“Ok, we’re leaving the station now, Tavia should be there in about half an hour,” Ron whispered in phone to Jessica.
“Moses should be there in about fifteen minutes,” Jessica said on the other side of the phone, “Call me when you’re there. Ok, bye.”
Tavia who was walking in front of Ron stopped and turned around, “So why are you taking me to dinner?”
“I thought it would be nice to get to know you more, I mean we work together and I’m friends with your sister but I’d really like to get to know you personally,” Ron lied not wanting to tell Tavia he was setting her up on a blind date.
“You really want to get to know me personally?” Tavia asked extremely happy.
Ron smiled, “Course I do.”
Tavia could feel herself going a little red. She quickly turned away from Ron because she didn’t want him to se her blush, “So where are we going to eat?”
“You’ll know when we get there.”

*Riverside Restaurant, 6:42pm*
Jessica and Moses sat at the window table over looking the riverside; the whole setting had a very romantic atmosphere to it.
“This place is nice,” Moses said as he passed a menu to Jessica.
Jessica took the menu, “Hope the food is as good as the view,” her phone starting ringing, “Hello?”
Ron was on the other side, “Be there in five minutes.”
“What? Ok I’ll be there soon,” Jessica hung up the phone and stood up putting her coat on, “I have to do something, I’ll be back soon.”
Moses stood up, “Do you need my help?”
“No! I mean no thanks I won’t be long,” Jessica left the restaurant leaving Moses behind sitting alone.
Ron parked his car in the car park, “I need to make a phone call, why don’t you go upstairs first and get a table.”
“Ok,” Tavia headed towards the entrance and went inside.
Jessica who was hiding behind another car saw Tavia gone then quickly ran to Ron’s car and sat inside, “Hopefully these two won’t let us down.”
“Yeh I know, we created the best atmosphere for them, lets hope they can make the most of it,” Ron said slightly giggling.
“Since they’re all set, shall we go watch a movie?” Jessica asked putting her seatbelt on.
Ron pulled out of the parking lot, “We shall.”
The waiter lead Tavia to her seat by the window, she sat down at the table directly facing Moses who was tapping his fingers on the table waiting for Jessica.
Moses looked at the entrance to see if he could see Jessica but she wasn’t there, he turned back and saw Tavia sitting on the table by herself, “Tavia,” he called out as he walked to her table.
“Hey, what a coincident. Here alone?”
“I’m waiting for your sister, what about you?” Moses asked.
“Your brother,” Tavia’s phone started ringing and at the same time Moses phone started ringing as well. The both of them picked up at the same time, “Hello, you have something to do? It’s alright then, bye,” Tavia hung up the phone with Ron.
“You have to go somewhere? It’s alright, I’ll see you later,” Moses hung up the phone with Jessica. He looked at Tavia, “Mind if I join you?”
Tavia moved her bag off the chair, “Might as well.”

*Tower Conference Room, 9:00am*
All the managers and department supervisors sat in the conference room waiting for Kevin to arrive. Jessica sat next to Moses who was sitting next to Charmaine. Jessica leaned of the Moses, “How was dinner last night?”
Moses flipped through the prepared files, “It was ok.”
Jessica sat back on her chair, “Only ok?” she muttered to herself, “Have to do something more then.”
Kevin walked inside and sat on the CEO’s chair, “I called this meeting because I am planning to launch a branch of Tower in China, I feel it’s time to expand into the China market.”
“I think it’s time as well, many other shopping centres have started to expand in China,” Jessica stated.
“I’m planning to head up there myself to do some marketing research as well as find the appropriate land for Tower. I’m going to take a few people to help me,” Kevin looked over at Charmaine, “Charmaine are you ready for a trip?”
Charmaine looked up, she didn’t expect that Kevin would ask her to go with him, “Me? Really?”
“You’re the marketing manager, if I don’t ask you who else would I ask?” Kevin didn’t give anytime for Charmaine to respond, “So I guess that’s set then, Charmaine is coming with me.”
The meeting had finished, Jessica and Charmaine walked out together, “Should I go?” Charmaine asked Jessica.
At this time Raymond was at the other end of the hall patrolling the floor, he saw Charmaine and walked in her direction avoiding all eye contact. Charmaine stopped walking and stood in the middle of the hall, she didn’t know what to do, she turned around then turned back completely lost. Raymond didn’t stop but walked straight pass her.
Jessica could see Charmaine still not being able to let go of Raymond, “You should go, beside for work you can take this time to relax up there, I’ll make Kevin take you to all the tourist points.”
Charmaine also thought it would be a good idea to go away on this trip, it can take her mind off of Raymond, “I’ll go.”

*Kingswood Apartment, 6:29pm*
Charmaine and Jessica walked into the apartment with a few bags of things, “I won’t be going for a while and did you really need to buy all this stuff? They have shops in China too you know.”
Tavia who was lying on the couch watching TV jumped hearing Charmaine was going to China, “Your leaving again, how long this time? Not another five years, that’s too long.”
Charmaine laughed and shook her head, “I’m going away on a business trip.”
“I thought you were going to leave like you did the last time you broke up with Raymond,” Tavia blabbed out by accident.
Jessica cleared her throat loudly hinting for Tavia to stop talking. Tavia quickly covered her mouth.
Charmaine smiled a little, “I’ll be in my room,” and walked in her room shutting the door.
Jessica pointed at Tavia, “Too much talking from you,” she knocked on Charmaine’s door and walked inside, “Are you alright?”
Charmaine who was putting the things they bought away sat on her bed, “Why wouldn’t I be alright?”
“Because Tavia was talking about…”
“Raymond?” Charmaine interrupted before Jessica could finish her sentence, “This is the second time he’s broken up with me, I will admit it hurts but I’ve thought about it, I shouldn’t let this get in the way. I can’t let you and Tavia worry about me, so I won’t do anything to make you worry. Plus it’s been almost three months since we broke up, time actually does help with the healing process.”
Jessica sat on her bed next to her, “Since your single now, have you considered other options?”
Charmaine raised her eyebrows, “Like charity work?”
“No, like other potential dating options. What do you think of Kevin?” Jessica asked moving uncomfortably close to Charmaine.
Charmaine slid across her bed a little, “He’s a nice guy.”
“Have you considered going out with him?
Charmaine stood up, “What? That never came across my mind.”
“Well maybe you should take that into consideration,” Jessica pulled Charmaine on her bed again, “I know he likes you.”
“What?” Charmaine moved away again, this time far enough so Jessica wouldn’t be able to pull back over, “Sure he does.”
“He does,” Jessica emphasised, “He really, really does. It’s so obvious. I highly recommend you consider him, he is a great candidate.”
Charmaine pulled Jessica off the bed, “That’s enough of you trying to sell Kevin to me,” she pushed Jessica out of the room, “Ok, bye.” Charmaine continued unpacking her things, “Kevin likes me? That Dai Ga Jie is crazy.”
