Moses was in bed having a peaceful sleep but was woken up by a sudden constant ringing of the doorbell. He grabbed his pillow and placed it over his head trying to block out the noise. Moses sat up from his bed and looked at the clock, “It’s not even 7am.” He stumbled out of bed half asleep and opened the door.
“Morning,” Jessica walked into the his apartment, “still sleeping?”
Moses grunted and closed the door behind her, “What do you think?”
Jessica helped herself and took a little tour of their apartment, he walked towards Moses’s room. Moses saw and quickly ran to his room and shut the door.
“Your room?” Jessica asked.
Moses pulled her away from the rooms and sat her on the couch. He couldn’t believe that she would be the first person he saw when he woke up on a weekend.
“Where’s Ron?”
Moses sat on the opposite side of the couch as far away from Jessica as possible, “Out for a jog I think.”
“Do you want to come with us?”
“No,” Moses immediately responded.
“Rock climbing is really fun, I think you will have a great time with us,” Jessica said.
“I don’t do sport,” Moses responded putting on a smile.
Ron opened the door and saw Moses and Jessica sitting on the opposite ends of the couch, “Wow, you guys are sure sitting far from each other.”
Jessica stood up, “Hey, ready for our little rock climbing session?”
“Sure, I have everything mapped out. I’ll show you what I have prepared. It’s in my room,” Ron and Jessica walked into Ron’s room.
Moses looked at his watch again, “So early…” he mumbled to himself while going back into his room to sleep again.

*Tower Shopping Centre, 10:49am*
Tavia pulled Charmaine inside the shopping centre, “You have to go out more often, don’t stay at home like a hermit.”
“Do we have to come here though? I work here five days a week and now I’m here on the weekend, there are other shopping centres too you know,” Charmaine said pulling on Tavia to slow down.
“I thought you liked coming here.”
“Who said I liked coming here?” Charmaine asked out of curiosity.
“You still don’t like this shopping centre?” a familiar voice asked from behind of her.
Charmaine turned around and saw Kevin standing right behind her. Charmaine once again gave an awkward smile, “Course not, I love this place, that’s why I’m here even on the weekend.”
Kevin laughed, “Are you scared of me?”
“No, why would you think that?” Charmaine asked.
“No reason,” Kevin saw Tavia behind Charmaine, “Hey Tavia.”
Tavia didn’t have much against Kevin but because Jessica wanted to set them up she felt a need to interfere with her plan, “Hey Kevin.”
“Would you two like to have lunch?” Kevin asked hoping Charmaine would say yes.
From a distance Tavia saw Raymond walking across the shopping centre back to the security department, “We can’t sorry,” Tavia grabbed Charmiane’s hand and pulled her along.
“Sorry,” Charmaine shouted as she was being pulled by Tavia.
Kevin immediately knew that Tavia didn’t Charmaine to be in contact with him. He smiled to himself and knew his only way to Charmaine would be through Jessica.
“That was rude,” Charmaine said slowing Tavia down, “He’s my boss, who knows what he will do to me.”
“Do you really want to have lunch with him?” Tavia questioned.
“Not really.”
“My point exactly,” Tavia pulled Charmaine into a clothing store, “I need to use the restroom so wait here for me.”
Charmaine walked out of the store, “I’ll come with you.”
Tavia pulled her back inside, “I’m not going to the restroom, I’m going to buy something private and you can’t see it,” Tavia walked out the store and turned back around, “Don’t follow.”
Charmaine raised her eyebrows knowing Tavia was up to something but she didn’t want to question and continued browsing for clothes.
Tavia ran downstairs to the security department to find Raymond. She entered the security area but couldn’t see Raymond.
Kenneth walked out of the control room and saw Tavia snooping around, “You’re not meant to be here.”
“Is Raymond Lam here?” Tavia asked puffed out from the running.
“I think he’s getting changed, he’ll be out in a minute.”
