On the way to Ginza…
Both XiaoTing and MeiZuo didn’t talk much since MeiZuo started thinking about AiSha again while XiaoTing thought about MeiZuo’s weird behavior.
MeiZuo told to himself-“ I can’t believe that I’ve met her again this soon, I’ve just made up with XiaoQiao last night, and now seeing her has made me confused again about my feelings towards XiaoQiao. Is this what you call love? Do I love her more than XiaoQiao? Oohh… thank God…. XiaoQiao isn’t here now…otherwise what would have happened?” And he covered his face with both of his hands.
XiaoTing told to herself-“Hey… what’s wrong with MeiZuo? He has become awkward again… is that the girl with the long hair? I’ve never seen him like this before. This playful guy became speechless upon seeing this girl. I guess she must be that special to him. Hmm… I’d better ask him about it, maybe I can help him.”
XiaoTing tapped his hand-“ MeiZuo?”
MeiZuo was a bit shocked-“ Oh… yes?”
XiaoTing laughed-“ Hahaha… what were you thinking? You were so serious ma…”
MeiZuo looked at her-“ Hey… hey… are you teasing me?”
XiaoTing tried to hold her laugh-“ Hehe… I would never dare tease MeiZuo Shao Ye ma…”
MeiZuo-“ So why were you laughing then?”
XiaoTing smiled-“ Hmm… just forget it la….”
MeiZuo was curious-“ Vic…I know you wanna say something, just let it out la…”
XiaoTing smiled again-“ Hehe… I just want to know who AiSha was… I mean how do you know her…”
MeiZuo interrupted her-“ Oohh…. That’s a long story… I don’t want to talk about it now.”
XiaoTing-“ Hmm… no problem… you can tell me some other time. Anyways, I think she’s a nice girl… I like her personality... very easy going…”
Then she tried changing the subject since she saw how uncomfortable MeiZuo was.
Xiao Ting-“ hey MeiZuo, why don’t you call Lei…. I miss him so much...”
MeiZuo grabbed out his cell phone from his pocket-“ Ooh okay…” Then he started dial Lei’s number.
Lei-“ Wei? MeiZuo ma?”
MeiZuo-“Lei…it’s me… I’m here… on the way to Ginza.”
Lei-“Oh really? When did you get here?”
MeiZuo finally smiled-“Here… just arrived here with Vicky…”
Lei interrupted-“Who? Vicky?”
MeiZuo-“Yup…. Vicky Xiao Ting…”
Lei was surprised-“XiaoTing is here with you? Let me talk to her…” then MeiZuo handed his cell phone to XiaoTing.
XiaoTing-“Hi Lei…how are you? I miss you so much.”
Lei-“Hi Vic… I miss you too… It has been a few years since we’ve last met.”
XiaoTing-“Yeah… I know… MeiZuo told me that you’ve been back and forth Taiwan and Japan often… actually I’ve been living here for a few months.”
Lei-“Ooh really…. I wished I could have known earlier, we can go out and have fun sometimes, you know it is kind of boring for me over here…. Only work and more work… no more fun…”
