The sharp pierce of the alarm clock ringing came through the 4th dormitory as the four girls in bed stirred and awakened.
?Must it be so loud Mione?? Lavender asked,a she moved to off the ring
?If it isn?t, would you girls wake up?? Hermione asked in a teasing tone as she wore her slippers and made her way to the bathroom. Lavender grumbled and went to get her bag ready.
After using the bathroom, Hermione went down to the Gryffindor dormitory where she met Harry.
?Morning Harry!? she greeted cheerfully. ?Where?s Ron??
?He?s coming down In a minute, he woke up late.? Harry said as he smiled at Hermione and started chucking the books he left on the couch last night into his book bag. Hermione giggled
?Normal for him,anyway,I?ll see you both at Transfiguration later, I have Arthimancy first thing this morning.? Hermione said, and waved before climbing out of the portrait hole. As she walked down the hallway, she ruffle through her books, making sure she got everything for her class.Not looking where she was going, she bumped into someone.
?oof! Sorry, I wasn?t looking where I was going?? Hermione apologized profusely and looked up to see who she bumped into.?Malfoy.?
?Granger.?Draco said, he nodded curtly to her before turning away. Hermione stared at him for a moment before picking her books up and going into the hall, biting her lip

He rubbed his chest slightly, his eyes narrowing slightly remembering how Hermione bumped into her.
?She just the same isn?t she?. Always buried in her books?? he thought, not realizing it,he tripped over a bag.
?What in the? WHos bag is this?? Draco said,picking up a bag
?Its mine thank you Malfoy.? A voice said curtly as the bag was snatched from Draco?s hand.He whirled to find himself facing Harry,Ron standing behind him.
?Its you Potty,you know your bag could?ve caused me to break my neck?? Malfoy sneered,glaring at him
?Well,its your fault for daydreaming isn?t it?? Harry retorted,hitching his bag on his shoulder
?If you hadn?t left your bag on the ground in the middle of nowhere,no one would run the risk of tripping,daydreaming or not.? Draco snapped,his hand going in his robe
?I wouldn?t bet on that.? Harry whisked his wand out,but before any of them could utter a single spell
?No magic in the hallways!? Tamera Trinsfield, this years head girl walked up to them
?Two marks from both Gryffindor and Slytherin,now go to breakfast,the both of you.? She scolded lightly and walked off. Harry glared at Draco one last time before going off with Ron.
?Useless Potter?.? Draco thought,going to his class.

?The nerve of Malfoy??Ron complained as he and Harry got down to breakfast
?Forget it Ron,I was just in the mood to see how far would he go today morning??Harry said,helping himself to some porridge and pumpkin juice
?But he dared tried to use magic on you in the hallway?? Ron continued as he bit into his toast
?No difference where he is,he dares to do anything remember?? Harry reminded him,taking a swig of his juice.Ron kept silent
?Hey guys,just got down? I have to go,class is starting in 10 minutes.see you later!?Hermione said,kissing them both on the cheek,she ran out of the hall.Ron turned red.
?Why the blush Ron? Its just a friendly kiss??Harry teased,poking Ron in the stomach
?Don?t do that! I?m eating?.? Ron complained, swatting his hand away.Harry laughed and continuing eating
~*~Transfiguration~*~
?Hey guys.? Hermione said as she placed her book bag down beside Ron?s place.
?Hey Hermione.? They wished at the same time, but before they could say anything,Professer McGonagall walked in.
?Settle down class,today we shall learn how to turn mice into a furry purse. Miss Parkinson,Mr.Brown,please come and pass out the mice.?she instructed,giving Pansy and Gerry a crate of squeaking mice. Pansy made a face holding the box as far as possible from her,she walked along the seats.As soon as they were done,McGonagall told them the spell and walked along as they tried it out.
?Stay?still.? Ron said through his teeth as he struggled with his squeaking mouse.
?You?re suffocating it Ron.?Hermione said and performed a Full-Body Bind on it so it doesn?t move.
?Phew? Thanks Mione.? Ron said
Suddenly,from behind the class,came a shriek.
?Ahhhh!! DRakie,the mouse bit me!!? Pansy said as she ran towards Draco,letting her mouse run all over the room.Pandeminium broke,the girls shrieked and jumped on the tables while Pansy jumped into Draco?s arms,the guys clambered on the chairs while Proffesser Mcgonagall tried to retrieve some of the running mice.
Hermione giggled at the sight of Pansy and Draco before saying.? Accio mice!? all the mouse in the room flew to the two crates. Proffesser McGonagall sighed.
?Thank you Miss Granger. I believe you had better sense then to let go of your mouse Ms.Parkinson??Proffesser McGonagll asked Pansy sternly.
?I?m? sorry Proffesser.. I?? Pansy stuttered and looked at Draco for help but he just looked away.
?I believe she was just looking for an excuse to go to her DRAKIE.?Hermione commented snidely,making the whole class laugh
?Thank you Ms.Granger. No next time Miss Parkinson.Class dismissed.? Proffesser McGonagall said and went out of the room.
?Drakie,my finger hurts?.? Pansy whined
?Go to the hospital wing.? Draco said impatiently and pushed her away,walking out of the class in a hurry.Hermione laughed and walked along to Care of Magical Creatures with Harry and Ron
