“Madam, I got the bank statements you asked for. I checked and quite often large amounts of money would be transferred into Derek’s account,” Bernice handed the bank statements to Charmaine.
Charmaine looked at the bank statements,” the most recent transaction was two days before the robbery. There is also overseas transaction transferring into the account.”
Charmaine and Bernice walked out into the main room, Linda had just got off the phone with Kenneth, “Madam, Kenneth and Bosco are outside the Grand Jewel’s.”
“Bernice you and I will take over from Kenneth and Bosco, Linda stay here and check the information of who’s account this belongs to,” Charmaine handed Linda the bank statements and left the station with Bernice.

*Grand Jewel’s Office Building, 10:15am*
Bosco stared at the front door of the Grand Jewel’s office while Kenneth was off buying some coffee. He jumped back into the car, “how can this guy have such a crazy night life then come back to work the next day looking so alive?” Kenneth asked giving Bosco a cup of coffee.
“I know. How can be so energetic and this has been occurring for the past few days. He knows we are following him,” Bosco sipping his coffee.
Bernice knocked on the car window, “hey guys.”
“Hey,” Bosco and Kenneth stepped out of the car, “taking over?”
“Yep, has he done anything since last night?” Charmaine asked.
Bosco yawned really loudly, “Nope, madam this isn’t leading anywhere, he knows we are on to him.”
Charmaine sighed, “I know but he is our only lead, anyways go home and take a nap. Me and Bernice will take it from here.”
Bernice sat in the drivers seat and watched the entrance, she sat up right, “Madam, isn’t that your boyfriend?”
Charmaine freaked out a little think she found out about her and Raymond, she leaned over and saw Steven Ma walking into the building. She sat back on her chair, “He’s not my boyfriend.”
“Are you sure?” Bernice questioned her.
“I’m sure, just friends,” Charmaine said.
Steven walked into Ada’s office where Kenny was sitting on the lounge, “Ms. Choi, you wanted to see me?”
Ada looked out her window down at the car where Charmaine and Bernice were, “How is your progress with Charmaine Sheh?”
“Alright I guess… she hasn’t had time to see me.”
“Well make time,” Kenny said in an annoying tone, “They follow me all the time everywhere I go they are there. It’s getting on my nerves.”
“Steven,” Ada sat down beside him, “the next time I see you I want to know how much they know about me or Kenny. Is that clear?”
“I won’t let you down,” Steven got up and left.
Kenny crossed his arms, “That Steven is useless.”
“I wouldn’t say that, he’s very smart. How do you think he became such a top lawyer?” Ada said drinking some tea.
“It’s because of you he could become such a top lawyer,” Kenny said.
Steven was in the lobby, he took his phone out and dialed Charmaine’s number.
Charmaine was still in the car across from the Grand Jewel’s Building, she took her phone out and saw the caller ID was Steven. Bernice looked over and smiled.
“See your boyfriend called,” Bernice laughed.
Charmaine slapped Bernice’s arm and answered her phone, “Hello, Steven.”
“Hey Charmaine, just letting you know I’m taking you out for dinner tonight,” Steven said over the phone.
“I can’t,” Charmaine remembering she had plans with Raymond.
“I won’t take no for an answer,” Steven insisted, “look I’m at the courthouse now and I will be going to the police station later on so I will pick you up.”
“Your at the courthouse?” Charmaine asked looking at Steven in the Grand Jewel’s building.
“Yeh, I have court in ten minutes.”
“Why is he lying about where he is?” Charmaine thought, she paused for a while; “I’ll see you at the station later then.”
Steven hung up the phone and walked out of the building as Charmaine watched from the other side.

*H&L Law Firm, 11:07am*
Raymond walked out of his office, “Rain can you call files these please,” he said passing over the files to her.
Rain took the files with an evil look in her eyes, “Making your aunt do all this work, wait until I tell you parents about this,” she whispered.
“I will shout you lunch later, anything you want,” he laughed.
Steven stepped in front of Raymond blocking his way, “Raymond,” he greeted him with a fake smile.
“What do you want?” Raymond sniped at him.
“Just wanted to see if you wanted to join me for dinner tonight?” Steven asked.
“Thanks, but I’m good,” Raymond turned around about to walk off.
“Are you sure? Charmaine will be there too,” Steven said with a smirk on his face.
Raymond turned around hearing Charmaine’s name, “What?”
Steven gave a little laugh, “Yeh, she rang me today and asked me out. Thought you might want to join us, because I know how much Charmaine hates you so I thought, as her boyfriend I will be the middle man and patch things up between the two of you.”
“You’re her what?” Raymond asked fiercely.
“Are you deaf? I said boyfriend,” Steven repeated.
Raymond clenched a fist, really wanting to hit Steven but she stopped himself and walked back into his room slamming the door.
Steven looked at Rain who was watching them talk and laughed shaking his head.

*Alexander Building, Floor 38 Apartment A, 6:05pm*
Bosco awoke from his nap, “Ahh…” he got up stretching his arms. He rolled out of bed and looked at his clock. “Crap, its 6:05pm I’m late.” Bosco quickly changed out of his snoopy pajama’s, he grabbed his phone and saw three miss calls from Myolie, “Damm, forgot to call her.”
He ran out of the apartment dialing Myolie’s number at the same time, “Hey Myolie, sorry I didn’t call you so tired from work today. I guess we have to reschedule dinner then,”
“I’m actually outside you apartment building,” Myolie said over the phone.
“Really? I’ll buzz you up from Jessica’s place then, she lives on the 37th floor apartment D. See you then,” Bosco hung up the phone and took the stairs to the 37th floor.
Myolie hung up her with the look of hatred in her eyes, “At Jessica’s place again, that women stealing my Bosco away from me.”

*Alexander Building, Floor 37 Apartment D, 6:09pm*
Jessica paced her living room knowing Bosco will arrive any minute, “What do I tell him? I can’t like him his only a kid but if I say it out straight he might not come around and cook anymore and that’s not cool.”
#Knock Knock#
Jessica jumped hearing the door knock, she froze on the spot scared because she hadn’t figure out what to say to Bosco.
The door knocked again, Bernice walked out of her room, “Why aren’t you getting the door?” She opened the door and saw Bosco all puffed out, “What happened to you?”
Bosco running out of breath, “I took a nap and woke up late, so I ran down the stairs, but when I got down I forgot about the grocery’s I bought for you guys so I ran back up stairs then ran back down again.”
Bosco sat on the couch to catch his breath; he looked at Jessica and smiled, “Hey.”
Jessica had no reaction and just looked at him weirdly.
“Well I’m going to cook now,” Bosco walked into the kitchen and put an apron on, “where’s Ron?”
“He went back to his house to get something…” Bernice heard the door knock, “that should be him.” She ran to get the door, “Myolie? What are you doing here?”
“Bosco invited me for dinner, did he not tell you guys?”
“Yeh I told her to come,” Bosco shouted out from the kitchen.
Myolie walked into the apartment and sat next to Jessica, “Hi.”
Jessica smiled, “Hi,” she looked over at Bosco busily cooking, “excuse me,” she said to Myolie and got up heading towards the kitchen.
