Everyone was on the plane back to Tai Wan as the girls were chatting happily about Christmas. They had first class seats so a whole section was reserved for them only.
“When do we get to see Nick?” XQ asked
“Yea, you make him sound so adorable and cute!” San Cai laughed
MZ butted in: “Ei, who is this Nick you girls are so interested in?”
Lei was jealous the way San Cai described him but he didn’t say anything and sat in his seat quietly.
Xi Men laughed quietly to himself, already knowing who Nick is seeing MZ make a fool out of himself.
“It’s a secret.” XQ lied
The two other girls giggled seeing MZ so jealous.
He ran a hand through his hair and pouted at Xiao You: “Please tell me who he is.”
F3 laughed at their friend’s desperate reaction.
Xiao You felt sorry for him and laughed: “He is my baby cousin who is coming to Tai Wan for Christmas.”
MZ’s eyes widened as he blushed: “Oh.”
XQ laughed at her boyfriend and gave him a peck on the lips: “Sorry for lying to you.”
MZ blushed even more: “Uh, it’s ok.”
He moved away from the girls’ conversation, determined not to butt in and make a fool out of himself again.
Lei was relieved to hear the truth but also laughed at MZ’s blushing.
DMS: “There is going to be a ball at my house, hope you guys all come.”
Xi Men: “There is a Christmas party at my house, hope you guys all come.”
Lei: “My cousin had is coming to visit with her four year old daughter, they are holding a party too, you guys can come if you want.”
The girls looked at MZ expecting him to have a party too.
And he did.
“There is a special get together/party at my house.” MZ ended
“Whoa, so many parties.” San Cai exclaimed
Xiao You: “Yea, who is going where?”
XQ: “How are we going to pick between the four of you?”
F4 laughed: “The parties are all at different days.”
DMS: “Mine is first.”
Lei: “Mine is after his.”
MZ: “Mine is after Lei’s.”
XM: “No duh, mine is last.”
MZ leaned close to XQ: “Of course if we did all have it on the same days, you’ll come to mine right?” he teased
“Hmm, I don’t know…I love little kids, so maybe I’d go to Lei’s.” XQ teased back
“Hey!” MZ protested
Xi Men: “Xiao You, what about you?”
Xiao You smiled: “Of course Lei’s! I love babies!”
DMS: “San Cai?”
San Cai laughed: “Lei’s of course, I love cute little children!”
F3 pretended to glare at Lei who gave them an innocent, it’s not my fault look.
The girls laughed to see the three guys all mad.
Lei: “Hey, it’s not my fault they all love kids.”
MZ: “By the way it sounds, these three girls cant wait to have babies of their own.”
San Cai, Xiao You and XQ all turned red and blushed really hard.
F4 laughed, MZ was the only one who could make girls blush and get embarrassed.
“Haha, you guys look so funny!” DMS laughed and began to crack up all over again.
“Why are you three all red?” Xi Men smirked
Lei was trying to hold in his laugh but burst out laughing: “MZ was kidding, why are you all so serious?!”
MZ looked at XQ and whispered something in her ear, which made her hit him lightly and blush even more.
“Do you want to have kids of our own?” MZ whispered
Lei’s POV: What if me and San Cai had kids? That would be the real life…I’d have a family…but I’m not sure if I’m ready yet…
Xi Men’s POV: I can’t imagine a married life with a wife and kids, that is so impossible for me, but Xiao You…
Xiao You’s POV: I’d love to have a child I could call my own, and if Xi Men was the father…but everyone knows it’s impossible for Xi Men to settle down…or else his name wouldn’t be Xi Men.
San Cai’s POV: A baby…that sounds so wonderful. I’ve always loved little kids. I wonder if Lei feels the same…
MZ’s POV: I’m a changed man but I can’t imagine life with kids and stuff, it makes me sound so old, so suffocated…but for Xiao Qiao….
XQ: MZ may have changed but I don’t know if he is ready for a family…I’d love to have my own kids…
DMS: “Ei, why is everyone so quiet?”
As soon as DMS said that, everyone seemed to snap back in reality.
“Thank god our parties are all on different days or Lei would have stolen all our girls.” Xi Men joked
Then everyone stared at him weirdly.
“What?” Xi Men asked cluelessly
MZ: “What did you mean by “our”?”
Xi Men then turned red but quickly made an cover up: “Uh, I meant that if there were other girls at the parties, they’d all go to Lei’s because of the kid.”
What a lame excuse!
They decided not to give Xi Men a hard time and went back to discussing about their plans.
Xi Men’s POV: Xiao You, why do I keep referring you as mine? Like at the resturant, now in front of everyone…somehow, I cant put you in the past…
San Cai was sitting with Lei, XQ with MZ and only DMS, Xi Men and Xiao You was alone, it was late dark clouds were outside their airplane window and the girls snuggled up to their boyfriends for comfort. MZ and Lei leaned back into their seats with a arm around their girlfriends, they had a conten, happy look on their faces.
Xi Men slid into the empty seat next to Xiao You: “Mind if I sit here?”
Xiao You’s eyes were closed and she didn’t bother to open them: “Yes.”
If it was any other girl, they’d try to fix themselves and give Xi Men their full attention.
“Why?” Xi Men asked
Xiao You: “I just do, there are so many other seats in here.”
“But this is the only one with a pretty girl next to it.” He teased
Xi Men laughed softly as he saw Xiao You roll her eyes under her eyelids.
“Your smooth talk wont work on me.” Xiao Yo mumbled
“Please…” he begged.
“No.” Xiao You said instantly.
Xi Men sighed and stood up but he had a happy smile on his face. For the first time in is life, he had a goal. A goal he was determined to suceed. He was going to win her back…Xi Men was going to give it all he has to win Xiao You back again. His pride? It didn’t matter already the day he told Xiao You he loved her.
