“I don’t see how you can keep up with him KiBum.” HanKyung chuckled when KiBum shrugged and grinned. “Anyway, I guess I’ll have to tell him we’re going to have to stop seeing other so I can reconcile my marriage.” HeeChul nodded. “I mean I do have to talk to SiWon about our marriage.”
“So why did you call me over here if you had this stuff figured out!?” HeeChul folded his arms and crossed his legs.
HanKyung wrapped and arm around his best friend and pushed him down on the couch. “Because I miss my best friend.” HanKyung pecked him on the cheek. “And because I wanted to know if you found out anything on Rong Rong?”
HeeChul pushed HanKyung off him. “I’m sorry HanKyung, I could find anything out. We don’t know where else to look.” HeeChul folded his arms. “I also filed a missing puppy report and have yet to talk to them. I also recalled every shelter in a 50 mile radius. They said they didn’t have a puppy matching Rong Rong’s description. ”
HanKyung smiled. “I appreciate your help, and I’m sorry for messing up your time together, KiBum.”
KiBum smiled. “I may not have known Rong Rong, but he must’ve been very special and I’m glad to help anyway I can.”
“That’s why I love him.” HeeChul chuckled and wrapped his arms around KiBum and pecked him on the cheek.
HanKyung rolled his eyes and shook his head at the two; he was glad they were together and that KiBum really loved HeeChul. He needed someone like that after a major heart breaking break up with Kim Bum. “Hee-.” Just before I could speak the phone rang and HanKyung groaned. He knew exactly who it was. “Hi Zhou Mi.”
“HanKyung, I need you to come over I have a surprise.” Zhou Mi sounded happy and excited which interested him.
“Okay, I’ll be right over.” HanKyung hung up, he had to admit he was curious about the surprise, was it something erotic like handcuffs? Or may even…His mind cut its self off ‘Breaking up remember?’ “HeeChul, I’m going to Zhou Mi’s place…can you go with me?” Something told him to take his friend.
“Sure, I’ll go.” HeeChul jumped off the lap of KiBum and turned to face him. “No, you’re coming with me.” He grabbed KiBum’s hand and followed behind HanKyung to his car.

“You sure you don’t want me to go in with you?” HeeChul looked at his friend with concern.
“I’m sure, I’ll be back.” HanKyung stepped out the car and knocked on Zhou Mi’s door which opened not a second later. “Zhou Mi…” Zhou Mi grabbed HanKyung by the arm and pulled him inside.
“I have a surprise for you come with me.” Zhou Mi pulled HanKyung in the bedroom where a sliver box laid with holes on top of it. “Go open it.”
HanKyung stepped close and heard a small howl in the box, at first he thought he was hallucinating until he heard it again. When he opened the box he saw a puffy grey and white puppy around five weeks looking at him with his blue eyes. “Awww, he so cute!” HanKyung picked it up out of the box.
“He’s our pet.” Zhou Mi smiled at HanKyung even though he wasn’t facing. “Now you won’t have to worry about finding Rong Rong.”
HanKyung mind circled around those words. ‘He’s our pet’ our meaning their future together. HanKyung sighed and turned to face Zhou Mi. “Zhou Mi, I’m not going to stop looking for Rong Rong.”
Zhou Mi groaned. “It doesn’t matter, you won’t find him.”
Something in HanKyung broke and he almost was on the verge of tears. “That’s terrible to say!” He cradled the puppy in his hands. “I’m still going to find Rong Rong.”
“Why? When you’re holding our puppy in your hands.” Zhou replied with a shrug. “We’re meant to be together.”
“That’s what I came here to tell you, we have to stop with this affair. I need to reconcile my marriage with SiWon.” HanKyung looked at the puppy who seemed very relaxed in his hands. He’ll make a good brother for Rong Rong.
“An affair? You think this is an affair?” Zhou Mi muttered staring at HanKyung.
“That’s what they call it.” HanKyung replied.
“No, it’s more than an affair.” Zhou Mi pushed past HanKyung and went into the bathroom.
HanKyung flinched at the slamming of the door before taking a deep breath and walking out of the house. He still held the puppy in his arms as he walked to the car and got in. “Here take him, I can’t drive with him in my arms.” HanKyung passed the puppy to HeeChul who smile happily.
“He’s so cute, he reminds me of Rong Rong except he’s grey and white, not black and white.” HanKyung choked back tears as he pulled out the drive way, he needed to see the road. “You turned me into a dog lover, ooh! Maybe he and HeeBum can bond like he did with Rong Rong.” KiBum placed a hand on HeeChul’s shoulder telling him that’s enough. “I’m sorry Han Han, I didn’t mean…”
“Don’t worry about it, it’s not you.” HanKyung gave him an unsuccessful smile of assurance. ‘It’s what Zhou Mi said’ the words bounced around in his head. ‘We’re meant to be together.’
