MeiZou though about it for a while before answering, since he remembered that he still needed to pick up Xiao Ting tomorrow morning- “Okay… but can you wake me up in the morning?”
XiaoQiao smiled-“Okay…” And she dragged him into her room.
The next day…
It was eight in the morning. XiaoQiao woke MeiZou up and he was ready to go. Before he left, he told XiaoQiao that later tonight he was going to have dinner with XiMen, XiaoYou, and his client, he also asked her to come along with them. He went back to his house first to get changed and drove right away to Maple Hotel to pick up Xiao Ting. At nine o’clock, he finally got there and XiaoTing was ready to go. On the way to Hong Yun Yin Hang…
Vicky-“ MeiZou. So how was last night? Everything’s ok?”
MeiZou smiled-“ Yeahhh… finally everything is ok… Hehe… I had to spend the night there...”
Vicky smiled” Hehe… it’s good huh?” And she winked at him.
MeiZou looked at her-“ Vic… it’s not like that la…”
Vicky-“ Hey… watch out… you are driving now… don’t look at me la… just look at the road…hmm...you know what… I think I wanna see her… Hehe… just wanna now who’s the lucky girl that can have you.”
MeiZou-“ Hmm…I guess you will see her tonight… I’ve planned to have dinner and invite XiMen and XiaoYou, so you can meet them there before we go to Japan tomorrow.”
Vicky-“ Hey… that’s good… I can meet all of them… ooh I miss XiMen so much… he must have changed a lot… a good boy…. Hehehe.”
MeiZou-“ Hehe… yeah…. He has changed… can you believe that his secretary is a man?”
Vicky laughed excitedly-“ Hahaha… I can’t believe it… Oohh… Ximen.”
After a while driving, they finally reached Hong Yun Yin Hang, and XiaoTing stepped out of the car.
Vicky-“ Thanks MeiZou, see you later… at two thirty right? In your office.”
MeiZou-” Yup… do you want me to pick you up?”
Vicky-“ No la… I can go there with the manager here… He’ll accompany me on the meeting later… drive safely k… bye…”
MeiZou-“ Bye… see you later…” The he speed off in his car to his company. He had a conference call that morning before his meeting with XiaoTing with his dad regarding their current investment in Japan.
After the conference call, he had a meeting again with the marketing department. The meeting continued during lunchtime and finished around two in the afternoon. Then he came back to his room and review again the proposal for the last time before the meeting with Hong Yun Yin Hang. Just about a few minutes after he got there, someone knocked on the door.
Without even looking at the door, MeiZou said while reading the proposal-“ Come in….”
Vicky-“ Hmm… Good Afternoon Jing Li (GM)….”
MeiZou was shocked and looked at her-“ Xiao Ting!! Oohh Geez… you scared me to death…”
Vicky sat in front of him-“ Aiyo la… you don’t be so serious la… what are you doing?” She looked at the paper that MeiZou has been reading then she smiled-“ Hehe… don’t worry la… I won’t reject it la… I’m not that mean …”
MeiZou said with a serious tone-“ Well… it’s not like that… even though I know that you won’t reject it… but you know… we should still be professional la….”
