Chapter 51

Making it Clear *EDITED*

It was seven in the morning, when MeiZuo and XiaoTing were on the way to the airport. Both of them sat at the back seat with MeiZuo's driver driving the car. Both of them kept silence since they're still thinking for what had happened the night before. After a while, both of them decided to talk, and coincidently, they started talking at the same time.

MeiZuo-"Ting?"

Xiao Ting-"MeiZuo"

Both of them smiled, and MeiZuo continued-"Hmm, okay usually I'll let you go first but this time let me speak first."

Xiao Ting looked at him-"Ooh, k."

MeiZuo- "Hmm... I know you felt bad for what had happened last night, but really Ting, it wasn't your fault at all." Then he took a deep breath," I'm the one who should be sorry for dragging you into this thing and has made you uneasy."

Xiao Ting interrupted-"But..."

MeiZuo continued-"No but. What is done is already done, no one can turn back time, since we can not change anything, so how about just let it go and forget about it?" Then he look deeply into her eyes-"you know what one thing that I want you to know? I don't want to lose you as a friend, as my best friend, okay?"

Xiao Ting looked back into his eyes, as she looked for the answer of his question, then she smiled, put out her hand and said -"Okay. Deal!!" Then MeiZuo put his hand out and they had a handshake.

XiaoTing-"And I promise you that you will never ever lose me as your best friend, no matter what I'll always be here for you. Well, just like you said that our friendship is stronger than anything else in this entire world…" Then she smiled again.

MeiZuo smiled back at her and hugged her-"Thanks Ting, I feel relieved now."

And by the time they finished the conversation, they've reached the airport. MeiZuo told his driver to come pick him up in the next 3 days. In about thirty minutes, their plane will take off since they didn't need to check in again, his secretary had did it for them.
