Chapter 19

For The Love of You

It had been nearly six weeks since HanKyung and SiWon separated, but it’s also been three days since they made up and the two act as if nothing happened. A new chapter in their relationship…

“It feels great being back in this house.” SiWon laid down on the couch and stretched out. “No more yelling from KangIn or moaning from EeTeuk.” SiWon mumbled to himself, he glanced down at the puppy that was looking up at him. “Wanna join me Mao Mao?” The puppy barked and jumped on SiWon, wrinkling his black t-shirt. “Gee, Mao I appreciate the wrinkles.” Mao Mao only sneezed in response of SiWon’s sarcasm.

HanKyung watched from the staircase, he was glad he had SiWon back in his life. He never realize how dull his life was without SiWon. “Morning!” He replied pretending as if he just woken up. “Did you eat anything? He walked into the kitchen knowing the SiWon and Mao Mao were following. He turned to confirm his speculations. “What would you like for breakfast?”

SiWon shrugged. “It doesn’t matter, as long as it’s edible and made by you.” He gave HanKyung a cheeky grin. “Oh, Hannie did you hear YeSung and RyeoWook are throwing a reunion party with their anniversary in two days?” HanKyung nodded as he got out a frying pan. “You going?”

He turned around swiftly. “Of course! I haven’t seen YeSung in years after we got married.” He placed the pan on the stove and turned back to face SiWon, who was now inside the kitchen. “W-Wonnie…” He voiced trailed off as SiWon kissed his chin then his ear. He didn’t bother to stop SiWon and he wasn’t planning on it either…well until the phone rang.

SiWon stopped and looked at HanKyung. “You should answer it, it might be HeeChul calling.” SiWon stepped back from HanKyung to let him answer the phone, only to have HanKyung close the space between them. “Hannie…” He was cut off by the finger of HanKyung.

“He’ll leave a message, right now I want make up sex.” He smiled. “Heard it was the best.” He wrapped his arms around SiWon.

SiWon chuckled. “Go answer the phone.” He pecked HanKyung lips. “I’ll get breakfast started.” He turned to the refrigerator and got out two eggs.

HanKyung groaned and went to answer the phone before the answer machine picked it up. “Hello.” He replied slightly agitated.

“It doesn’t matter if you got your husband in the house, I’ll still have you.” Zhou Mi’s husky voice was heard on the other line. “We’re meant to be together.”

HanKyung mind spun around those five words, trying to figure out what happened to Zhou Mi. “What happened to you Zhou Mi? Why are you acting like this?”

“Like what?” Zhou Mi asked.

“Don’t call me anymore.” HanKyung hung up the phone before Zhou Mi could say anything. He sat on the couch pondering what Zhou Mi said before whisking it away in the air and heading back into the kitchen. “Wow, where did you get your cooking skills?” HanKyung kissed SiWon on the cheek.

“I learn from the best…and EeTeuk gave me some pointers.” SiWon kissed HanKyung on the lips. “You might want to get freshened up.”

HanKyung let a playful grin be displayed on his lips. “Want to join me?”

SiWon looked at HanKyung. “I wish you would’ve told me that earlier, I already got cleaned up.” HanKyung gave him a little nudge before retreating to the bathroom. He truly was happy now that SiWon was back in his life.

HanKyung and SiWon had finished breakfast and decided to spend the day doing what they missed out on, but sadly sex was not one of those things. It was near five in the afternoon when the two came back for an afternoon jog around the park with Mao Mao in tow. All three were dead beat tired and crashed on the cool hardwood floor when they opened the door. “That was better than the first run.” SiWon looked over at HanKyung with a smile.

HanKyung looked back with a smile. “We’ve master running four laps full sprint, how about next time we go for eight?” HanKyung chuckled at the vanishing smile on SiWon’s face. “I was only kidding and besides I don’t think Mao Mao can run that fast.” Mao Mao laid between the two lovers.

“Come on, let’s get some water.” SiWon stood up and help HanKyung up afterwards. He watched Mao Mao perk up and take off running down the hallway to the guest bedroom. “Where is he going?”

“I’ll check, you get the water.” HanKyung kissed SiWon and hurried off behind the puppy calling his name. “Mao Mao, where did you go?” He heard a muffled bark then a whine followed by another bark. “Mao Mao?” He saw the little five week, grey and white puppy barking at the closet door where another muffled bark came from...And he recognized it. “Rong Rong?” He opened the door and the black and white puppy popped out, but he wasn’t alone.

“Hey My love, you missed me?” Zhou Mi smirked at HanKyung who was now on the ground. “I found little Rong Rong, though I was tempted to kill the bastard...After all he was the bond of you and SiWon’s love.”

‘Though I was tempted to kill the bastard’….‘I set it on fire after it bit me.’ Rang through HanKyung’s head and his eyes widen. “You really did kill your dog.”

Zhou Mi smirked. “The little bastard should’ve never bit me.” Zhou Mi’s eyes darken as he glared at HanKyung.

HanKyung shooed both puppies out of the room, his eyes stayed on the man in front of him. “What happened to you Zhou Mi?” HanKyung stood and back away towards the door, praying the he would reach SiWon. He inched back making it out of the door way with Zhou Mi inching toward him. “SiWon…” HanKyung eyed Zhou Mi before looking at SiWon who was now coming up behind him.

