Main Characters:
Charmaine Sheh (29)- is in the police force (CID) as a sergeant. Abides by the law, not very lady like, very straight forward, finds it hard to control her anger but she has a nice heart, is always helping people and is very protective over her brother. Lives with her younger brother Ron. Does not like Raymond at first due to several incidents as well as thinks his a snobby lawyer.
Raymond Lam (29)- is a top lawyer. Very cool attitude towards things, goes to extreme measures when it comes to his cases or anything he wants to do, very intelligent, is cheeky and quick whit. Good friends with Ron ever since they met overseas. Does not like Charmaine at first because he felt that she made him lose a case, since then he would often be in her way on purpose. Does not like Steven Ma. Has a hearing problem in his left ear, wears a hearing aid that blends in with his hair colour.
Ron Ng (27)- studied law in the UK and is back in Hong Kong to find work. Very calm and rational in thinking, academically very smart but in terms of romance he is quite clueless, is always helping people without repay. He is really organized and likes things to be clean, has really boring hobbies. Older sister is Charmaine, with her help was able to finish his studies in UK, has a very good relationship and is very close with her. Met Raymond in the UK and became really good friends. Meets Bernice when he returns to Hong Kong.
Jessica Hsuan (30)- is a prosecutor and Ron’s superior. Bernice’s is her younger sister. A really smart and good lawyer but does not like to talk about and hates it when people talk about work after working hours. Thinks that Bosco is trying to pursue Bernice. Very time conscious.
Bosco Wong (26)- is in the police force as a uniformed police then transferred to CID under Charmaine. Hard working but doesn’t really think before he acts which cause a lot of trouble but has a good memory. Is Raymond’s cousin and lives with him, then becomes good friends with Ron. Really likes Jessica from the first moment he sees her in court.
Bernice Liu (25)- in the police force (CID) and works under Charmaine. She is quite clueless and naïve but a really good and hardworking police. Good friends with Charmaine. Is saved by Ron when she accidentally fell in the pool from then on she has had a crush on him, and always watches him in court. Is Jessica’s younger sister.
Steven Ma (33)- is a lawyer that works in the same firm as Raymond. Very smart and intelligent, only cares about making money for the firm but appears to people as a nice person who likes to help. Studied psychology as well as law. Doesn’t like Raymond and the way he deals with his cases. Will pursue Charmaine, in order to gain access to confidential information to get ahead in his career and get Raymond angry.
Myolie Wu(25)-*note that Myolie's character will be added further into the story* A victim of a kidnap but fortunate enough to be saved by Bosco. Since then she admires her hero so much she would constantly follow him around. But Bosco likes Jessica, What extent would Myolie go to in order to get Bosco.

Lee Kwok Lun: Partner of law firm.

Lulu: Jessica’s secretary.
Moses Chan: Jessica’s superior, department head of prosecutors.
Michael Miu: Chief Inspector for team B.
