"Hyung? You're ready?!" Junsu shouted from the livingroom
I adjusted my black pants and black tee and then I wore the black jacket. I went inside the livingroom to see all of them wearing black clothes as well..
"Do you think they're...?" Changmin started
I shook my head coldly as I was adjusting my gloves
"I don't think so.. Let's hope not" I whispered
"How many cars?" Yoochun asked
"I think 2 will do" I suggested
"What do we do when we get there?" CHangmin asked
"Let's check if they're alive first. . And somehow we should get a hold of the head who's behind this massive trafficking and we should get the girls to the hospital as soon as possible" Yunho said as he went to the corner of the livingroom. He moved the speakers and dug into the hole, moved it a bit and he soon came back handing me a gun. He gave the other one to Yoochun and went back to get guns for Changmin and Junsu as well..
"Remember, shoot only to keep the person from hurting someone else or protect yourself. No killing.." Yunho said as he closed the hole again and placed the speaker just like it was a minute ago..
I reloaded the gun and put it inside my jacket
"Did you bring the cellphones?" Yunho asked
Everyone nodded
"Knives?"
I bended down to my show and lifted the jeans a bit to see the knife tied to my ankle
"Let's go and check where this place is at first and then we'll figure out what we'll do" Yunho said as he threw one last glance at the article that was still on, on the screen
After an hour we finally arrived. It was at another side of Seoul, very dark and mostly where drugdealers where spending their time to make business. But lately it has become more strict since the police usually checks this area once in awhile..
"I think it's that building" Changmin whispered as he checked his phone, trying to see if the picture on the article was the same as the one in front of us
"You think so?" I asked as I started to feel the coldness build inside of me. I couldn't wait to nail those bastards..
"Hyung? Odeya?" Changmin said in the phone as he were talking to Yunho
he soon hung up as we were waited, where I had parked behind some trashcans.
"It's so quiet.." Changmin whispered
"I hope they haven't .. left yet" I said
I soon heard Yunho's car behind us, parking as I checked the back mirror. We got out of the cars and looked at the building
"Let's divide into 2 groups. Keep in contact through the phone. If you find any of the girls, carry them outside. We have to save many lives as possible. Ok?" Yunho ordered
All of us nodded
"After making sure that everyone's out, we'll call the police and ambulance. Do not get caught.." Yunho said
All of us nodded
Yunho and I decided to go together as the other three decided to take the upper floors while we went underground. The entire building was silent and nothing could be heard except the pipes that were broken and you could hear the echoing sound of the water hitting the floor..
"It's empty.." Yunho whispered behind me
"I know" I answered coldly
I was mad and furious. So was Yunho. We humans weren't born to do these kinds of stuff and yet we do.. Sick people..
"Yah.. this way" Yunho whispered
We made our way to the left as our steps were silently fading away. Not a single soul could be heard. I soon felt my phone vibrating and I pulled it out. YUnho were checking the corridors, left and right constantly as I answered
"Did you find anything?" I asked
"We found two girls and they're really damaged. Hyung, we have to get them to the nearest hospital right away" Junsu said
"Keep searching.. One of you stay with the girls outside while the other two carry them out"
"anything underground?"
"Aniyo. We're still in the corridors on the first level. We're trying to figure out where to enter the underground"
"Call if you guys need anything. Hurry"
I clicked and looked at Yunho
"I heard him. Two girls.. we need to speed up. They need help.." Yunho said
We ran down the corridor, trying to be so quiet as possible. We soon came to an exit door. I nodded at Yunho who opened and we came into some kind of storage room
"Spooky.. This used to be an sewing factory?" I asked as I looked at the spiders climbing the walls, ants and rats on the floors
"This is sick.."
Suddenly we heard something and both of us pulled out our guns at the direction that the sound came from.
"What was that?" I whispered as I looked around
"I don't know" Yunho gritted his teeth
I pushed him towards the corner
"Go hyung. I'll cover up for you" I said as I were staring in the storage room"
Yunho walked towards the small sound and he moved a few boxes and then I heard him gasp in fear
"SHIT!" Yunho cursed
"What?"
