“Nothing, I’m fine. I just fell earlier today.” She seemed to be hiding something from him as she looked away.
“You fell?” He looked over and saw Amanda’s business card on the coffee table. “Why is this here? Did you go find Amanda today?”
“I just wanted to go tell her that I was sorry for returning and that you still loved her.”
Justin felt guilty. “Don’t be silly. Amanda and I are something in the past.”
“I know you like her Justin, you care about her. I’m willing to back out of this relationship….”
He looked at her foot, “did she this to you?” Justin asked in disbelief. He was shocked at the measures Amanda would take. Had she not said that they were over? Why did she have to hurt Jenny?
“She didn’t mean to…”
“So it was her though.” Justin demanded to know.
“It was my own carelessness.” Jenny tried to explain.

“Amanda Lok” Justin stormed into her office. “Why did you do that to Jenny?”
“Miss Lok, Mr. Cheung, he…”
“It’s okay, just go back to your work.” Amanda told her secretary.
“Could you have some more manners next time Mr. Cheung?” Amanda asked. “It would help to knock first.” She added.
“I don’t know what your plan is, but I’m warning you now, you better not hurt Jenny again.”
“I didn’t do anything to your precious girlfriend, so don’t come into my office accusing me.” She screamed.
“I thought I knew you, but I guess I was wrong.”
“Of course you don’t, I’m only an impostor am I not? Those words came out from your own mouth.”
Justin clenched his fist, “Yes, that’s exactly what you are.” He turned to leave.
“If you think you will be happy with her then fine, but I want to warn you now that she is not as simple as you think.”
“I forbid you to defame Jenny in that way. You are the one with ulterior motives. Jenny, she is ten times better than you.”

“You kept the ring?” Jenny asked, holding it up.
“I was keeping it until you returned.”
Jenny became teary, “Justin….”
He took the ring from her hand, and proceeded to get on one knee, “Miss Jenny Ching, will you agree to marry me and become Mrs. Jenny Chueng?”
She nodded excitedly, “Yes.”

“Tong Tong? What are you doing here?” Amanda asked opening her apartment door to find the five year old standing there staring at her with glittering eyes.
“She was complaining that she missed you and wanted to see you. Hope you don’t mind.”
“Of course not, come on in.” Amanda invited.
Amanda played with Tong Tong until she fell asleep. She and Vivian sat on the sofa and began to talk, “I don’t know if you know yet, but Justin and Jenny are planning to get married.” Vivian carefully told Amanda.
“They are?” Amanda tried to hide her disappointment by putting a smile on her face, “Tell them congratulations for me.”
“Are you okay Amanda?” Vivian asked worriedly.
She took a deep breath, “No, actually, I hope you can help watch out for Jenny Ching.” Amanda requested.
“What do you mean?” Vivian asked confused.
“She’s more than what meets the eye. I don’t want to see Justin get hurt.”
Vivian nodded, “Don’t worry, I’ll make sure things are alright.” Vivian held Amanda’s hand “I’ll let you in on a little secret.” Vivian smiled, “Tong Tong and I support you one hundred percent.”
Amanda returned the smile, “Thanks.”

“What more do you want?”
“What do you think?”
“I thought you said you wouldn’t hurt him.”
“It was you who hurt him”
“Here’s 300 million” she threw the check across the table. “Just leave now.”
“Do you really think this is enough for me?”
“How much do you want? Name the price.”
“I’ll make a deal with you. If you help me then I’ll leave.”
“What do you want me to do now?” The plan was divulged. “And you promise not to hurt him?”
“I love him too much to do such a thing.”

“If you want your beloved Jenny back, prepare three billion dollars. I will contact you again with more directions.” The phone called ended.

“Amanda Lok” Justin stormed into her office again.
“Is there something wrong Mr. Cheung?”
“Jenny’s missing and I know you have something to do with it.”
“Just because your girlfriend is missing, don’t come into my office assuming I did it. Please leave before I call security.”

So what’s with Amanda bad-mouthing Jenny….is there a reason…one more chapter to go!!!!
Finally finished my finals.....I think I wrote this chapter a while back…and must have forgotten to post it….anyways, hope you all enjoy! I’ll try to finish this story off soon, hopefully before my break ends….it might be after I go home….which is next week….but I will update when I can! Thanks for all the support!
