San Cai: “Yea.”
Lei quietly changed back to his old clothes as he watched San Cai standing silently at the door way. He walked up to her but she didn’t even seem to notice his presence.
“What’s the matter?” Lei asked concerned
San Cai jumped at the sound of his voice: “Oh, I was just thinking about Xi Men and Xiao You.”
Lei rubbed his hands on her arm and assured her: “Don’t worry, like you said, we’ll try our best to help them right?”
San Cai turned around and faced Lei: “You are willing to care about other people’s business too?”
“I don’t know, I just know that I’ll do anything to make you happy.” Lei said softly
“Thanks Lei…thanks for everything.” She murmured as she gave him a kiss on the cheek and went to her own room.
Lei caught her wrist: “That’s it?”
San Cai gave him a weak smile: “I’m tired.”
Lei nodded understandingly: “Get some sleep, stop worrying, if they were meant to be, fate will bring them together.”
San Cai nodded, just as Lei began to walk back to his room, San Cai called him: “Lei!”
Lei turned back around and looked at her with concern: “Yea? What’s wrong?”
San Cai ran up to him and threw her arms around his neck: “I’m scared.”
Lei gave a soft laugh and wrapped his comforting arms around her waist: “Silly, what are you scared of? Aren’t you the weed?”
“No, I mean, Xi Men has hurt Xiao You so many times. But you never did anything wrong to me, I’m scared that one day you will, I’m afraid you’ll leave me one day.” San Cai whispered
“I promise I won’t, but even if I lose you, I swear I’ll go after you and get you, no matter what it takes…unless you love someone else, then I’m willing to let go…and let you find your happiness.” Lei said quietly
“I won’t love someone else, what do you mean by that, Lei?” She asked a little bit angry
Lei: “I…if Ah Si got his memory back…”
“I love you.” San Cai stated and then she kissed him on the lips to prevent him from saying anything.
“San Cai…” Lei murmured when she pulled back, they stared into each others eyes with love and tilted their heads towards each other again. They kissed each other softly and lightly at first, but then as San Cai pressed Lei’s lips harder on hers, and Lei’s hands start wandering under her clothes, things got a little carried away…
Lei’s POV: I will treasure the times we have together, but I have no confidence that she’ll be with me forever, because something tells me by the way Ah Si acts that he got his memory back. And of course with his personality, he’ll go after San Cai and if she chooses him…then I’ll let go.
San Cai: I know Lei is worried if Ah Si wants me back. But I love him, I love Lei. My feelings for DMS is beginning to fade already…I can’t promise anything, but I know my true feelings…I love him, Hua Ze Lei.
~NEXT DAY~
Xi Men sat depressed on his empty bed, no Xiao You. He had just read the documents San Cai gave him and realized how much he’s hurt Xiao You. And how much he regrets it, it breaks his heart when he thinks over and over again of how he accused her of being heartless. But the fact was it was him, no one else, he was the heartless one…hurting Xiao You over and over again.
“Man, what do I do now?!” Xi Men exclaimed aloud
“Xi Men…” a voiced interrupted
Xi Men looked up and hoped to see Xiao You’s forgiving face, but instead he saw Xao Gen: “What the hell are you doing here?!”
Xiao Gen: “I..”
“Don’t even start, you lied to me, and this will be the last time! Why are you really even back?! To ruin my life? Is that it? Well are you happy now? It’s ruined!!” Xi Men yelled, he has never before shouted at a girl like this, never. He was always the gentleman Xi Men, the polite, charming Xi Men.
“Xi…Xi Men…how can you say that to me?” Xiao Gen gasped in shock
Xi Men just glared coldly at her: “Please leave.”
Xiao Gen threw herself into Xi Men’s arms: “Why cant you tell? I love you! Don’t ask about the past, think about our future, I only have you left, Xi Men. I love you…cant you understand how love feels?”
Xi Men’s heart softened and weakened when he heard those words come out of her mouth, but then he pushed her away: “Don’t be like this, you have your parents, I know they aren’t dead, and you don’t have a brother.”
Xiao Gen: “And do you know why I lied to you? Because I want you to love me again, don’t ask why I left, just ask your heart, do you still love me?”
“I…” Xi Men hesitated
But Xiao Gen reached up and kissed him on the lips, she was kissing him so passionately, even Xi Men forgot he was mad at her. All he knew was that he couldn’t turn down her offer, he has always wanted her for a long time…but does he really still want her now? Xiao You is the only one in his heart, right?
Xi Men kicked his door shut and carried Xiao Gen over to his bed…it wont hurt for tonight right? “I always sleep with girls, does it matter? I don’t want Xiao You to control my life, I’m scared to be so useless with her around that I need her for everything, I’ll show myself and her, I have my own life, and no one is going to control it.