Tavia waited outside the security department, a while later Raymond walked out. He saw Tavia outside and went up to her, “Hey.”
“Did you not find my sister yesterday?”
“I did,” Raymond replied putting his backpack on the ground.
“Then why did she still go out with that Kevin guy?” Tavia asked very confused.
“I saw her after they came back.”
“So are you guys back together now?” Tavia asked with a huge smile on her face.
Raymond’s face immediately turned sour, “No, she kept saying she can’t be with me anymore.”
“So you’re going to give up?”
“No!” Raymond said raising his voice, “Never, although I don’t remember much about my past but I am certain of one thing and that is I love your sister and I will do everything I can to be with her again.”
Tavia found Raymond’s determination very applauding, “I will help you. She’s upstairs shopping now. Meet us at the food court.”
Although tiring from running up and down the stairs but she was willing to do anything to ruin Jessica’s set up plan. She ran back into the store and found Charmaine trying on shoes.
“What do you think of this one?” Charmaine asked standing up.
Tavia pushed Charmaine back onto the chair and pulled the shoes off, “They look ugly,” She pulled Charmaine up and out of the store and headed to the food court.
“What’s the rush?”
“I’m hungry,” Tavia said while browsing around for Raymond, she spotted him sitting on a table by himself, “Let’s sit over there.”
Tavia and Charmaine sat down on the table next to Raymond. Tavia pretended to look around, “What a coincidence, it’s the love of your life sitting right next to us.”
Charmaine cleared her throat really loudly and eyed Tavia, “What are you doing?”
“Raymond!” Tavia yelled out.
Raymond walked over and stood in front of Charmaine and smiled, “Hi.”
“Fancy seeing you here Raymond,” Tavia’s tone was so fake Charmaine saw right through her, “please join us.”
Raymond sat down across form Charmaine. She kept her head down not being able to face him.
Tavia suddenly stood up, “I totally forgot I have somewhere to be now, well I better get going. Since you’re both here why don’t you two have some lunch together.”
Charmaine looked up at Tavia and shook her head slightly.
Tavia had the biggest cheeky smile on her face, “Bye,” and left.
Raymond and Charmaine sat in silence. Charmaine still didn’t have the courage to face Raymond, she was afraid that the closer he got with her, the more she would hurt him, “I have to go,” and got up running towards the exit.
“Wait!” Raymond got up and ran after her.
Charmaine ran as fast as she could out of the shopping centre.
Raymond had finally caught up with her, he grabbed onto her arm to stop her from running, “I know you think that you’re the reason why I was in the car accident but I’m telling you now that it’s not your fault.”
The more Raymond says its not Charmaine’s fault the more she feels it is her fault. She really didn’t have any courage to face him anymore, with a swift movement she turned around and wanted to walk away but Raymond held on tightly pulling her back to him. He wrapped his arms around her holding her close to him.
“I’m not letting you go that easily. I’ve lost you once; I won’t let the same thing happen twice.”
Tears were streaming out of Charmaine’s eyes as she stood there in Raymond’s embrace without moving, “You’re only going to get hurt again if we are together.”
Raymond looked Charmaine in the eyes and held onto her hands, he wiped the tears from her face, “I’ll take those chances.”
“But being with me may increase your chances of heart disease or liver cancer or breaking a leg or even just falling over…”
Raymond stood there smiling as he listened to Charmaine’s list of things that may happen if they got back together. He pulled her forward and kissed her passionately cutting off her words. Charmaine tried to push him away but Raymond held onto her tightly not wanting to let her go, Charmaine eventually gave in and sunk deeply into Raymond’s kiss. She held onto him missing this feeling.
At this moment Kevin walked out of Tower, his eyes had immediately turned cold seeing Charmaine in Raymond’s arms.

Raymond and Charmaine are finally together again.. but Kevin doesnt like that at all... anywho.. hope u enjoyed this chapter..
