She pressed a wad of cotton on my wound, making me wince, before slapping a plaster over it. "No, it's because you're really good at hurting yourself."
I stick my tongue out at her. A flash of gold on her wrist catches my eye. I snatch her hand and raise her wrist up to my eye-level. She sighs as I unclasps the gold bracelet I gave her on her 17th birthday. The night where we had a food fight.
Good times, good times.
"You kept this ? I thought you threw it away after the food fight." I turn the bracelet over in my hands.
"Get off the counter, dinner is almost starting," she replies, totally ignoring my question. Nevertheless, I jump off the kitchen counter and she continues cleaning up.
"Give me your hand."
Without much being said, she holds up her wrist and offers it to me. I take it and clasp the bracelet around it. She peers down at it for a while, leaning on the counter. I take a step forward and lean down to her face. Slowly, her lips comes closer to mine ...
"______ !" A voice from the kitchen doorway interrupts the romantic moment.
"AW COME ON !" I jump away from her and turn to face the intruder. Dong Hae looks both amused and shocked.
"Uh, sorry ..." Despite of what he just did, he grins at the both of us and saunters off to the dining room.
_____, on the other hand, is still leaning on the counter. But this time, she's giggling behind her hand, which, I don't know why, annoys me greatly. I poke my head outside of the kitchen and check if the coast is clear of disruptions.
It is, so I skip back to _____ and lean in once again.
"Miss- OH !"
"OH I GIVE UP !" I stomp to a corner and lean my forehead against the wall.
______ chuckles. "Yes, Rika, what is it ?" She asks her horrified maid.
"Uh .. D-dinner's ready ..."
At the corner of my eye, I notice that she's looking away.
Pff, as if she haven't seen a guy making a move on a girl before.
"Okay. Tell them we'll be there in a minute. After I calm him down," she replies and the maid scuttles out of the kitchen.
"Calm me down ? What for ? I'm calm. Don't worry. I'm calm. Are those shoes new ? Wow, they look so pretty when you wear them on your feet. Maybe I can wear them some-" I start babbling like a fool but my words are cut off as soon as I realise that she's kissing me.
Aahh, finally.
[Your POV]
I glance at Changmin, then Dong Hae, then at Changmin again. They're both glaring at each other and I'm afraid that if I don't do anything soon, they'll start killing each other or something.
"Um, so Dong Hae, how's college ?" I say, rather loudly.
Dong Hae looks up. "Pretty good, yeah."
"Bet those college girls are all over you, huh ?" I tease him. Changmin clears his throat in a totally loud and obvious way. I kick his ankle under the table.
"Nah." He grins at me.
"Don't be too mo-"
"Want some chicken, sweetie ?" Changmin cuts off and places a chicken on my plate. Normally, I'd tell him off for being rude but since I like chicken, I thank him instead.
"So," my father continues cutting up his steak without looking up. "Really. When's the wedding ?"
I thought I asked him not to mention that anymore ?! WASN'T HE EVEN LISTENING TO ME ?!
"Appa ..." I hiss at him in warning.
"No, really. I just want to know," he continues.
"What I really want to know is why you can't keep quiet about these kind of matters. I'll say this for the last time, we're too young," I glare at him and he laughs in return.
"Even so. You two are getting married right ?"
Fathers ... Sometimes all you want to do is to make them shut up about your love life.
"No," I calmly reply.
"WHAT ?! WHY NOT ?!" Changmin protests, spraying half of the food on his mouth on me.
"Because ... Appa ? Are you ... ? APPA !"

My faves in dbsk is changmin n jaejoong n unfortunately there aren't as much changmin n You fanfics around. But im sooo glad u made this story! N Changmin said he's falling in love with me! I almost melted! Hahaha! Well update soon! Can't wait! :D
