Raymond laughed awkwardly, “Me buy a ring? For who? I don’t even have a girlfriend. I haven’t even been in this store before.”
The sales person looked at him closely, “I’m pretty sure you came here before, you were here for like five minutes and you left straight away after buying a ring.”
Ron kept on looking at him suspiciously. Raymond cleared his throat, “I’m hungry let’s go.”
Raymond and Ron walked out of the jewellery store, Ron kept staring at Raymond in a very suspicious way.
“Stop looking at me like that, if people see you staring at me they might think you got the ring for me,” Raymond pushed Ron’s head to face the front.
“Fine, if you don’t want to tell me then I will respect you,’ Ron looked in the small bag with the ring in it.
Raymond and Ron walked into a restaurant and sat down, “I have no idea what you’re talking about,” Raymond assured Ron.
Ron shrugged his shoulders, “Sure, what ever you say.”

*Alexander Building, Floor 37 Apartment D, 6:31pm*
Jessica hadn’t seen Bosco since they last met at the hospital; she walked to her front door and saw a bag hanging on her doorknob. She took the bag and opened her door. “Bernice I’m home! Forgot Bernice said she had to stay back at the station.”
She walked straight into her room and put the bag on her table, she took out a box from underneath her bed and opened it up. Inside there were many little things that Jessica had said she liked but never had a chance to buy. She took out a music box that was in the bag and opened it, inside a note was left by Bosco.
‘I hope you like this gift, I thought you might like the song. I’ve heard you listening to it a few times. Bosco.”
Jessica listened to the music playing from the music box, she picked up her phone and began dialling Bosco’s number. She thought about it for while than hung up the phone.

*Kowloon Police Station, 10:57pm*
Team A stayed back to investigate on Derek’s death, everyone was waiting for the forensic report on how Derek died.
“Madam, I got the report,” Linda came running in with the forensic report in her hand.
Charmaine read the file straightaway, “A straight blow to the head, same way as the leader robber died. It says here that there were no signs of struggling and that the abandon house was the first crime scene. They also found some fabric caught on the chair he was sitting on, the fabric is very rare and the clothing made from this fabric is very expensive.”
“Do you think it’s Ada Choi again?” Bernice asked.
Kenneth sat down, “It has to be her, but why would she kill the provider of her weaponry?”
“The thing is we don’t even know what her motive is?” Bosco added.
Linda’s computer received an email with a file attached to it, she clicked into the email, “Madam look at this.”
Everyone crowded around Linda’s computer, “Sunny Chan, this name sounds so familiar where have I heard it.” Charmaine said to herself, “Is there a picture of him?”
Linda scrolled down, “Here.”
“He looks so familiar, I’ve seen him somewhere,” Charmaine wasn’t certain but Sunny looked very familiar. “Is there a profile attached to this email.”
“I’ll email it to you madam,” Linda forward the file to Charmaine’s email.

*H&L Law Firm, 10:10am*
It had been a few days since Steven planted the fraudulent files into Raymond’s account but there was no sign of the partners questioning him or the legal department investing on the records.
Steven walked pass Raymond’s and took a quick glance at Raymond busily working, “Why isn’t he under investigation yet?”
Rain tapped Steven on the shoulder, “Mr. Ma can I help you with anything?”
Steven tried to not look suspicious, “I just need a file from Raymond but I will get it off him later.”
Raymond watched Steven walk back into his room, he leaned back onto his chair, “What’s this guy up to? Is he trying to kick me out so he can become partner? I wonder if he’s doing the same thing to Florence too?”

*Alexander Building, Floor 37 Apartment D 5:32pm*
Jessica walked out of the elevator and saw another little bag hanging on her door, she walked quickly and looked inside the bag. She took out a figurine of a dog, which was made out of crystal, “Where did he get this from? I’ve been finding this for so long.” She stared at this crystal dog figure and decided to call Bosco. The phone rang for a while but no one picked up.
Jessica put her bag inside her apartment and ran to her room and took out the box of gifts Bosco gave her then left her apartment again.

