From far, they can see a large poster with Jae Jin amd Min Hee wedding picture on it and with the words written, ‘Welcome Home to Sweet Couple JAE JIN, MIN HEE and THE BABY!!!’ It’s a very huge poster with a word ‘BABY’ on it.
“Oh my god!!! What are they doing with that poster? God!! It is so embarrassing!! What they mean by ‘baby’? What the ...................” Min Hee whispered at Jae Jin. They are still far away from where the poster is hold.
“Yes! You are right! Don’t say that they are approaching us! People are staring at them and the poster. Oh God! They start to stare at us! We are on the poster! You want to run away before they see us?” Jae Jin replied.
Unfortunately, when they agree to run, Won Bin spotted them. “Guys! That’s them!!!” he yelled.
“Hyung!! Noona!!” Min Hwan yelled and made his way to the couple followed by the others. It’s like the whole family and Jae Jin’s best friends are all in the airport waiting for them. And the poster was still up in the air following the family approaching them which was hold by two people owned by Min Hee’s grandfather.
“Guys!! What are you doing with the poster? You don’t have to make this! In fact, it’s embarrassing, you know?” Min Hee said to them as they came near.
“Yeah! Keep that away!” Jae Jin added. People were staring at them and whispered with each other then laughed.
“Dear~ there is no other polite way to greet people? You guys just arrive and we just meet each other since last week,” Grandmother Kim reprimanded.
“I’m Sorry.... But could you please put that down?” Min Hee apologised and pointed at the poster. The boys put away the poster and took their trolleys full of luggage away to the car. Then she hugs her followed by Jae Jin then they hug everyone.
“Welcome home, dear,” Grandfather Kim greeted in his wheelchair.
“Oh my god! Harabuhji~ what happen to you? Are you alright? Are you sick? Why didn’t you tell me that you are sick? We can just go home!” she asked in worried and her eyes were teary.
“Honey~ Don’t cry. I am okay. I’m getting older and I feel week. But then you are here and I feel strong now. I didn’t want to ruin your honeymoon. In fact, I’m not that worst. The doctor just advises me not to walk more. You don’t have to worry,” he said softly to make sure Min Hee won’t be worried of him anymore.
“I know. But why didn’t anyone tell me about your condition? Then why are you here? You can just stay at home. Harabuhji~ I love you! I don’t want anything bad happen to you.”
“Don’t worry, dear~ Harabuhji is still strong. Haha. Come on, let’s go home. We will have a dinner and a long chat at home.” The others agree with Grandfather Kim’s suggestion. They start to walk away from the arrival hall and made their way to the parking lot.
On their way to the parking, Jae Jin noticed his car parked in between two luxury family vans which they know is owned by Grandfather Kim. “Why is my car here?” he asked curiously.
“Well....... Both of you won’t fit in to the vans so we brought your car. We know you guys always need privacy,” Hong Ki explained.
“But, there are two vans here. We can fit in there,” Min Hee interrupted.
“We will see you at harabuhji’s place,” Min Hwan said and the other starts to get in to the vans. “Here is the key,” he handed the car key to Jae Jin.
“See you at home! Don’t go anywhere! Hahaha,” Jong Hun teased again before Jae Jin speed his new black Nissan 370z that he bought with his own money before they married.
There was a silence in the car as Jae Jin drove off his car away from the airport. Only music from the radio was aired breaking the silence in the car. They were in a weird situation. Nobody said anything till finally Min Hee broke the silent.
“Don’t you think they were acting weird?” she asked as her mind where back at the airport.
“Who? Our family? Umm... I don’t think so. They are acting like normal.”
There was a silence again. Jae Jin was concentrating on his driving while Min Hee’s mind was somewhere else. She was curious about something and wants to ask Jae Jin for the second time since her first question is not answered by him before. But then she was afraid he doesn’t want to answer her again.
“I can just try!” she thought. “Can I ask you something?” she asked and stared at him as he was still looking in front.
“You just did. What is it?” he answered and took a glance at her then back to front.
“Who is that girl? Look like you guys had history before... right?” she started to asked.
“Why do you want to know? Are you jealous?” He gave his sweetest smile at Min Hee.
“Duh~~ why should I be jealous? I’m just curious.” She gave him a smirked.
*FLASHBACK*
They went inside the cafe with the other luggage on John’s hand. After looking around, they finally spotted a couple at the corner of the cafe with Min Hee’s luggage beside that guy’s chair. It looks exactly as the luggage brought by John.