“You think you damn husband going to stop me?” Zhou Mi pulled out a gun and aimed it at the two people going back and forth. “Which one should I kill first…that’s very hard, you both so…innocent.” Zhou Mi gave an eerie laugh.

“Zhou Mi…” HanKyung eyes wide as he stared at the gun then at Zhou Mi. “What happened to you? Why are you so different.”

“It’s because he’s been hurt too many times HanKyung. Zhou Mi was weak, so I was created to help him because I’m stronger and can protect him from people that could possibly hurt him.” HanKyung stared in confusion and Zhou Mi chuckled. “You don’t get it do you? Zhou Mi has DID Dissociative Identity Disorder.”

HanKyung eyes widen. That’s why his eyes would darken and at the moment when he chocked him he saw a stranger…It wasn’t Zhou Mi he saw. “Then…who are you?”

The man before him smirked and held it toward SiWon. “I prefer our Korean name, Zhou Myuk. Adds to my charm.” He aimed the gun at HanKyung. “I thought you were different, after what we shared…but I guess not, your just like the other two assholes that came in, used him then walked out. “But not anymore.”

“WE didn’t share anything!” HanKyung was now angry, but didn’t understand why?

“Sure we did, you only met Zhou Mi what once? Twice?” He stepped closer only to have the other two step back. “Do you remember that nights of rough sex and the blind fold with tied limbs?” He pointed to himself. “That was me.” HanKyung eyes widen and looked at SiWon who was looking at him. “Oops, secret’s out.” He smirked.

SiWon took a step forward towards Zhou Myuk/Mi. “You Ba-.” He didn’t finish his sentence before agony took over his left side and shot through his body knocking him onto the ground. “Damn it!” He winced in pain feeling the wetness of the blood against his skin.

Zhou Mi eyes widen as he looked at the gun before he dropped it. “HanKyung.” He moved cautiously toward the two.

“Zhou Mi?” Zhou Mi ran next HanKyung removing his jacket and applied pressure to SiWon’s wound HIS OTHER half caused. HanKyung stared at Zhou Mi, his eyes changed and it confused him…How was it possible for him to come back after something bad happens?

“This is my fault…I’m so sorry…” Zhou Mi was on the verge of tears. “I’m so sorry…” His voice lost words as his eyes seemed to try to darken before lightening. HanKyung watched in amazement, how much Zhou Mi wanted control…since he never seemed to have it most his life. Zhou Mi/Myuk looked at HanKyung. “I’m so…”

“Zhou Mi, It’s not your fault and I don’t blame you.” HanKyung held SiWon in his lap. “Wonnie…can you hear me? Are you alright?” SiWon nodded and opened his eyes slightly.

“I just feel pain.” He sucked his air through his teeth. Before he could say anything more the sound of sirens went off.

“SiWon, I’m sorry and I deserve what comes to me.” Zhou Mi whispered when the door opened to reveal the police.

“Neighbor called about hearing gunfire?” The police eyed SiWon then HanKyung then Zhou Mi.

HanKyung sucked in a breath and what came out of his mouth surprised Zhou Mi, SiWon and himself. “It was a malfunction of the gun, our friend was cleaning the gun when it malfunctioned hitting my husband in the side.” Everyone was quiet.

“Is that true?” The police put his gun into his pocket and waited for the other two to answer. “Is it?”

“Yes.” SiWon and Zhou Mi replied in unison.

“Chief, Ambulance is on their way.” Another replied before heading outside.

“Be careful next time, make sure you are away from people when in use with guns.” The three nodded and the chief headed outside awaiting the ambulance, whom came shortly after. The lifted SiWon into the van, the injury wasn’t as server as they thought. It missed vital organs, just grazing him slightly. He was considered very lucky.

“Why are you so sweet?” Zhou Mi smiled and HanKyung just hugged him. “Must be in your nature to be sweet and forgive.”

“You always forgive the worst to forget the worst.” HanKyung smiled as he pulled back from Zhou Mi. “So I take it Zhou Myuk isn’t there anymore?”

“I don’t know…I can feel him there, but it’s like he can’t completely take over anymore.”

“That’s good, because now people can see the REAL you and fall in love with that.” HanKyung and Zhou Mi shared a smile before SiWon came back in. “Well I’m must be going, thanks again HanKyung…for everything.”

“You’re welcome.” HanKyung replied picking up Rong Rong who was playing happily with Mao Mao, whom SiWon picked up. “See, told you Mao Mao you had a brother.” Mao Mao gave a small growl which Rong Rong barked at.

“Sibling rivalry.” Zhou Mi replied before leaving those house. “Have a good life together!”

“Think that’s one wound that can heal?” SiWon replied.

“Oh yeah, even though it’s mental it can be healed…it already is.” HanKyung pecked SiWon on the lips. “Now…can we do our own healing?”

SiWon chuckled. “Yes, we sure can.” SiWon and HanKyung placed the puppies on the ground and headed upstairs, locking the door.

The puppies barked unison as the door closed. They two must’ve knew something was gonna happen because they both jumped on the couch and laid next to each other waiting for their owners to be finished…Which only Rong Rong knew could take hours.
