Xi Men looked up:"Xiao You?"
Xiao You kenlt down besides him:"It's so cold, why dont you go inside? The wind is picking up."
“Can you warm me up?” Xi Men asked suddenly as he pulled her towards him
Xiao You: “Wha…”
“Just this once, I want to be selfish just this once.” Xi Men whispered as he hugged her.
Tears filled Xiao You’s beautiful eyes as she returned the hug, Xi Men’s head was pressed against her chest and she was kneeling in between his legs, Xiao You rested her head on top of Xi Men’s as she hugged him with all the strength left in her.
Xi Men felt so content just having her so close, he felt the warmth of her body against his and the sweet perfume she had on. God, how was he going to give up? Is this their first and last hug? Is this good bye?
“Xi Men…” Xiao You murmured as she stroked his hair.
Xiao You’s POV: I don’t know if I’m ready, should I tell him my feelings again? What if he rejects again? I wont live to tell that one. I don’t want to be hurt again, I don’t want history to repeat it self. Should I wait, or should I confess…again?
Xi Men: “Xiao You…I…”
Xi Men’s POV: I don’t want to break up her happiness, but I wont forgive myself if I don’t confess to her, and I wont forgive myself if I break up her happiness.
“You can tell me, you can tell me anything, I am your…friend.” Xiao You stated
“Friend?” Nothing more? Xi Men thought
“I tried, I really tried, but I…I can’t forget you, I cant stop loving you.” Xi Men finally expressed his true feelings from deep down his heart.
“Xi Men? I don’t know what to say…” Xiao You muttered, her heart raced and thumped excitedly when she hear him, those words she longed to hear from him for like…forever. He has finally said it.
Xi Men looked Xiao You squarely in the eye with his painful expression: “You don’t have to accept me, I just want to let you know my true feelings. I…I don’t want to come in between your happiness because of my selfishness.”
A tear slid down Xi Men’s perfect face right in front of Xiao You, she felt her heart break again, she couldn’t bear to see him cry, he looked so sad…so lonely, so hurt…
Xiao You reached forward and gently wiped the tear away: “Don’t cry, Xi Men.”
Xi Men caught her hand in his: “Promise me, promise me you’ll always be happy with Nick. Promise me that I wont regret giving you up.”
As more tears slid down Xi Men’s face, Xiao You’s emotions couldn’t hold in either as she cried too.
“I’ll never be happy without you.” Xiao You whispered as she threw herself into Xi Men’s arms, and wrapped her arms around his neck, hugging him tight.
Xi Men’s POV: Oh god, please tell me I’m not hearing things. She said…I can give her happiness, it means…she still loves me. My heart, it’s broken but slowly healing every second she is hugging me. I cant believe this, I’m not dreaming…
“Xiao You…I…do you really…” Xi Men couldn’t finish, mixed emotions stirred inside him.
“I love you, I’ve never stopped since I started.” Xiao You murmured quietly, but Xi Men heard alright, he heard her every single word.
“Oh god, I hope I’m not dreaming. I…I love you so much Xiao You.” Xi Men whispered as he closed his eyes and pressed his head against hers.
Xiao You’s POV: He said it. Xi Men said it. He loves me. I love him too. We are both in love, but we kept hurting each other, I swear I’ll never stop loving him until the day I die.
“Xi Men, you don’t know how long I’ve waited to hear that.” Xiao you cried with tears of happiness falling from her cheeks.
Xi Men: “I’m sorry…I’m sorry. I shouldn’t have ever let you go, I love you, I love you, I love you…” Xi Men repeated over and over again.
Xiao You closed her eyes, loving to hear Xi Men’s words.
“I love you…” Xiao You whispered as Xi Men tilted her head up for a kiss. As their lips touch for the first time, they felt the feeling of true happiness. Never before had they felt so good, so complete, in their lives. Xiao You leaned in closer, tasting his lustful lips and pressing hers harder against his. Xi Men released all the pent up passion, desire and longing emotions inside him and kissed Xiao You like there was no tomorrow. With Xiao You in Xi Men’s arms and their lips locked together passionately, there was no tomorrow…there was only Xi Men…and…Xiao You.
