Aaron made his way to Guigui, and then he lay beside her. Aaron hugged her tightly, as he cried. He didn’t want to hurt her, now that he knew that she was born with many problems already. He looked at her, and then kissed her.
“Gui, Ever Since I Met You…”

RING~
“Hello?” Aaron picked up the hotel phone.
“Aaron, are you ready?” a girl asked on the other line.
“Yes.” Aaron answered, and hung up as soon as possible.
It was morning, the day after Selina threatened to ruin the Yan name. Guigui looked at Aaron seemingly confused. She didn’t know why Aaron looked tensed and nervous. She wanted to ask, but she knew that it wasn’t the right time. Aaron slurped the milk out of his cereal bowl then soon spoke, “At 7:00 tonight, go to the John restaurant. My parents will be there, and… I have something to tell you and the rest of the family.” Aaron spoke, and then soon disappeared. “Hmm… what’s wrong with him? He seems different…” Guigui asked herself. She stood up and made her way to the calendar… “Today is… August 11! Maybe that’s why he’s like that… it’s my birthday! He’s such a nice boy friend.” Guigui laughed joyfully, until she heard a knock on the door. “Who is it?” Guigui called out. “It’s me, Xiao Gui!” the voice replied.
Guigui made her way to the door, and after opening, she found a bouquet of flowers in her face. “Happy Birthday Guigui!” Xiao Gui handed the flowers. “Thank you, Xiao Gui, I can’t believe you still remember my birthday.” Guigui thanked. “Why wouldn’t I? Especially when Aaron invited me to your party!” Xiao Gui said excitingly. “Birthday Party?” Guigui asked herself. “Well, I have to go now. I still need to get you your gift!” Xiao Gui teased. “Aiyo Xiao Gui, no need.” Guigui smiled, and tugged on Xiao Gui’s sleeve. Without further ado, Xiao Gui disappeared and Guigui was left questioned on what was really happening. How come she wasn’t aware of any of the events?
It was 6:30 pm and as Guigui exited the shower, she found a semi formal dress lying on her bed. The note read, “Gui, where this for tonight. – Aaron”. “This must be for me. I feel so sorry if it was a surprise party because I already know about it!” Guigui cheered to herself. Guigui dressed herself, and then put make up on. She then wore her heals then looked at herself in the mirror. “Aaron Yan is the best. Ever Since I Met Him, everything has changed. I had judged him too early. Maybe, he’s the one for me… I think… I love him.” Guigui blushed to herself.
Ring~
“Hello?” Gui answered.
“Guigui, come downstairs to the lobby.” Aaron replied, then immediately hung up.
That was weird. He usually doesn’t just hang up on me like that. :S

Guigui made her way down to the lobby. She knew that Aaron was going to pick her up to go the restaurant. “Aaron!” Guigui called out excitedly. Aaron simply looked at her, and then turned around coldly, “let’s go”. Guigui felt struck at the moment. She didn’t know what was happening, or what was going to happen. She just followed him to his car, and they soon drove off. Arriving at the John’s Restaurant, Guigui glanced around in awe, “It’s so nice!” “If only I didn’t have to do this, I wouldn’t.” Aaron said to himself. Aaron entered just as Guigui followed. “Happy birthday, Guigui!” a huge crowd shouted. Even Sr. and Mrs. Yan were there. They approached Guigui, and hugged her.
After the main meal and birthday cake, Aaron stood up at the front and said, “Excuse me everyone, I have an announcement to make!” Everyone looked his way, Guigui first, to be exact. “Tonight, I know that its Guigui’s birthday but I quite have some other news…” Aaron continued, “I have asked Selina to marry me and she said yes. We will get married latest this month.” Aaron concluded, looking disappointed. “Crash!” a crash echoed in the halls. “That can’t be! Aaron, you’re dating Guigui… that’s impossible!” Xiao Gui exclaimed. Aaron then turned to Guigui, and then said: “I didn’t want to say it today because it’s your birthday, but since I couldn’t hold it in, I must let it out…” Aaron paused, and then continued. “Guigui, what kind of girlfriend are you?!?” Guigui became speechless. “Why would you go and tell the public that I was… you know what? I made a mistake in loving you…” A tear trickled down his cheek. “It was all a game. All a game…” Aaron cried, collapsing. Guigui was left stunned. She looked at everyone, and then ran away… “This can’t be! Why? Why?” Guigui asked herself, still running unaware that she was lost. She kept running…
“AARON YAN YA LUN! What have you done?” Mrs. Yan exclaimed, pointing at Aaron. “Mom, I don’t know why you guys are so protective over an assistant! Why is she so special to you?” Aaron shot back. “She is not only an assistant! She is the one who saved your life when you almost got hit by the car. Her parents died, and they were our best friends, and not only that, it’s her birthday, Aaron.” Mrs. Yan pleaded. “Aaron, let’s talk…” Sr. Yan motioned. They walked to the other side of the room. “Looking at you tonight, it seemed as if you were forced. Was it Selina?” Sr. Yan asked. “Dad, how’d you know?” Aaron asked in surprise. “I’ve always knew this day would come. Her mom was exactly like her, forcing me to say things that would hurt your mom. Since I knew this day would come, all the information I shared with her were lies. This means that you don’t have to be threatened. Go find Guigui if you really love her. I know son, I know you do…” Sr. Yan smiled. “Dad…” Aaron was speechless. “The only thing I have to say is… Ever Since You Met Her, you’ve changed.” Sr. Yan smirked, then walked back to Mrs. Yan.
Aaron patted himself then ran out. He jumped into his car and drove off, searching for Guigui. Meanwhile, as Aaron searched, Guigui continued to run. Getting exhausted, Guigui began to have an attack. “No no no…” Guigui murmured to herself. “Where are my pills?” Guigui checked all over. “NO! It’s in my jacket pocket… but it’s back at the party. I don’t even know where I am…” Gui told herself, becoming woozy and running out of breath. “Help… Help…” Guigui managed to say before she completely fainted…
“Guigui, where are you Aaron asked himself… GUIGUI!” Aaron shouted.