They approached and greet the couple who were facing their back from the entrance. As soon as the couple faced Jae Jin and Min Hee, both of them are in shocked.
“YOU??!!!” the couple yelled in unison as the guy was pointing at Min Hee and the girl was pointing at Jae Jin.
“Kim Bum shii?” Min Hee replied in shocked.
“Hello, Min Hee and her man. We meet again,” he greeted with his smile and shook his hand at Jae Jin. Jae Jin who didn’t want to shake his hand with Kim Bum was forced by Min Hee.
“By the way, this is Kim So Eun. She is the one who mistakenly took your baggage,” he explained again while the girl beside him which is named as So Eun just silent but her eyes were on Jae Jin. Min Hee realised that something is between that girl and Jae Jin. He is also in silent after he saw So Eun.
“Hello, Nice to meet you. I am Min Hee. Thanks for bringing back my bag. Here is yours,” Min Hee greeted her and they exchange their luggage. “Oh, this is Lee Jae Jin” she introduced. “Did you know each other? You seem like to know each other since you are pointing at him before. Jae Jin, you know her?” she asked.
Jae Jin was about to answer her question but So Eun cut off, “Yes! We know each other before.”
“Really? That’s good,” Kim Bum interrupted while Jae Jin was staring at him.
“What do you mean befooorr..................” Min Hee was about to asked again but she was cut off by Jae Jin.
“Yah! You asked many questions. Let’s go. The flight will be taking off soon. We will go now.” He pulled Min Hee out of the cafe without looking back to Kim Bum and So Eun.
“Bye! Thank You so much!!” Min Hee yelled before they got out of the cafe. “Yah!! Let me go!! Why are you acting weird all of the sudden?” she asked as they went back to the car.
He just kept quiet and closed his eyes so that Min Hee won’t ask him questions anymore. Min Hee kept on asking all the way to the airport. As she gets tired of asking without an answer from Jae Jin, she never questioned him anymore.
*END OF FLASHBACK*
“I thought you won’t ask anymore. Don’t you get tired of asking question when people don’t want to answer it?” Jae Jin asked with a smirk on his face.
“Have you heard a phrase, don’t give up on anything you do?” she answered with an answer.
“But I don’t want to answer your question.”
“Then I will make you answer my questions,” she gave Jae Jin her killing smile which can make Jae Jin melt. “I’m just asking who that So Eun girl is. You guys seem know each other. She stared at you differently. And you didn’t even look at her.”
“Are you a stalker?” he asked making Min Hee to pout.
“So what?? Fine! Don’t talk to me anymore!” she pouted while Jae Jin just laughed at her.
Then there was a big silent. Jae Jin try to break the silent but he don’t know what to say to her. “Yah! Min Hee! Want to go to a park?” he suggested just want to make Min Hee talking with him. But then there was no answer from Min Hee.
“What about we go to Seafood Restaurant?” he suggested again without any answer from her. He suggested all the fun places in Korea but still it’s like he is the only one in the car. He stopped his car on the side of the road while talking with her.
“Fine! She is Hong Ki’s ex girlfriend!” he finally answered.
“My question is not that hard, right?” Min Hee replied as she looked at Jae Jin.
“It’s totally hard, dear. Sorry, I didn’t tell you in detail about that girl. I just can say that she is Hong Ki’s ex girlfriend. And because of her, I hate my own brother before. Sorry, Min Hee,” Jae Jin thought.
“Lee Jae Jin!! Jae Jin! Are you alright? You want to exchange seat? I can drive if you are tired.” His thought was interrupted by Min Hee’s voice and she was waving in front of his eyes.
“uhhh?? S...so..sorryy. I’m alright. What did you say before?” he asked as he was back in reality and continue driving.
“Nothing. I’m just asking if you are tired, I can drive.”
“No, it’s okay. By the way, where do you want to go? Park?” he asked.
“Yah! Pabo! Of course HOME! Everyone is waiting for us there. Hyung Joon oppa just message me asking where we are. They had reached home last 30 minutes,” she told.
“What? Pabo? Yah! You shouldn’t say that to your husband, pabo!!”
“Mwoo? And you shouldn’t call your wife ‘pabo’ as well!” she exclaimed while Jae Jin just laughed at her and then she was also laughing. Both of them talked and fight until they reached home.
