All of us were silent, not knowing what to say or do. My heart was beating so fast and the words she just said couldn't get inside my head. I was shocked and I guess the other guys were as well..
"What did you say?" Changmin breathed
Minji stepped back, looking at us with confident eyes which I've never seen before. Ok, I was in coma for a month but it shouldn't matter.. right? I mean.. how can she change so fast?
"I'm challenging you.. That is what I'm saying" Minji spoke softly
My fists loosened up and I closed my eyes
"I won't .. fight you Minji"
"Wae? Because you're afraid of hurting me?" She asked and looked at me
I stared into her eyes
"You know all of the reasons VERY WELL! Minji you know I won't agree with you on that" I said
"None of us will" Yoochun said
"So this is how you look at me?" She asked
"What?" All of us asked again
"So this is how you look at me.. Small.. Weak.. fragile.. In need of protection.. You pity me.. don't you?" She asked
For the first time I saw a different side of her. She spoke, meaning every word that was coming out from her and the tears was symbolizing the sincerity. ..
"Is giving a chance that hard?" She asked again
I took a deep breath
"Minji, you know it's not like that. We don't pity you.. we're just.. afraid that you'll get hurt.. and asking me.. No i mean.. not just me.. if you had asked any of us, We all would feel the same way! NO ONE CAN'T AND WON'T FIGHT YOU!"
"WHY NOT?! If it had been someone else you would have done that wouldn't you?!" She screamed
I felt the frustration boiling inside of me, the agony and the anxiety of not knowing what to do was growing. Actually I would refuse to do anything that would include her getting hurt but asking em to fight her? that's like asking me to commit suicide
"Do you UNDERSTAND what you're saying here?! Asking me to do?! DO you know that you can get badly Injured?!"
I unknowingly raised my voice but no one stopped me. Minji and I were screaming at each other. I was scared. Scared to death. She shouldn't be asking me this..
"I want you to give me a chance to prove that I'm capable of doing something else besides sitting home and being afraid"
"I won't fight you" I said simply"
"Then someone else will do it" She said and looked behind me
I spun around and faced the guys. Everyone had a worried face plastered on their faces and Kibum who usually would side with her was also standing there quietly looking at her
"If he doesn't.. then someone of you will" She said and looked at them
"No. I'm not going to do anything .. You're gonna get hurt" Yunho said calmly
She didn't utter a word and looked to the next person, Yoochun
He shook his head and gave out a sigh. She then passed her gaze onto Junsu but even Junsu who was siding with her earlier when we were having a small argument before she arrived, even he said no. And so did Changmin and Kibum
All of us refused and I couldn't be more than thankful at the minute
"See..? No one will do this so stop this act"
Minji looked back at me
"If not any of you will do this.. then I will find my own way"
With that she took off into the woods.
"MINJI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

I ran for my life, angry with the fact that they didn't want to give me a chance. If they didn't give me a chance to become independent, then what? Am I suppose to be a coward, a person who's always in need of protection?
No I knew myself that the only way to prove that I'm capable of protecting myself, capable of living on my own, is to find a way to show it to them. But how? How am I suppose to do it?
That is why I ran. I was running without listening or looking back. I wanted to be alone. I wanted to get myself out of there cause I need some time to think.
I could hear them calling from afar, but I guess the darkness was helping me to hide and the black clothes that I was wearing was helping as well
I kept running, running until I felt the taste of blood coming up inside of my throat, the breathing increasing and the heart pumping, working it's best to get out the blood in my entire body
I felt myself disappearing into the forest since it became deeper and deeper, the ambulance and police lights couldn't be seen anymore, the many voices of the people who was trying to settle down the entire accident that took place earlier..
I finally stopped, catching my breath as I tried to listen to where the guys were. They were still shouting my name, but since there were no lights, I guess they were probably running in circles. As for me, I had no idea where I was but the run was freshen my mind up
I closed my eyes and took a deep breath before sitting down. As I was on my way to sit down I could hear a small stick being broken as if someone had stepped on it. I immediately reacted and opened my eyes and looked around in the surroundings for something more.. Someone was out there I can tell
The wind took over, I wasn't able to hear anything as the wind grew stronger. The bushes started to blow in sync with the wind, the leaves were going to the right direction..
Another stick could be heard and I was about to look behind me when someone grabbed me from behind, covering my mouth and I could feel a gun being aimed at me on the back of mine. The clothes were black and the grip was strong. But it wasn't a guy
It was.. a girl
"Don't move, yell and don't try to even escape"
