not like I had a choice, I mean Changmin had asked me to tell her dinner was ready.
I was about to knock on the door when it suddenly flew open and I came face to face with Linzi.
"Oh Jaejoong, what's up?" She asked looking at me curiously.
"Uh um, Dinner is ready" I replied blinking once or twice.
I really hadn't expected her to appear so suddenly.
"Oh, Okay give me a second?" She asked as I nodded slowly and began to walk back to the kitchen.
"Hey did you tell her?" Changmin asked as I passed him in the living room.
I nodded in replie still in a bit of shock.
Why did she have to be so innocent?!.
Damn it.
I set out all the food on the dinner table as Yoochun, Yunho and Junsu took their seats.
"Are you okay Jaejoong, you look a bit pale?" Yoochun noticed as I shook my head.
A few seconds later Changmin was back with Linzi following close behind.
They both took their seats as I sat in my usual seat next to Yoochun.
"Jaejoong, this looks great" Linzi smiled at me as I couldn't help but blush.
Times like this I was thankful that I grew up with 9 sisters who taught me how to cook.
"Yeah Jaejoong, you out did yourself today" Changmin commented as I shrugged.
"It's a special occasion isn't it?" I asked as Linzi tilted her head to the side curiously.
"What's the occasion?" She asked as Changmin rolled his eyes and hit her upside the head lightly.
"Your arrival stupid" He said as Linzi pouted at him.
We all began to eat dinner when Junsu looked up curiously.
"So when do you start your new school?" Junsu asked as Linzi looked up and shrugged then looked at Changmin.
"She starts this Monday, it's Friday tomorrow so there's no point in starting school tomorrow" Changmin explained.
"If I had it my way I wouldn't be going at all"Linzi pouted.
"What, but I thought you were good in school, shouldn't you like school?" Yunho asked.
"I did, but now I don't really know" She shrugged.
I looked at Changmin questioningly as he shook his head.
"This time it's gonna be different okay, you're gonna make good friends and get good grades and graduate" Changmin said possitivly as Linzi shrugged.
"Whatever you say bro" She smiled as Changmin nodded happily and began to eat again.
"So, have you guys got any plans for tomorrow?" Linzi asked looking around at us.
"Nothing much, just dance rehearsals" Yunho shrugged as Junsu groaned.
It was true, Yunho wasn't exactly the most patient person and got easily annoyed if one of us got a simple step wrong and Junsu was his usual victim but I guess Yunho just liked perfection.
I noticed Junsu suddenly perk up.
I was obvious he had just thought up of an idea.
"Linzi, you can come along if you want?" Junsu suggested as Linzi looked at Changmin.
"Really?" She asked Changmin.
"Sure, if it's ok with the others" Changmin shrugged.
Linzi instantly turned her eyes to me.
"Jae?"She asked.
She only ever used to call me 'Jae' when she wanted something.
"Sure, fine by me" I smiled.
She then turned to Yoochun.
"Yoochun" She asked smiling showing off her braces.
"Um ok, I could always get some tips on how to perfect my dance skills" Yoochun shrugged.
"And that only leaves Yunho" Linzi slowly looked at Yunho.
Linzi I could tell had left Yunho till last on purpose.
She had always been slightly scared of Yunho since she saw him shout at Junsu that one time 3 years ago.
That's probably why Junsu invited her to come along.
That time he shouted at Junsu infront of her she had gone into a state of shock and had Changmin really worried.
I guess she never thought someone could be angry at her Dear Junsu.
Yunho had felt guilty about it that time and Junsu knew he wouldn't want the same thing to happen again.
I knew Junsu had a plan.
"Majority rules" Yunho sighed having not seen Junsu's trap in time.
"Cool, I guess I'll be tagging along" She grinned and began to finish the rest of her dinner as Yunho sighed once again in defeat.
I guess this was a knew feeling for Yunho.
Being a victim of Junsu's plotting.
After dinner I did the usual and began washing up the dishes.
Seriously, not even one of the guys offered to help me.
I guess this is the price I have to pay living with those 4 slobs.
"Hey, need any help?" A voice suddenly asked from behind me making me jump.
I turn around to see Linzi smiling at me.
"Sorry, did I scare you?" She asked as I felt my heart skip a beat.
"Not at all"I lied.
"I can't believe they just left you here to clean up by yourself, give me a second" Linzi smirked and walked out of the kitchen only to walk back in 5 seconds later with Changmin, Yoochun and Junsu behind her.
"Yunho has already gone to bed" Linzi smiled tilting her head to the side.
"But these guys offered to help" Linzi said as I looked at Junsu as if he was serious.
"It was either this or waking up with no eyebrows" Junsu mumbled as I stiffled my laugh.
Even Linzi could be scary when she had to be and I guess she hadn't lost her touch on how to keep the guys in line.
Minus Yunho of course.
"So what can we do to help?"Linzi beamed at me as I shrugged.
"How about I clean, you dry, Yoochun puts away and Junsu and Changmin clean the tops" I suggested as Linzi nodded.
"You heard the man, get to work" She said smiling innocently at the others.
Instantly they all suprisingly did as I suggested and worked on their appointed tasks.
"Oh Linzi I forgot!" Junsu suddenly shouted as Linzi turned to him to see what Junsu was so excited about.
"Look what I got us….I mean you" Junsu corrected himself pulling out the Ben and Jerry's icecream he had bought earlyer from out of the freezer.
"Aw Junsu, you remembered" Linzi cheered running over to him and giving him a hug.
"But you know I won't be able to eat all this by myself" Linzi said pulling away from her embrace with Junsu.
"Well I suppose I could help you eat it" Junsu shrugged as if he hadn't been planning on doing that from the very beginning.
"Thank you" She smiled putting the icecream back in the freezer and walking to my side to finish drying the dishes that I handed to her.
Once we did finally finish cleaning up and a very long 5 minutes of Junsu and Changmin arguing over who cleaned what we eventually decided to call it a day.
Well Changmin, Yoochun and I did but not Linzi and Junsu.
"Aren’t you going to bed?" I asked seeing Linzi sit down on the couch infront of the TV along with Junsu and her bucket of icecream.
"Me and Junsu are gonna watch a movie, would you care to join us?" She asked as I shook my head.
"Enjoy" I sighed walking to my room.
I guess some people would wonder why I was so calm about Linzi and Junsu being together alone at night but the thing was, Junsu wouldn't try anything with her.
We all knew Junsu and Linzi got along too well to be anything more than friends and he knew he would have to suffer Changmin's wrath if he ever tried anything with his little sister.
Maybe that’s the reason I never told anyone about how I feel.
Yeah right.
Me scared of Changmin.
Whatever.