I ran over to him and my eyes widened in shock as I saw a girl, around the age 15 sitting there. The only clothing she had was a blanket. Her hair was messed up and her eyes were teary
"Oh my god.. She's so young" Yunho said and bended down
She instantly started to crawl away from him, as if she were trying to go through the wall in order to hide
Yunho shook his head
He put away his gun, put it on safety as he reached out for her hand
"I won't hurt you. I'm here to help you" Yunho said calmly
The girl kept staring at him
"I won't do anything. I will get you out of here so that you can get help" Yunho said calmly
The girl looked at Yunho and then back at me
I nodded
"We won't hurt you. Take Oppas hand" I encouraged her
we soon saw her foot sticking out under the blanket and both of us gasped in fear as we saw it
"It's broken and bleeding" Yunho stated as he were watching it..
"Get her out of here now" I said
"Come on.. Take my hand. I won't harm you" Yunho said
Slowly the girl reached out for his hand and Yunho walked closer to her. He wrapped the blanket warmly and tightly around her tiny and fragile body as he took her in his arms, carried her in bridalstyle and soon the girls eyes closed
"She seems exhausted"
"Living in fear makes you tired" i whispered
"We have to get out of here.. It's dangerous.. Who knows if someone comes and will try to get a hang of the girls?" Yunho said and looked at the door
"At least the other floors are clean. I think she's the only one in the entire main floor since this is the only room on the main floor"
"Come on.. Let's go" Yunho said
"You go first. I'll check one last time around in this room and I'll be right out. You can meet someone half way and give the girl to him and then come back.. The storage is too big for me to check it alone.."
I soon heard footsteps and our attention were immediately drawn to the door as we heard the footsteps coming closer. Yunho and I reacted immediately and hid behind a big box as we heard the door screeched in anger as the door opened
I sneak peeked from the box, having the gun ready if there was any of those bastards but to my surprise I saw Junsu
"Junsu it's us" I said loudly and Junsu pointed the gun against us but lowered it as soon as we revealed ourselves
"Gosh.. We were wondering what were taking you so long. You didn't feel the phone vibrate?" Junsu said
"Wae? What's wrong?" I asked
"We should get out of here now. I have a bad feeling that something will happen soon" Junsu said
His eyes were soon moved to the girl who Yunho were carrying
"Oh my god.. is she?" Junsu whispered
"Aniyo.. She's exhausted.. Junsu get out of here. We'll be out soon. We'll just check the storage.. Get the girl out to the others first"
Junsu nodded and took the girl and soon he was gone. Yunho and I started to wander around, along the walls as were listening, trying to make out any sound. We were constantly throwing glances at the door just in case and were keeping our eyes and ears wide open in order to see and hear..
"I think there's nothing here" Yunho said
I suddenly felt that I was standing on something. Not floor but something else. I looked down and saw that I was standing on an gap, an opening to something
I stomped on it and its sound clarified that this wasn't floor and that you probably could get down there..
My eyes soon widened in shock as I realized that this might be the 'Underground' just like in the article
"Hyung..!" I whispered
"What is it?" Yunho said and was soon right next to me
"I think I found the opening to the Underground. Yunho and I started to push the boxes away, brushed the dust and the sand of the opening
"Hold it" I said and gave him the gun
I looked around to see an iron bar behind the box and I grabbed it, with all of my strength pushed it down on the hole on the gap, twisted and lifted it with all of my strength..
Indeed there was a ladder down and it was dark
"You got a flashlight?" I asked
Yunho handed me the gun and I placed it inside my jacket and he handed me the flashlight
"You're going down?" Yunho asked
I nodded
"Keep an eye . Shout if something gets suspicious
"Hyung?"
Both of us spun around to see Junsu back with us
"Yah.. We have to go. I feel like we're running out of time and the girls really needs to get to the hospital" Junsu said
"Just a sec Junsu"
"Junsu you keep an eye. I'll go with Jae. If something happens, shout" Yunho said
He handed another small flashlight to Junsu and ordered him to flash it for us while we're climbing down. I put the flashlight in my mouth and took a deep breath before climbing down..
As soon as I felt the ground I flashed and saw another disgusting corridor. Pitch black and the smell of rats, urine which would make you throw up. I covered my mouth and nose with a scarf and started to make my way down the corridor as Yunho were following me closely behind..
