Jing-“ShanCai, I’m so happy for both of you, where is AhSi?”
ShanCai- “Ooh… he just woke up, he should be taking a shower by now.”
Jing- “Hmm… sorry… did I woke you up? I’m sorry I had to come here this early, but I’ve booked the room next to yours, but they are not ready yet, so I thought I could wait here before I check in, is it ok for you? Cause if it’s not, I can always go wait in their VIP lounge.”
ShanCai- “Jing Xue Jie, of course it’s ok lah, I am so happy to see you here! Hey, have you had your breakfast yet?”
Jing - “Hmm… not yet, what about you guys?”
ShanCai- “Not yet, I’ll ask AhSi to order for us later. Would you mind if I leave you here for a while? I need to take a shower first, but AhSi should be out here soon.”
Jing- “Sure… sure… go ahead”
After a while, ShanCai walked over to the living room joined AhSi & Jing and they began eating their breakfast.
Jing- “So… how is the preparation for tomorrow coming along?”
AhSi- “I’ve already arranged for the ceremony tomorrow to be held at
St. Ponds Church.
Jing- “Do you mean that small church where ShanCai waited for you at last time?
AhSi- ”Yeah… I had heard from Lei about the legend revolving the church. Hopefully for us that legend will become true and we will get the blessing for eternal happiness.”
As soon as Jing heard about Lei, she suddenly felt so sad & tried tried to change the subject- “AhSi, what about your tuxedo, have you gotten it yet?”
AhSi- “Hmmm… not yet, I was thinking about buying it today.”
Jing- “Since we’ve already finished our breakfast, why don’t we shop around look for your tuxedo, it’s almost noon now.”
ShanCai- “ Yeah… AhSi, come on, let’s go.”
As the three of them walked to the door, getting ready to leave. The doorbell suddenly started to ring again…
AhSi- “ Who do you think it is THIS time?” He looked at ShanCai & Jing. Both of them shook their heads. AhSi looked through the peephole, and his smiled- “Lei, Ximen and MeiZou…” Then he opened the door and the four of them hugged.
XiMen- “Hey buddy, we’re so happy for you!!!”
AhSi smiled- “Hey… where’s ShaGe?”
MeiZou- “At the last minute, he couldn’t come. Grandpa Kao will be back to Taiwan for business and the grandma will accompany him, so ShaGe needed to clean the house at last minute.” Then he snickered. “ Otherwise grandma would be in shock ‘coz ShaGe never cleans the house… hahaha… Hey Jing, I almost forgot, this is my girlfriend XiaoQiao.”
Jing- “Hi, nice to meet you.” And they shook hands.
XiaoQiao- “Nice to meet you too, I’ve heard a lot about you.”
Lei- “ It looks like you guys are ready to go…”
ShanCai- “Yeah… we were just going out to look for a tuxedo for AhSi.”
Lei- “Oohh… I don’t think you need to go.” Then he showed him a tuxedo that they brought for AhSi.
AhSi was a bit surprised and took it- “ How did you guys know that I’ll be needing this?”
XiMen smiled- “Of course we know lah… we’ve known you for a long time, you always forget such simple things, even sometimes the important things… hahaha…”
AhSi tried to punch his chest lightly - “Eehh you!! Did I ask for your opinion?”
Ximen punched him back- “ Actually, yes… you did ask! Hahaha”
AhSi blushed- “ Shao luo shou lah.” And everybody laughed at him. After a while the laughter began to seize.
Jing- “So guys, where are you guys staying?”
MeiZou- “ We’ll also be staying at this hotel, just next to this room… Hehe, so we can clearly hear what will happen tomorrow night…” Then he winked his eyes at AhSi to try and tease him.
AhSi once again blushed and replied him- “ Eehh… you!! But don’t forget, I will also hear what you and XiaoQiao do too…” He said with a mischievous look in his eyes.
Jing- “Ok…ok… guys… you always liked to tease him… tomorrow is his big day… it’s enough lah… You guys hear?”
MeiZou bowed and said in a formal voice- “ Yes, madam.” Everyone started to laugh and Jing playfully hit MeiZou in the shoulders.
