“Scared of what?.. He had it coming, I hate people who draw the lines between the rich and the commons..” she replied. “.. You can tell that he’s the type of guy that is surrounded by money and attention from the people..”
“What about the ring?” Hebe questioned. “It probably was his..”
“I know.. I was going to give it to him.. But you heard him! Calling us thieves.. And saying that I only want his attention.. Good luck asshole your not getting this ring back!”
Ella took off the ring and stuffed it in her pocket, and together they walked back to the parking lot with no mood to shop anymore.

“Chun.. Are you okay now?” Angela asked.
“I’m fine”
“Your cheek is still uh…” Ariel nervously giggled. “..red”
“I’ll be okay.. She better pray that I never see her again…”
“I know a great dessert place that has been opened for a long time.” Ariel smiled. “.. I heard it’s really delicious.”
Chun agreed and drove off to the dessert shop, trying to forget that mark that Ella had left for him. It was unacceptable to even reject Chun Wu, not to even mention slapping. When they got there, Chun looked around and noticed something funny.
“What’s wrong Chun?” Angela asked.
“This is the land my parents own.” He replied. “I remember I wanted to build another office here, but my parents wouldn’t let me.”
“Well.. Now we can have dessert” Ariel cheered and seated herself down.
Jiro walked out with a menu in his hand getting ready to served their table when..
“Jiro?!” Ariel shouted in surprised. “What are you doing here?”
“A.. Ariel?.. Oh.. I just come here to help my friends..”
“Friends?” Ariel asked.
Right after she finished her question, Selina, Hebe, and Ella walked through the front door and dropped down on the first table they touched.
“Oh man, so hot outside!” Hebe complained. “But we had a good show today though huh?!”
Hebe felt Selina pulling her shirt and noticed that Ella and Selina were staring behind her. She turned around and caught Chun glaring evilly at Ella as she did the same. Jiro looked at both the tables exchanging glares and walked back.
“What’s wrong Jiro?” Danson asked.
“I think the girls made some enemies..” he replied. “Just look at both the tables..”
Danson looked over the counter and caught a glimpse of what was going on and quickly rushed over to his sister’s table.
“Is.. Everything okay?” Danson asked, staring at Selina.
“If you call ‘accusing someone of stealing a ring then slapping someone’ okay.. Then.. I guess so” Selina replied.
“Who slapped who? And who has a diamond ring?” he asked once again.
Ella pulled out the ring from her pocket and placed it on the table..
“So.. Ella didn’t get slap…” he said. “Then who did?”
“Look around..” Hebe replied. “Who has a mark on their face?”
Danson looked around looking for a slap mark on someone’s face and saw Chun. He turned back at Hebe and pointed at her.
“You did that?”
“She did” Hebe whispered shaking her head towards Ella.
“Isn’t anyone going to serve us?!” Angela yelled.
“Sorry,” Jiro said. “How can I help you?”
“Jiro.. Do you know those girls over there?” Ariel pointed over.
“Why?”
“um….”
While Ariel explained to Jiro about what happened, Danson was busy laughing at what had happened.
“Why didn’t you guys invite me!?” Danson asked. “I would love to see that!”
Jiro walked over to their table and pulled Ella to the side.
“Ella.. Give back the ring please..” Jiro begged.
“Why?! He called me a thief! And your sticking up for them!?”
“Look.. Ariel’s parents are really close friends with my parents.” Jiro explained. “I don’t want any trouble.. please please please please please!!!”
She looked over at Chun then back at Jiro’s puppy face. “Damn it Jiro!” She sighed and walked over to the table, handing him the ring.
Ella walked to the back followed by Selina, Hebe and Danson.
“They work here too?” Angela asked.
“Yes, they do”

“Ladies!” Jiro called. “I need 2 ice coffees and 1 regular coffee not too much cream or sugar.”
“Okay.”
5 minutes later, Selina brought the drinks to the tables..
“This coffee is too sweet” Chun complained. “Get me a new one.”
“Mine is too plain” Angela continued.
“I wanted a lot of sugar in mine!” Ariel said.
“give me a new one, and this time don’t take so long.” Chun ordered.
Selina brought back the coffees, trying to be as patient as she possibly can.
Another 5minutes later, Hebe brought the coffees back out..
“Mine is too sweet!” Angela shouted.
“Mine is too sweet too!” Ariel whined.
“What’s wrong with this place? Can’t you learn to make coffee right? Mine is too bitter!” Chun yelled. “Don’t you know how to make coffee?”
Hebe bit her lip and tightened her teeth together, put the drinks back on the tray and took it to the back once again.
“I don’t know what they want!” Hebe said angrily “Once its too sweet then it was too bitter.. Their trying to give us a hard time!”
“Yeah.. When I took it out.. He said it was too sweet.. Now he says its too bitter..” Selina grumbled. “What do we do now? If we bring it back out.. Their only going to complain again.”
Ella looked around the counter and saw a plate of jalapenos sitting on the counter just waiting to be used.
“I’ll make it again,” Ella replied with the silliest look on her face. “I’m sure their going to love it this time.”
5 minutes later, Ella brought the drinks out herself. With a sweet smile growing from her lips, she handed the drinks out one by one.
“Enjoy” She smiled.
Chun, Ariel, And Angela took a sip of their coffee and spit it back out.
“What the hell is this?!” Angela shriek. “Water I need water!”
“Why is it so spicy?!” Ariel screamed.
“What the hell did you do?!” Chun continued.
All of them begged for water, Selina brought over a tray full of cups of water.
“What did you do to our coffee?” Ariel asked.
“Well.. Since you said it wasn’t bitter enough.. And it wasn’t sweet enough.. I made sure to make it just right.” Ella replied. “2 cups of coffee, 2 cups of sugar.. And just incase you guys weren’t satisfied with my coffees, I added 2 cups of blended jalapenos.. Did you like it?”
All of them except for Chun drank water that was offered by Selina and calmed down.
“I want to speak to your manager of this place!” Angela shouted.
“Right here.” Danson walked out.
“I want you to fire them!” Ariel replied.
“You have no power to tell him who to fire.” Ella said.
“Do you know who he is?!” Angela asked, pulling Chun up from his seat. “He’s Chun Wu!.. The owner of this land!”
Ella took a good look at Chun as he stared sharply at her.. “He’s the son of Mary Wu? Mom’s best friend?” she thought to herself.
“I’m sure your mother is very proud of you” Ella said sarcastically.
“If you guys are done showing off your powers and position, your free to go, I’ll pay for these drinks.” Selina smiled.
Chun, Ariel, And Angela walked away, but before they made it to the door Ella stopped them.
“Oh.. By the way, we ran out of drinking water” Ella laughed. “ The water you drank was from the fish tank… have a nice day.”
Ariel and Angela ran out the shop wiping the tongues off as Chun blazed his eyes at Ella.. She responded with a satisfied smile and her fingers waving..
“Ta-Ta Mr. Wu..” she smirked and witnessed him leaving the shop.
“Ella! That was too mean!” Jiro said trying to sound serious, but only ended up laughing.
“What do we do if he wants to close us down?” Danson asked.
“Don’t worry.. I’ll make sure that this place doesn’t close” She replied. “But I have to show them that common people are people too..”
