Xi Men: “MZ, I’ll be right back.”
MZ: “Alright.”
Xi Men followed Xiao You and Nick, pushing past everyone in the crowd.
~GUESTROOM~
Xiao You dragged Nick into a guest room where they were away from the noise and music.
Nick breathed heavily: “Now what do you need to tell me?”
Xiao You sighed and sat back onto a sofa: “It’s about Xi Men.”
Nick looked at her interested: “Xi Men?”
Xiao You: “I’ve lied to him.”
Nick: “Keep going…”
Xiao You: “When he was in the hospital, the doctor said that if he was depressed or sad, he can let go of his life and…and he’d die. So I…I told him I loved him and forgave him…”
“But you actually still cant forgive him.” Nick finished
Xiao You bit her lip and nodded: “How can I? I mean, he slept with a girl while he was my boyfriend. He cheated on me, Nick. He cheated on me.”
By now Xiao You was in tears and Nick went over to hug her: “Xi Men is an idiot to let a girl like you get hurt.”
~OUTSIDE THE DOOR~
Xi Men was listening to their every word as he felt his own tears sliding down his face. So she doesn’t forgive me, she lied to me. How can I be so stupid? How can I be so stupid to hurt her again and again?
Xi Men walked away from the door…away from Xiao You. He had heard enough, enough to confirm that she has moved on. She doesn’t love him anymore let alone forgive him.
“Xiao You, is it really that hard to forgive me?” Xi Men murmured to himself as he went into the men’s restroom so no one would see his tears…no one could see Xi Men cry. He was Xi Men. Xiao You was the only one who he cried in front of and cried for.
~BACK IN THE GUEST ROOM~
Nick: “Xiao You, how come they couldn’t tell that you were faking it?”
Xiao You: “I…I made believe we back in our old times, when we loved each other. That is the only way I can put myself to being close to him. Let just say…that I have more memories to keep now…”
Nick: “Xiao You, follow your heart.”
Xiao You: “Right now I hardly have a heart, it’s broken already.”
Nick smiled: “Well when you find it back, let it tell you who to forgive and who to love…trust your heart.”
Xiao You: “Did you follow yours?”
Nick hesitated: “I…”
Xiao You looked at him: “Don’t tell me you still love me.” She teased
Nick grinned: “Of course I do…you’re my sister.”
Xiao You laughed through her tears: “I love you too, ge ge.”
“Xiao You, I did follow my heart. And…it led me to her.” Nick confessed referring to his first love
Xiao You: “Well, how’d it go?”
Nick looked down sadly.
Xiao You: “Nick…”
“She agreed to marry me, we are engaged!” Nick grinned
“Oh my god!!” Xiao You shrieked happily
Nick: “Yea, oh my god, thank god I wasn’t too late.”
“You idiot, for a while I thought you lost her.” Xiao You scolded
Nick laughed: “Yea, I love tricking you.”
Xiao You: “Let’s go back downstairs.”
Nick: “Xiao You?”
Xiao You turned around: “Yea?”
Nick: “Let’s hope Xi Men isn’t too late…”
Xiao You smiled sadly: “He is.”
~DOWNSTAIRS/ PARTY~
Xiao You saw Xi Men downstairs drinking by the bar and flirting with a few models. As their eyes met, Xi Men’s handsome, cold icy eyes looked right through hers.
Xiao You’s POV: What’s wrong with Xi Men?
Xiao You: “Nick, I’m going over to Xi Men.”
Nick: “Are you going to tell him?”
Xiao You shook her head: “Not yet.”

“Xi Men.” Xiao You greeted him
Xi Men looked as if he didn’t know her: “What?”
The two girls around Xi Men whined and asked Xi Men for a kiss.
Typical. Xi Men the playboy. One isn’t enough.
Xiao You stared angrily at him: “What are you doing?”
Xi Men rolled his eyes and ignored her, instead, he leaned over and gave each of the girls a kiss…on the lips.
Cheating again.
Right in front of her.
“Never mind that I asked.” Xiao You replied bitterly and walked away.
Xi Men longed to pull her back, stop her from walking away and gather her in his arms…right where she belonged. But he just kissed other girls…right in her face.
Xi Men’s POV: What is wrong with me anyway? I want her right? I need her. So why don’t I just play along? As long as she is by my side, I’ll feel happy and complete. Well, I just blew it. It’s too late. I’m too late…again.
MZ was speaking with a mike: “Everyone, listen up, I have an announcement!”
Xiao You started walking towards XQ and MZ to listen to them.
~GARDEN~
San Cai: “Let’s go in now.”
DMS nodded: “I wonder what MZ has to say.”
~INSDIE~
When Lei saw San Cai some in with DMS, he stared accusingly and coldly at San Cai.
Lei’s POV: Would it make it easier if we just broke up? It already feels and seem like we are broken up already. She looks so content and happy with Ah Si . I’m willing to sacrifice my own happiness for hers…that’s how much I love her.
MZ: “Everyone listen up!”
Everyone’s attention turned to the two couples. There was a soft silence.
“Me and Xiao Qiao are getting married in two months!!” MZ shouted and smiled proudly at XQ.
Everyone cheered loudly and clapped.
MZ scooped XQ in his arms and kissed her passionately on the lips.
F3’s POV: Damn, MZ, sometimes you make us all jealous.
Xiao You and Xi Men looked at each other while MZ and XQ were kissing, their gaze held for a moment and then it broke. Xiao You walked over to XQ to congratulate her.
San Cai and Lei also looked at each other, first with coldness but then warmth and softness took over. Feeling awkward, San Cai looked away and went over to congratulate the two couples.
Many girls in the party felt jealous of XQ to have such a handsome and rich husband. MZ was a real head turner and a playboy, but his ways have changed for XQ.
San Cai tapped MZ on the shoulder: “Can you just break away for awhile so I can hug XQ?”
MZ blushed and broke the kiss: “Oh well honey, we have plenty of time on our honeymoon.”
XQ instantly turned red, but Xiao You and San Cai hugged their friend and congratulated her loudly.
Xi Men shook his head: “Man, I think you have made your guests lose their appetites.”
“No way, that was romantic. It wasn’t mushy at all.” MZ defended himself
DMS laughed: “Trust me, MZ, it was mushy.”
“But it was touching too.” Lei finished
MZ grinned: “Thanks Lei, you’re the best.”
Xiao You: “Wow, who knew MZ out of F4 would be the first to get married.”
San Cai: “Yea, a playboy as a husband, XQ…and the sweetest guy in the world, you are so lucky.”
XQ smiled: “Yea, I know.”
MZ: “Thank you, San Cai, at least some people appreciate me.”
Xi Men held two hands up: “Hey, I appreciate you, man…you’re our best friend.”
DMS: “You are always loyal to F4…”
“And without you, we wouldn’t have the strongest friendship.” Lei finished again
MZ: “Hey, stop that, you’re making me cry.”
DMS: “That’s what friends are for.”
With that, everyone laughed.
