I was convinced she was not mad at me judging my the kiss she secretly granted me when no one was in the living room.
I'd say she's becoming more bolder when it comes to showing me affection.
I smiled to myself replaying to moment in my head.
I had managed to convince Boa to go home after finding out her meeting was an hour after ours finishes.
Since when did Boa lie to me?
I sat in between Junsu and Yoochun playing with my phone when I got a text.
Luckily I had my phone on silent.
I knew better than Changmin who constantly forgot about our Managers rules when in a meeting.
I opened the text to find it was from Linzi.
'Hey, can't wait till you finish the meeting. Nona's coming over soon so I won't be lonely for long. I'll still be missing you though. Love U love me xox'
I smiled and put my phone in my pocket.
She loved me.
A smile plastered on my face I began listening to what our manager was rambling on about.
"And next week you will all be traveling to Japan like we talked about"
I froze.
What?
Oh crap, I forgot about that.
"Uh well I've got Linzi with me so she'll have to come" Changmin spoke up, interupting our manager.
I let out a sigh of relief.
"She can't"
And I froze again.
"What? Why?" Changmin asked.
"We're not going to Japan to play around. We're going there to work and she'll only be a distraction to all of you. I've already made contact with Mr and Mrs Shim and explained everything to them. They're expecting to take her back when you leave for Japan" Manager explained as Changmin's mouth fell.
Literally.
"What, you can't do that!" Changmin snapped standing up from his chair.
We all looked at him.
Well except for Yoochun who was looking at me, probably checking my reaction.
"I'm your manager and when it comes to issues like these I can do that" Manager said rather calmly.
"But she's got nothing to do with you. She's my sister. I've already missed out on playing the part of her older brother for so many years already and now that I finally get to make up for it you send her back?" Changmin snapped.
"And this is exactly what I mean when I say she's a distraction. The girl stays behind and that's final"
"But" Changmin began only to be cut of.
"We leave next Monday and it's been decided that we'll be there promoting for at least 6 months. Linzi goes back to living with her parents in that time. End of discussion" Manager said in a voice of authoritity.
Changmin slumped back down in his seat after a heavy pull from Yunho who was sat next to him.
Changmin looked extremely disappointed.
I bit my lower lip in frustration.
Linzi was going back to live with her parents.
We'd be seperated for 6 whole months?
As much as I felt bad for Changmin I could tell Yunho and Yoochun held some sympathy for me.
We'd finally got together after all these years of having a secret crush on her and now we were gonna be seperated again.
How was Linzi gonna take this?
After the meeting we made our way home.
Walking through the door I slipped off my shoes and walking into the living room to see Linzi sat on the couch watched 'Heading to the Ground'.
"You watch this show?" I asked sitting down next to her noticing the bowl of popcorn in her hands.
"Yeah, Yunho's not really as scairy in this. Well except when he keeps kicking that door in the first episode" Linzi shrugged watching Yunho kick the door in the girls toilets in which Go Ara was sat on the other side of.
Yunho walked into the room and sighed.
"We're watching me?" He asked as Linzi nodded happily.
"But I already know what happens" Yunho whinned.
Linzi grinned and shrugged.
Changmin walked in followed by Yoochun and Junsu.
"Uh Linzi, I have something to tell you" He said softly.
"Speak"
Changmin sighed and took the remote from her and muting the tv.
"We were told today that next Monday DBSK is going to promote in Japan for 6 months"Changmin let out a heavy sigh.
Linzi's eyes widdened slightly.
"Does this mean I have to transfer schools again?" She questioned.
"Techincally, yes" Yoochun bit his bottom lip.
Linzi froze for a second before jumping up into the air happily, causing the popcorn she held to fly everywhere.
"Oh my god yes!, Japan here I come!" She cheered happily as Changmin looked at both me and Yunho for help.
Don't look at me.
I'm the boyfriend.
I can only comfort.
"Linzi, when I say DBSK is going to Japan I mean…….Only DBSK" Changmin said softly as Linzi's cheering subsided.
Linzi looked at Changmin questioningly.
"You mean……without me?"
Changmin bit his bottom lip.
"It's not that we don’t want you to come Linzi. It's our Manager. He thinks that you'll be a distraction to us so he made contact with your parents without us knowing. They're expecting you to return home when we leave" Yoochun explained as Linzi looked to me.
"Are…you guys being for real?"
Yunho nodded as I sighed letting her know this wasn't a set up.
"6 months?"
Junsu stepped forward.
"I'll call you every night"
"How does that make me feel any better? It's not the same. I won't get to see you guys every day" Linzi said and I could tel her voice was close to breaking.
She stepped back.
"Linzi don't…" Changmin stepped forward but she took another step back.
"I'm tired. I'm gonna go to bed" Linzi said turning away as the door bell rang.
Changmin sighed before turning to go answer the door.
Yoochun flopped onto the couch beside Yunho.
"Well this sucks"
I bit my lower lip and walked to Linzi's room.
Without knocking on the door and walked in and shut the door behind me.
Linzi was sat on her bed and I noticed a tear slidding down her face.
I walked over to her slowly and bent down infront of her.
I looked up at her as she looked to the floor.
"Linzi, it's gonna be okay" I said reaching up and wiping the tear away with my thumb.
"No it's not. It's s-stupid. Everything was going great and now everything's gonna change again" Linzi shook her head as I lifted her chin up so she'd look at me.
"Why do you think things are gonna change?" I asked curiously.
"Because it is. What if after 6 months you come back and you don't want to be with me anymore. What if you meet someone in Japan and decide you don’t love me like you do now?" She sobbed as a small smile appeared on my face.
"Well, I'm glad you find this funny" She said standing up and walked a few steps ahead.
I quickly got to my feet and took her hand, pulling her back to me.
I wrapped my arms around her.
"I think it's funny that you think that I'd find someone who can replace you in my heart. Don't you know by now that you've held this place in my heart for a lot longer than 6 months?" I questioned as Linzi shrugged as I sighed and cupped her face in my hands.
"You're irreplacable so get them stupid ideas out of your head. I'm not gonna forget you" I said leaning in and kissing her softly.
I pulled away slowly and saw the tears in her eyes.
"6 months is a long time" She mumbled.
"Yeah but forever is a lot longer and that how long I plan to be with you" I smiled making her laugh.
"You've been hanging out with Yoochun for too long. You sound so cheesy" She giggled before moving closer and kissing me again.
This time deeper.
Just as we were getting into the kiss and high pitched scream was heard very clearly.
We pulled apart and both looked to our right to see Junsu at the door screaming and pointing at the two of us.
He quickly ran away as I instantly bolted after him.
He saw!
We ran into the living room where Yoochun and Yunho were still sat.
Linzi ran in after us.
Junsu still screaming, both Yunho and Yoochun leapt to their feet.
"He saw?" Yunho questioned as I nodded.
"They were kissing!, They were kissing!" Junsu shouted in panic mode.
"We know……WE KNOW!" Yoochun shouted trying to calm him down.
"You know!"
"Yes I know and Yunho knows but Changmin doesn’t know so you have to stop screaming!" Yoochun said shaking Junsu by the sholders.
"Uh what don't I know?" Asked another voice from the entrance to the living room.
We all spun around to see Changmin stood there with Nona behind him with redish eyes, seems like she'd been crying, looking very curious.
Uh oh.