*Alexander Building poolside, 9:14pm*
Bosco had returned back from the station and saw Jessica who had waited for Bosco for about four hours sitting on a bench holding onto the box.
“Hi,” Bosco greeted.
Jessica stood up, “Hi, thanks for your gifts. I really like them, every single one of them.”
“It’s alright, as long as your happy than I’m happy.”
“How did you find this crystal dog figure, it’s very rare. I’ve been looking for it for a long time,” Jessica said holding onto the figure.
Bosco smiled, “I’ve got my connections.” They sat down on the bench together, “Just want to let you know that no matter how long it will take for you to accept me I will wait, whether it’s a month or a year I will wait because I know that one day age won’t matter anymore.”
Jessica looked at her figure, “What if I think age doesn’t really matter that much anymore?”
Bosco jumped up being the happiest he has been, “Really?”
Jessica nodded, “ I thought about it when I was waiting for you to come home, I shouldn’t care that much about it, its really not that big of a deal. I don’t want to give up on someone that great just because of an age gap that by the way isn’t really that big. I only have one condition, if you trying to look older please don’t wear clothes that look like you look like my dad.”
“You’ve got yourself a deal then,” he pulled her up from the chair and hugged her tightly, “I have a day off tomorrow and since you don’t have to work, shall we go on out first official date?”
Jessica put her hands around him and hugged him back, “Sure.”

*Alexander Building, Floor 38, 10:21pm*
Charmaine was really tired from a hard day at work; she walked to her front door half asleep and took her keys out. Before she could put her keys in her keyhole Raymond opened his front door and pulled her into her apartment.
He looked at her, “You look so tired and sleepy.”
“That’s because I am really tired,” Charmaine sat on the couch and put her feet up with her eyes all droopy.
Raymond sat beside her and put his hand around her shoulder, “Guess what Ron is going to do?”
Charmaine made a noise answering Raymond.
“I went with him to get a ring and he said he's going to propose to Bernice.”
Charmaine didn’t answer but leaned her head on his shoulder and fell asleep. Raymond used his other arm and wrapped it around her snuggling closer so she wouldn’t be cold. Eventually he fell asleep as well; moments after Raymond fell asleep his doorbell rang waking both of them up.
“Who is it?” Raymond asked in panic.
“It’s me Bosco, I forgot my keys,” Bosco shouted through the door.
“Oh my god, Bosco,” Charmaine whispered, “What do we do?”
Raymond pulled Charmaine into his room, “Hide here for a while.” He shut the door and opened the front door to let Bosco in.
Bosco gave Raymond a huge hug on his way into the apartment. “What are you doing?” Raymond asked trying to free himself from Bosco.
“I’m so happy today, lets stay up all night and talk and play video games,” Bosco suggested still hugging Raymond.
Raymond freed himself from Bosco’s hug, “Um… I can’t. I’m really tired. Well I’m off to bed now. You better sleep too, its really late. Ok good night.”
Bosco sat on the couch and turned the TV on, “I’m too happy to sleep I think I might stay up all night.”
The door bell rang again, Bosco jumped up and opened the door, “Ron, you actually came. Thought you would have been asleep.”
Ron sat on the couch next to Bosco, “I can’t sleep, so I decided to hang out with you two since my sister isn't home.”
“Isn’t madam home? It’s so late though,” Bosco asked.
Raymond stood in front of his room not knowing what to do, if the two of them don't leave that means there was no way of Charmaine getting out.
“I think she’s going out with someone, don’t know who though. She’s very secretive these days,” Ron got up and walked to the kitchen helping himself to some hot water for the tealeaves he brought over.
Raymond gave a big fake yawn, “Well I’m off to bed now.”
“You’re not hanging out with us?” Ron asked.
“I’m sleepy so I’m going to bed, I also think it will be in your best interest that you two go to sleep as well,” Raymond trying to force the both of them to sleep.
Bosco and Ron looked at Raymond then ignored him carrying on watching TV. Raymond opened his door slightly and slid in trying not to open his door to wide.
Charmaine was in Raymond’s bed lying on his pillow and using his blanket fast asleep. “Hey,” he shook her a little trying to wake her up.
Charmaine opened her eyes a little then closed them again. Raymond smiled and kissed her goodnight on her forehead, he sat at his table taking out the ring he bought for her from his drawer.
“When should I give this to her?” he asked himself.
