But being hit by a car doesn't stop him from eating too much. He still begs for us to buy him chocolates and ice-cream every now and then and only Jaejoong and I are kind enough to buy it for him.
Everything is fine at the house.
Until my father announces that the marriage is going to take place in 3 days. I'm a bridesmaid and I have to find an escort.
I can't walk with 5 men down the aisle.
I have to choose one.
For the past few days, I've been secretly observing the guys, trying to find the most suitable one to escort me down the church's aisle.
Yunho seems the most suitable one at first. But then he starts cracking jokes and seriously, don't tell him but his jokes are even stinkier than a clogged-up toilet.
Changmin is immediately out, due to his injuries. I don't want to strain him. I want him to rest.
Yoochun was fine at first but I noticed that he likes to flirt around with girls. I bet my father, being the manager of TVXQ, invited celebrities to attend his wedding. And of course, all of us know that celebrities are perfect. Or, in other words, pretty. And since Yoochun hyung is considered a playboy, he'd definitely be using his low voice to seduce some ladies while we're walking down the aisle.
I sit on the chair on my balcony and think.
Junsu seems perfect. No jokes, no injuries and his voice is definitely not low. But, the problem is that he laughs too much. I mean, he laughs at practically everything that he thinks is funny.
But not on Yunho's jokes.
And so, Jaejoong hyung is the only one left.
I mean, no offence, I love them all, but this is my father's second wedding. I want it to go as smooth as possible.
I push back my chair and go downstairs to find Jaejoong.
The wedding is in 3 days and I haven't found a perfect dress yet.
I find Jaejoong hyung on the couch, his glasses on as he reads a thick book.
Quietly, I sneak up to him from behind, raise both my arms and forcefully placing them on both of his shoulders.
"BOO !" I shout.
"YAH !" The book drops on the floor as Jaejoong jumps up.
I point at him and laugh.
He glares at me before pushing his glasses further up his nose and bending down to pick the book.
"You look like a nerd," I tell him, in a matter-of-fact tone.
"What do you want ?" He asks.
I giggle, yet again, at his sudden coldness. "Hyung," I put both my arms on the couch and lean forward. "Can you escort me down the aisle during my father's wedding ?"
Jaejoong turns a page. "Sure ..."
Using my forefinger, I reach out and push his face towards me. "Okay then, let's go buy our clothes."
He drops the book again. "What ?"
I stand up straight, pulling him out of the couch. "Let's go !"
I have to drag Jaejoong out of the front door because he seems reluctant to go. I push him into the backseat and slide into the car beside him.
He folds up his arms and pouts. "I don't like going shopping !"
Jeez, what a big baby.
"Stop whining. This will only take a while," I assure him but he looks doubtful.
Obviously, he had shopped with girls before.
With his mother, probably.
Jaejoong hyung, as if he's a girl himself, whines all the way to the mall.
Finally, just when I thought that the whining will never end, the car stops in front of the same mall I went to before running away to the club.
Like a mother tending to her child, I place the huge, opaque sunglasses over Jaejoong's eyes, ruffle his hair to make it messy before slapping a baseball hat on his head.
I pat his head. "Let's go, son."
"Hey, I'm older than you !" He protests as we step outside the car.
"Sure ..." I say sarcastically while we walk into the mall. We take the lift up to the 5th floor, where the bridesmaids' dresses are sold. Along with the tuxedo shop. And a flower shop. They might as well call this floor as The Floor of Marriage Stuff.
I have to drag Jaejoong to the dress shop again; the big baby.
"You have 5 minutes," he tells me.
I stick my tongue out at him. A saleslady walks up to us and asks if we need and help.
I smile at her before politely declining the offer.
She's staring at Jaejoong and I'm scared that if we hang out with her more, she'll find out who Jaejoong is.
And then there'll be a lot of screaming and the fans will come and I will never find the perfect dress.
Aish.
The stupid saleslady keeps a close eye on Jaejoong hyung as I examine the row of dresses.
They're all pink.
What the hell.
And then, in the corner of the shop, a pale yellow dress catches my eye. Grinning, i walk towards it and unhook it from the hanger.
I pull Jaejoong to the dressing room and tell him to stay outside and wait for me.
I go in the dressing room and put on the dress.
And since I've never worn a dress before, it took me 3 whole minutes before I figured out how the darn thing worked. Once I'm ready, I step out of the dressing room.
[Jaejoong's POV]
"Stay here and wait for me. I need your opinion on this dress," she points at the yellow thing on her hand.
Having no other choice, I nod. She flashes me a satisfied smile before stepping into the covered room.
Known as the dressing room.
For a few minutes, I hear her cursing inside.
I laugh. She's probably having problems trying to figure out how to wear the dress properly. I've never seen ______ wear anything girly before.
Usually, it's a t-shirt and three-quarter pants.
But hey, who's complaining ? She looks beautiful in everything. Even more than that saleslady, who has been trying to catch my eye since the moment I stepped into the shop.
I hear the dressing room door open and ______ steps out.
I gape at her.
Her hair is slightly messed up but it doesn't matter.
The dress fits perfectly and to tell you the truth, she looks like an angel.
Like a princess.
And I'm the lucky Prince Charming who is going to be walking with her down the aisle.
"Is it okay ?" She looks at me.
I gulp.
Hard.
"Er, yes. It's very good," I tell her.
She grins before gratefully going back into the dressing room to change out of the dress.
It really must be bothering her.
After purchasing the dress later on, we walk out of the dress shop, towards the tuxedo shop.
Good thing there's no salesladies here. The helpers are all male. In fact, ______'s the only girl inside the shop and already, some idiots are grinning at her.
We have to find a prefect tuxedo FAST. Before I decide to pick up a fight with that moron who keeps winking like an idiot.
"Hyung, what about this ?" ______ at something.
Not bothering to look at it, I snatch the tux from the hanger and go in the dressing room to change.
Since I've worn a tuxedo before, it doesn't take me long to wear it. So, after maybe about 2 minutes, I step out of the dressing room.
_____ is talking to some stranger and both of them are laughing.
I take a deep breath to calm myself down. Forcing a smile, I walk towards them and push the man away.
"Hey, what the- ?!" The man splutters at me.
"Oh, erm, sorry, I didn't see you there," I flash him an innocent look. But since, I'm wearing over sized sunglasses, I'm guessing he didn't see it.
Ignoring him completely, I pull _____ away from him.
"So, how's this ?" I twirl around to let her see how it looks from the front AND back.
"Nice. Let's buy it. Those men are giving me the creeps," she shudders.
I can't agree more to what she said.
About buying the tuxedo, not about the men.
And so, feeling prepared for the big wedding, my partner and I walk out of the mall.
But not before buying the chocolates for Changmin.
Because otherwise, he'll start to 'cry' again.
The big faker.

Aww.. that was depressing, thinking of suicide.. Changmin saved me.. thank God he's alright..
