“Why are you asking such a question now? I told you.. You can do anything to any other places.. “ She replied. “Just not there.”
“But mom..”
“No more buts” she cut in, “If you still love me as your mother, you would listen to me.”
Chun sighed and laid himself on the couch. “People who work there are so rude.” he uttered.
“People who work there? What do you mean?”
“Theirs a group of kids who work there, and we sort of argued a bit.” he replied.
“Let me guess, you started everything..”
“Not all!” he argued. “just…” He sighed and walked up to his mother. “It’s nothing mom, I have to go now.” he finished and left the house.
Awhile after Chun left the house, His mother was being greeted by someone else.
“Hi Auntie Wu.” the young lady cheered with a blue box wrapped up nicely.
“Ella!” they exchanged hugs and seated themselves down. “How are things going sweetheart, I haven’t see you in awhile.. I thought you forgot about me.”
“of course not!, I’ve just been busy, how can I ever forget about my favorite person?” Ella smiled and lovingly hugged her. “I brought you some cake..”
“Will you being nice have anything to do with yesterday?”
Ella looked at her nervously and scratched her head. “Well.. I..” she stuttered. “maybe just a little..”
“You know.. Before your mother died I promised her I’d make sure to keep you safe.” Mrs. Wu explained. “But I can’t do that if you like to get into trouble.”
“It’s not my fault Auntie Wu!.. Your son is mean, cruel, and … and..” she stopped.
“And what?”
“And he likes to use his power and position to separate the rich and the commons.” she replied like a childish baby.
“It’s okay” she chuckled. “I’m not blaming you.”
“But what about.. Berry Blue’s Bakery?” Ella smiled.
“Don’t worry, I’ll help you once again this time.. But next time.. I wont guarantee.” she replied. “I can’t keep telling Chun to leave that place alone without a reason.”
Ella happily kisses her followed by a hug. “Yay! Thank you thank you!” she shouted.
“But when are you planning to tell him that your not just a common girl.. But your..”
“probably never.. Cause I don’t plan on seeing him again.” Ella said and left the house.
Although Mary Wu and Ella’s mother were only friends, they were close friends, and ever since Ella’s mother died, She had watched over her like one of her own. She adored Ella’s strong witted side, and know that she wouldn’t be controlled easily.

The next day, Ella Got ready go to pick up Her cousin, Joe Chang from the airport along with Selina, and Hebe. Unlike Ella, who was always quick witted, Joe was more of the nice protective brother. He’d been living with her for the past 5 years and that made them closer than brother and sister. Ella drove out of her driveway in her BMW and about 10 minutes after she left her house, another car parked, blocking most of her lane.
“Excuse me.. Do you mind moving?” She asked sticking her head out of her window. When she finally realized who it was she popped her head back into her car.
“ugh” she grunted. “That asshole again.”
“Who?” Selina asked.
“Who else? The guy that tried the jalapenos coffee.” Hebe laughed.
“This isn’t funny.” Ella glanced at her watch annoyingly. “I’m going to be late to pick Joe up!”
“Isn’t that the girl from yesterday Chun?” Ariel asked. “What is she doing here?.. I thought Only wealthy people live here.”
“I don’t know..”
Chun walked out from the side of his car and stopped right in front of Ella’s car.
“I think he’s trying to start something.” Selina exclaimed.
“I don’t care.. I don’t have time for stupid things like this.”
Ella got out of her car along with Selina and Hebe.
“Can you move please?” Selina asked nicely. “We’re in a rush.”
“I don’t need you to ask me..” Chun replied. “I want the driver to ask.”
“don’t make me kill you asshole.” Ella thought to herself. “I promised your mom I wouldn’t hurt you..”
Chun cheekily smirked at Ella which caused her to be more angry. “All I need is a please..” Chun added with his wise-guy tone. “Nice BMW.. So who did you sleep with to get him to buy you that?”
At this point Ella’s mind is filled with screams of anger while her appearance remained calm as Selina and Hebe watched Ella like she was about to rip this guy apart. Ella just looked at her friends then back at Chun.
“We stole it” she replied. “Now move your car!”
“Am I going to get a please?”
“Dream on asshole.” Ella smirked.
Chun nodded at her and walked inside Ariel’s house. “Good luck then” he said.
“Hey! Move your car!” They yelled.
“What do we do now?” Hebe asked.
Ella thought about it for awhile and another silly look appeared on her face.. She stared at Chun’s car and took out her phone.
“Danson?” Ella said. “Can you and Jiro come meet me about 10 minutes away from my house?… oh.. And bring red paint.”
Danson and Jiro showed up 10 minutes later with paint and brushes. While Chun and Ariel were busy chilling inside the house, they saw a tow truck pull up at their house.
“What’s going on?” Ariel shouted and ran outside with Chun.
They witnessed their car being locked and about to be towed away. “What are you doing?!” Ariel asked the driver. “What are you doing with this car.?”
“It’s parked in a no parking zone..” Selina replied. “So it has to be towed away.”
“Looks like someone doesn’t have to go home today.” Hebe laughed.
Ariel saw Jiro standing right next to Ella and smiled. “Hi Jiro”
“oh.. Uh.. Hi.” he answered.
“What do you mean no parking zone?!” Chun yelled. “Where does it say that?!”
“Don’t you see the red lines?” Danson retorted. “Check for yourself.”
The tow truck left with Chun’s car while Ella took out a bag from the trunk of her car. “I told you to move it..” She said. “And now you just lost it.” She handed him the little paper bag and walked back to her car after kissing her fingers and waving it back at Chun. “Good day Mr. Wu..”
He opened the bag up and saw 5 brushes and 1 pint of paint inside. “Stupid bitch!” He uttered to himself.

In the car.. Ella couldn’t stop laughing at what just happened as Selina looked sharply at Jiro.
“Who was that Ariel girl back there?” She asked.
“She’s just one of my mom’s friend’s daughter.”
Selina yanked his ear and twisted it. “That’s not what her eyes said when she looked at you!” She scolded.
“I promise!” He cried in pain. “She’s just a friend… not even a friend.. Just someone I know..”
“Better be..” Selina said. “If she’s anything more than that.. I’ll kill you Jiro Wang!”
“I’m sure Jiro wouldn’t dare love anyone else but you Selina.” Hebe giggled.
“And if he does.. I’ll kill him myself.” Ella continued.

“Stupid Stupid Stupid!” Chun shouted out. “I swear! I’m going to…..”
Angela walked into Ariel’s house and saw Chun sitting down looking like he was going to choke someone to death. “What’s wrong with your cousin?” She asked.
“The group at Berry Blue’s Bakery happened.” Ariel replied softly. “Now Chun is mad again..”
“Don’t even mention the place!” he noted.
Angela walked up to him and wandered her hands around his neck. “Its okay..” she whispered. “Its not like you don’t know where they work..”
After hearing that, Chun formed a grin at the end of his lip, he wasn’t going to let Ella embarrass him. No one has ever done that and he wasn’t going to let her be the first.
“I’m going to make her beg me one day.” he mumbled to himself.. “and when that day comes.. I’m going to enjoy every minute of it.”