As we were passing down the corridor, we saw several doors on each side, locked up
"We have to open them" I whispered
Yunho handed me one of the iron bars that he had brought with him and we took each side of the corridor and with all of our strength, starting to open the door with the help of the iron bar
There was nothing in the first doors, the second ones or the third ones
"I think there's no left here" Yunho said
I reached the fourth door which was only on my side of the corridor
"I think Junsu shouted" Yunho said
"Run and ask him what's going on. I'll check the last door and I'll be right up" I said
Yunho nodded and went back to the ladder as I pulled with all of my strength in order to open the last door
The dust and sand hit me in the face instantly as the door flew open but I soon got used to it when it disappeared and were checking the empty room with the flashlight. There was no furniture, no windows , just an empty cold floor and walls. It was like a prison just that there was not even a bed, toilet or anything..
The scent was so awful, almots causing me to throw up..
I entered the room slowly and soon my light landed on something in the corner.
I nearly dropped my flashlight as I saw the sight of the girl..
She was sitting in the corner of the room, leaning her back against one of the walls as the head were resting onto the other one.
She had no blanket and she was completely naked
But that didn't make me gasp. The reasons that caused me to almost trip over was her face and body. The injuries and bruises
You could clearly see that she has been hit by some kind of stick, made of iron or wood. Striped bruises on her legs, some wounds wide open but the blood froze already. Her fragile hands were swollen, probably because she had been trying to protect herself.
You could easily see blue and black marks on her arms, she had been bitten..
Her neck had a visible mark, as if she have had a rope around her neck, they probably had been using that in order to keep her here..
Her lips were all swollen, she had a big wound on her forehead as the right cheek had a red mark. She had been slapped
"Fucking.. shit" I cursed as I walked towards her. Her eyes slowly opened as she heard me and I saw her pulling herself back into the corner, slowly and weak but still trying to protect herself..
She tried to pull her legs against her chest but she couldn't since her strength wasn't strong enough..
"I won't hurt you" I whispered as I stayed about 2 feet away from her..
The sight of her was almost making me cry. Who would ever do such thing against a girl?!
Her eyes were watching me but she didn't make any signs of approaching me. She tried to protect herself.. which was understandable since she thought I might hurt her.
She soon twisted her body so that her back were facing me, her face hiding from me and I covered my mouth as my eyes stared at her back. I felt the anger rise even more, I was becoming more and more furious as I saw her back
She had deep marks and deep wounds on her back. She had been bleeding due to the blood that covered her entire back. They had used a crop to hit her?!
"Holy shit......"
I spun around to see Yunho staring at her
"I know.." I gritted my teeth
"Is she alright? I mean is she alive?" Yunho asked
"Yes.. but she's not letting me coming closer.."
I tried to approach her little by little but obviously she heard my steps and reacted immediately and her head twisted around, her back still facing us as she stared into my eyes
Her eyes looked so.. terrified..
I pulled out my hand in front of her, trying to get her trust
"I won't hurt you. I'm here to help you. To get you out of here. Please.. take my hand so that we can get you to a place where you can be safe" I whispered
She didn't answer and kept staring at me
"Please.. Take my hand and we'll get you out of here. We want you no harm. We're here to help you" I whispered
Suddenly we heard something upstairs and I looked at Yunho
"Junsu left. He put the boxes and everything back and I saw another way out of here.. Changmin called and said he saw a van coming this way. We have to leave now. There's another way out here and it's right where we have our cars. If we don't leave now we'll get caught" Yunho said
"I'm not leaving without her.. They'll hurt her even more"
I looked back at her
"We have to go now. You have to come with us. The people who's hurting you are coming. Take my hand" I said as I tried to hurry up
The girl stared at me
"Please.. Take my hand. I won't hurt you.. I will take you to a safe place. Take my hand" I said as we kept hearing noises
"Come on!" Yunho said behind me
I saw her soon responding, her hesitating hand soon moving towards me, slowly
"COme on!" Yunho whispered as the noise were coming closer
"Yes.. easy now.. I won't hurt you. Take my hand" I whispered
Soon I felt her cold, small tiny hand in my own and I wrapped it around her as I felt her arm shaking. I took off my jacket put it around her and Yunho threw me his long tee which he had taken off so that we could cover the girl's body. I helped her to get some clothes on as she were sitting still as a statue, shaking since it was cold and also because she was scared. She couldn't stand up due to her feet and I didn't hesitate and immediately took her in bridal style as we hurried to get out of the cell..
"This way. HURRY!" Yunho whispered
But then we both recognized the sound of the opening being open to the Underground and both of our eyes were instantly glued to the ladder in the dark...
"They're coming"