“Noona, Hyung, what take you so long to reach here? Isn’t your honeymoon enough? You can continue later then......” Min Hwan said and laughed as they arrived at the entrance door of Grandfather Kim’s mansion.
“Yah! Come back here, Min Hwan!!!” Min Hee yelled and started to chase Min Hwan who was running away from her.
“Guys, stop running around. Min Hee, behave. You are now married and don’t act like a child, dear~” Aunty Jung, Min Hee’s aunty reprimanded making Min Hee to pout while Min Hwan pulled his tongue out at Min Hee.
“You too Min Hwan! Stop teasing your nonna,” Mrs Lee, Min Hwan’s mother scolded him making Min Hee to laugh out loud.
“Sir, dinner is ready,” the maid announced in the living room. Everyone start to move their butt to the dining room to have their dinner. While having dinner they talked about what happened in Seoul when Jae Jin and Min Hee were away.
“So, how was Paris, Min Hee?” Yoona asked.
“It was super fun! I want to go there again! You should choose that place for your honeymoon,” she replied and suggested. Yoona and Hyung Joon’s wedding will be in 2 weeks time.
“Did you know that someone was lost in Paris when we go shopping,” Jae Jin who was silent from the beginning spoke.
“Yeah! It’s because of one idiot guy who left her in the stores alone without informing her!” Min Hee replied as she continued her dinner without looking at everyone while the others were staring at both of them in shocked.
“Yah! I’m not idiot! You are! You said you will be in there for awhile. But I waited you for almost 1 hour!! I did ask John to wait for you!” Jae Jin said looking at Min Hee who was in anger staring right into his eyes.
“I ask you to wait! Why don’t you just wait for me?! Thank God! I found someone who can help me!” Min Hee started yelling at him, forgetting the people around them. All of them were in shocked.
“Looks like the world war has start again~~” Hong Ki exclaimed.
“See!! I’ve told you that they will never ended the war! We win!” Min Hwan cheered and gave high five at his two friends, Won Bin and Jong Hun.
“Yah! Min Hwan!! Shut up! You will ruin everything!” Hong Ki whispered at Min Hwan but can be hear by Min Hee who was in front of him.
“Mwoo?!! What do you mean you win? Did you guys bet something about us?!!” Min Hee said in anger.
“So...Sorr...Sorry!!! Only the youngest bet, not the oldies,” Hyung Joon explained.
They had bet with each other when Jae Jin and Min Hee were in Paris. They bet either when they were back, Min Hee and Jae Jin will be like a normal couple or fight like always. Hong Ki, Yuri, Hyung Joon and Yoona stated that they will come back like a normal couple and love each other while Min Hwan, Jong Hun and Won Bin choose that Min Hee and Jae Jin will still fighting when they come back. They had deal that no one should know about the bet especially Jae Jin and Min Hee. Even the oldies didn’t know about it. They bet for 80 pounds each.
“Who’s idea is this?” Jae Jin asked. As soon as he asked, every finger was pointing at Min Hwan. The oldies moved to the living room giving a chance for the youngest to solve their problem.
“Yah! Harabuhji! Omma! Don’t leave me with them here......” Min Hwan cried as the oldies laughed at him and moved. “But you guys agree too! It is not my fault! Noona~ it’s their fault as well!” he protected himself.
“It’s all of you fault then,” Min Hee said as Min Hwan smiled.
“Thank You, Noona!! I love you so much!” he said then hugged Min Hee.
“Alright! Give me all the money you guys use to bet!” Jae Jin spoke making them shocked. But then, they handed Jae Jin the money. “Thank You! And your apologies accepted. Let’s go for shopping tomorrow, Min Hee!! We have a lot of money here!!” Jae Jin continued and laughed together with Min Hee.
“Yah!! Guys!! You are so meannnnnn!!” all of them yelled.
“HAHA! You are the one who are mean to us first! Thank You. Good night people. I love you!” Min Hee said, giving them a flying kiss before leaving all of them in the dining room followed by Jae Jin.
“owhhhh~~ I miss my room!!” Min Hee exclaimed as she entered her bedroom. After have a shower, as usual they fight for who’s going to be sleep on the bed. And this time, Min Hee won.
“I can’t wait to move to our new apartment. There, we can have our own bedroom! Yay!” she said happily while Jae Jin agree with it.
