FLORA: Finally we’re out of the haze, but where is here?
GALLEN: I don't know… everywhere looks the same to me.
FLORA: Did you hear something?
GALLEN: What?
FLORA: Listen carefully! It seems like the sound of… stream…
GALLEN: It seems like… (halted)
FLORA: Hey, why did you stopped?
GALLEN: I’m tired, Miss! Try carrying a little piglet around the place for hours, and you’ll know why!
FLORA: Hey! You’re just beating around the bush to say I’m fat!
GALLEN: Not fat, but a bit heavy, Miss Piglet!
FLORA: Fine! Put me down and I’ll walk by myself, it’s not as if I can’t walk by myself!
GALLEN: No! You’re tired! Let me carry you!
FLORA: Haha… but I have rested for hours!
GALLEN: No, you have become a limestone on my back!
FLORA: Hey!
GALLEN: Ok, we’ll carry on, but before that… (grins) can I have another request?
FLORA: What do you want again?
GALLEN: Erh… (pointing at his cheek and grinning) I need some encouragement…
FLORA: (smiles) Oh… I see, that’s simple! (softly) Close your eyes first!
GALLEN: Sure! (closes his eyes and smiles)
In a second, Flora covers her mouth in a bid to suppress her chuckle and smacks his face hard.
FLORA: (grinning) Done!
GALLEN: (held his reddened cheek) Ouch! What are you doing?
FLORA: Smashing the mosquito on your face, silly!
GALLEN: (pouts) You are so bad! How could you bully me when I am so good to you?
FLORA: Yeah yeah, dozens of thanks for bringing me to this jungle and got us lost!
GALLEN: I didn’t mean it! (lifts his fingers up) I swear! Yes, I love you! I love you so much! I yearn to be with you every moment, every minute, every second! But I, Gallen Yip won’t resort to such cunning tricks! If I want to make you like me, I’ll go by the proper ways!
FLORA: You… you don’t need to be so agitated. It was just a casual remark…
GALLEN: But do you know it hurts? I know I am silly, I am useless! I am nothing besides your Roger, so you would never love me! But… but… but… I just want to spend a day with the person I like most, and that’s it! I will disappear, disappear before you forever after that!
FLORA: (eyes wet) You are so irritating… why do you have to make me cry?
GALLEN: (mumbling) You feel like crying? I feel like killing myself!
FLORA: (sobbing) What do you want?
GALLEN: (softens) Nothing… (patting her head) Hush hush… don’t cry, just pretend I said nothing, ok?
FLORA: You always tell me to pretend this pretend that, but you never taught me how!
GALLEN: Sorry… Come, let me carry you. We’ll proceed on!
With that, she jumped onto his back again. This time, she was resting so quietly like a well-behaved bunny on his back. He could feels her warm breath rejuvenating him every second, and he moves on happily. Around twenty minutes later, they got closer and closer to their destination, the sound of running water. Gosh, miracle! There it was! The waterfall in seek. He places her down and let her foot touch the ground.
FLORA: Whoa, so there is really a waterfall here!
GALLEN: (holding his head high) Of course! You think I’m a liar?
FLORA: Well… I did have some qualms at first…
GALLEN: (pouts) Then you still agree to come with me?
FLORA: I didn’t want to disappoint you, because it was your last wish…
GALLEN: Sounds like I’m dying!
FLORA: Touchwood!
GALLEN: (smiles sweetly) I never knew you were so concerned about me…
FLORA: Of… of course not… just a casual remark…
GALLEN: (grins) But I love it! (takes out his camera) Hey, let’s take a photo, I’ll go set up the stand!
FLORA: Whoa, you really got things ready?
GALLEN: Of course, done! I said I want to leave a happy memory for me! Come! (puts his arms around her) Look at the camera, 1… 2… 3… Awww… you didn’t smile! Again, 1… 2… 3…
FLORA: Ok, done, enough?
GALLEN: I want some of your solos, you’ll stand there while I take it for you. Choose your pose!
FLORA: (after taking 5 shots) Enough?
GALLEN: Erh… I have a little request…
FLORA: What? You want a smack again?
GALLEN: Erm… can you just give me a peck before the camera?
FLORA: What? No! What if somebody see this?
GALLEN: No! I promise! I swear, it’s for my own eyes only! Please! Please! It’s my last request, please…
FLORA: (blushing a bit) But…
GALLEN: Please… I will be leaving, and I won’t get to see you again… This is my last wish…
FLORA: (lowers her head) Ok…
GALLEN: (jumped up in joy) Yay! Let me prepare…

(same day – Blissful photo studio – 6.20 p.m.)
ADA: Oh my god, where’s your bride? Aren’t she supposed to be here at 7?
ROGER: I don't know! Can’t get her on her mobile! Where is she?
ADA: If she didn’t want a re-shoot, we wouldn’t need to go to all these trouble!
NICK: (coming from the changing room) It’s woman’s nature to love to doll up, Ada dear!
ROGER: Yup, agree! I don’t mind retaking, but I’m just worried where she might be!
ADA: Let’s just wait a while! She’s famous for being late and scatterbrained!
NICK: Hah! How come you are teasing your sister? You seldom do this!
ADA: None of your business!
NICK: (narrowing) Gor, I think this is a bit fishy!
ROGER: Don’t tease her, Nick!
NICK: Whoa, defending her! this is getting MORE fishy!
ADA: Yeah yeah, we know you love fish and your Maggie!
NICK: Hey! Trying to digress the topic? Nah… you failed!
(40 minutes later - 7.00 p.m.)
ROGER: I’m so worried, Ada! Have something happened to Flora? She can’t be so muddleheaded!
ADA: Let me call Joe! (dialing) Hello, Joe?
{JOE: (picking up) Yes, Ada?}
ADA: Do you know where Flora is? Is she at home right now?
{JOE: Nope, nobody’s at home! I thought she was supposed to go for her shooting with you all?}
ADA: Yup, but she didn’t turn up!
{JOE: That’s weird! She didn’t return home at all today!}
ADA: Oh my god, could she be at a late meeting or what?
{JOE: Nah… she told me she would run an errand for me during the afternoon, because she’ll be free today, but she didn’t show up. I thought she was busy dating Roger!}
ADA: No! We have not seen her for the whole day!
{JOE: I’ll try to call her friends. Keep in touch! (hangs up)}
ADA: This is preposterous!
ROGER: (worriedly) What happened?
ADA: Flora is missing!

(same day – jungle – near waterfall – 7.10 p.m.)
FLORA: Oh god! The sky is falling!
GALLEN: Yeah, I saw that!
FLORA: How can we find our way out in the dark? Do you have a torch light?
GALLEN: I don’t, but I guess it doesn’t really help…
FLORA: Then what are we going to do?
GALLEN: (looking around) Hey, that looks like a cave ahead!
FLORA: Oh my god, cave? Are you filming ancient series here?
GALLEN: (grab her hand) Let’s go and find out!
With that, he held her hand steadily in his as they stride towards their new destination. She gazes up at him. And there she spotted the usual arrogant and proud look of Gallen Yip again. It was sort of annoying, yet at the same time, possesses some kind of unspeakable irresistibility… Her heart beat faster as their speed increases…

PS: Awww... finally got some mood to write after talking to my fav sis, hehe... but well... I am not filming an ancient series here, btw... cave talk? Lame I know, but who cares... I just wanna be extra! Kekeke... :p
