We had already made it past the fans after going through airport security and now we were waiting in a departure lounge for god knows how long.
Our flight had been delayed.
I sat there in depression.
I already missed Linzi.
Changmin came and sat down next to me.
"Where's Junsu, Yoochun and Yunho?" I asked.
"Yoochun and Yunho are trying to calm Junsu down who insists on stocking up on candy for the plane ride" Changmin rolled his eyes.
I nodded in silence.
Junsu loved airport shopping.
I think it had something to do with all the duty free shops.
"Sometimes I really wonder how I'm the Magnae of the group" I heard Changmin say under his breath.
Changmin looked at me.
I nodded slowly although I wasn't really paying attention to him.
How could I when thoughts of Linzi were building up in my mind.
Soon Changmin would know about my and Linzi's relationship, in the first phone call he gets from Linzi once we're in Japan.
Then I will be a dead man walking.
"Jae I've never seen you looking so depressed" Changmin said as I nodded once again slowly.
Silence
"You must really love her"
I looked up at him in an instant.
"What?" I asked questioningly.
Changmin rolled his eyes and pulled out a book from his travel bag.
Harry Potter, why am I not surprised.
"You know I may be the magnae but it doesn't mean I don't notice obvious things. Especually when they include my sister" Changmin said calmly.
My eyes widdened.
"Y-You Know ab-about us?" I stuttered.
When the hell did he find out?!
"Of course I know. I've known how you felt about her since the day you met her and now it seems she's come to feel the same way about you. I guess I'm thankful that it's you that she's fallen in love with and not Yoochun or Yunho"Changmin shrugged.
My mind wondered to the chaos in the van as we made our way here.
Changmin was not in such a good mood because of the stunt Yunho pulled before we left.
Changmin ahd decided to spare Yunho's life though once being told to get a grip from Yoochun.
Knowing he was out numbered he let Yunho off with a warning.
I looked at him as he looked up at me.
"Jaejoong, the only reason why I'm being calm about this is because I know you and I know you'll make Linzi happy. I trust you more than anyone else when it comes to my sister and I think if I can't be there to protect her forever…it'd be nice if you protected her in my place" Changmin sighed as my mouth slackened.
Just then my phone rang.
"Aren't you supposed to turn them off in an airport?" Changmin asked as I ignored him.
I answered the call quickly.
"Jaejoong!"
"Nona?"
Changmin instantly perked up.
"Nona's on the phone. Let me talk" Changmin said reaching for my phone.
"Jaejoong we have a situation. Linzi took off" Nona said.
"What?!" I shouted standing up making Changmin fall forward onto my seat after making a grab for my phone for the second time.
"She was in her bedroom when I came back in after seeing you guys off. I figured she just wanted to be alone and after an hour or something Linzi came bolting out of her bedroom, still in her pjs and ran out of the apartment" Nona explained.
"What? Where is she?" I asked.
"She's in a cab infront of me. I'm following her in my own cab as we speak but I don't know where she's going" Nona said as I heard a car screech in the background.
"I'll call you back if I catch her—Yah, You just nearly ran over a woman older than my Grandma!" I heard Nona shout, most likely at the cab driver.
She hung up and straight away I was making a run for the departure lounge door.
"Where do you think you're going Jaejoong?" Manager suddenly appeared blocking my way.
"I'm going to find my girlfriend" I said pushing past him.
I quickly passed Yunho, Yoochun and Junsu as I ran.
"Dude where are you going?" Yunho asked.
"To find Linzi!" I shouted back.
"Are you insane, the fangirls will eat you alive!" Yoochun called back to me.
"Don't care"
I carried on running as fast as I could.
I had to find her.
She could be anywhere.
I ran through airport security and out into the masses of fans who for some reason were still loutering around the airport.
I heard them shout my name or scream after noticing my presence.
I was surrounded.
"Jaejoong!" I heard someone shout.
I turned to see Changmin, Junsu, Yunho and Yoochun running out past airport security.
Instantly the fans attention diverted to them.
Their voices grew even more high pitched if that were even possible but then I heard it.
Out of all the voices that filled my ears to the point I thought I was going deaf I heard it.
"Jaejoong Oppa!"
I spun around when I was nearly knocked off my feet.
I inhaled her familiar scent as I felt her legs wrap around my waist and her arms around my kneck.
My arms instantly flew to around her waist.
I stood there as I became aware of all the fangirl's piercing stares.
Linzi pulled away and looked down at me.
"Jaejoong" She said and slowly leaned in and kissed me.
Okay, now I was extremely aware of all the fangirl's stares.
Instantly I heard paparazzi camera's going off capturing the moment.
"Yah, no photos! Jaejoong get in here!" I heard Manager's voice.
I broke away from the kiss and lowered Linzi onto the floor.
"Got you!" Nona suddenly appeared at Linzi's side out of breath as she latched herself onto Linzi's arm.
Manager guided myself, Linzi, Nona and the guys into one of the airport security rooms.
The door instantly shut behind us and was locked by one of the airport workers.
This was the place they took people who had bombs………….right?
"What are you doing here?" I wasted no time in asking.
Linzi bit her lower lip.
"After you left I went in my room to think about a few things and well…..I blame Changmin!" Linzi said pointing at Changmin.
I looked at Changmin questioningly.
"Don't say I never do anything for you" He shrugged as Nona walked over to him and hit him upside the head.
"So you're the reason I nearly suffered from a heart attack?" She asked as Changmin pulled her into a hug.
"I don't understand" I said as Linzi looked at me.
"The plane ticket Changmin give me….It's for Japan. Just an hour after your flight and my travel bag is gone with all my clothes. Changmin has never been the type to travel heavy and he had 3 bags when he left. I put two and two together" She said softly as I looked at Changmin.
"You didn't expect me to leave my sister and my girlfriend behind for 6 months did you? In my defence though, you weren't supposed to arrive here until we had gone" Changmin complained as Linzi rolled her eyes.
"What do you mean girlfriend?" Nona asked pulling away from him.
"Nona. There's two flight tickets and I'm guessing the other one is your's" Linzi said handing over one of the tickets.
"But that can't be. I don't even have anything with me. No clothes, no nothing" Nona said.
"Changmin has 3 bags, 1 for him, 1 for Linzi, that leaves one more bag" Yunho said.
"But my parents. I doubt they'd let me—" Nona began when Changmin pulled out a passport and flashed it to her.
She looked at the picture inside.
"How did you get my passport?" She asked.
"I made contact with your parents. I explained everything to them and after begging all week they finally allowed me to take you to Japan with me. You just have to call them every day to let them know that you're okay" Changmin smiled as Nona looked at him.
"Shim Changmin! Have I ever told you……………How much I love you!" She shouted pulling Changmin in for a kiss.
Linzi clapped her hands happily as I wrapped an arm around her.
"Jae, what are you doing? Changmin's right there" She whispered uncomfortably as Changmin pulled away from Nona.
"I already know everything Linzi so relax" He said.
Linzi looked up at me accusingly.
"He figured it out on his own. Apparently he's known from the very beginning how I feel about you" I shrugged as Linzi's face lit up.
"I'm not just a pretty face" Changmin smiled.
"And he approves?"
I smiled and nodded.
Linzi grinned and ran over to Changmin and give him a kiss on the cheek.
"I can't believe I'm gonna say this but, Changmin, you're awesome" She grinned.
"So we're all going to Japan?" Nona asked smiling.
"No!"
We all turned to see Manager stood there not looking happy in the slightest.
"I already told you she's not permitted to come. She has nowhere to stay and her parents are already expecting her"
"Actually they are coming, You see I already spoke to my parents and they agreed to let her come with me to Japan. I've already got her and Nona enrolled in a school in Japan to finish off their education and I've booked them to stay in the same hotel as us for the remainder of the trip. They're coming" Changmin said as Linzi walked closer to me.
"And I'm not going if Linzi isn't. Simple as that" I shrugged placing my arm around her.
"Same goes for me. If Nona and Linzi aren’t there then I'm not gonna be either" Changmin smiled.
"I guess that applies for us. There can’t be any DongBangShinKi concerts with no DongBangShinKi members" Junsu grinned as Yoochun nodded in agreement.
"Yunho! Talk to them" Manager Hyung ordered as a last resort, seeking the leaders help.
Yunho looked at us all and then shrugged.
"What can I do. It’s their own choice and if I'm going to be honest I'd say having Linzi and Nona in Japan wouldn't be such a bad idea"
"What's it gonna be Manager Hyung? Linzi and Nona coming along or no DongBangShinKi in Japan at all?" Yoochun asked as Manager Hyung went red in the face before belting out "Fine!"
Changmin grinned and pulled Nona into a hug.
"Why don't we go trade these flight tickets in for tickets to catch the same flight together?" Nona suggested taking Linzi's ticket quickly.
"Let's go" Changmin said taking her hand.
"Come on guys" Changmin said to Yoochun, Yunho and Junsu as they made their way out of the room.
Nona walked over to the Manager and took his arm.
"I know you're upset right now but just let it go. Once we spend some time together you'll find that me and Linzi are really nice girls and we'll become the best of friends, just you wait and see" Nona said as she led Manager Hyung out of the room.
Once the door shut I noticed Linzi and I were alone…again.
"So…. Are you excited for Japan?" Linzi asked looking up at me.
"Of course I am, Now that you're coming along" I grinned.
"Aw that's sweet. Are you sure you won't get bored of me?"
I gawked at her.
"Are you kidding me? I'd never get bored of you. I've spent too much time chasing you to grow bored of you so fast" I smirked as Linzi bit her lower lip.
"What about you're fans?"
"After what happened out there and how fast news usually spreads through the fans, the whole world probably knows by now that I'm dating Changmin's little sister"
"Happy?" Linzi smiled.
"Never been more happy in my life" I proclaimed pulling Linzi in for a small kiss on the lips.
"Come on. We better catch up with the others" She said taking my hand and walking out of the room hand in hand.
Instantly we were greeted by flashing cameras and fans screaming my name.
Just for fun I wrapped my arm around Linzi and smiled for the cameras.
"Cam Whore" I heard Linzi mutter as I laughed
I noticed Linzi's face redden in embarassment.
Starting from now it was offical to everyone that I was taken by Shim Linzi and she was mine.
Although Operation Boyfriend didn't get Linzi the guy who she originally set out for, she ended up getting someone better if I do say so myself.
Me!
And I ended up getting the girl who I had always thought was out of my reach, but now here she was in my arms.
Decpite my bad feelings about Operation Boyfriend from the beginning, I'd say it worked out better than expected in my favour.
Now I had Linzi, just like it was meant to be all along.

Ah it's over!
Can't believe it, although I am a bit sad.
