Doctor Robert-“ Yes…. From what Miss YeSha had described… we suspected that she was pregnant but from the urine test it doesn’t tell us that she’s pregnant…. Then we did the blood work…. We’ve found out she has gastric problems and also she’s lack of nutrient… what I mean here…. she’s lack of iron on her blood that’s why it could have made her so tired and fainted so easily.”
AhSi was surprised-“ Oh really? Lack of iron? Do you mean she has kind of anemia?”
Doctor Robert-“Hmm…. actually it’s just a symptom…. I’ll give her some medicine and she should do some diet which are included Iron, Vitamin B12 and folic acid…. I can make an appointment for you with the nutritionist; she’ll give you the list for the diet…. If she can manage to take all the medicine and does the diet…. hopefully everything will be fine.” And he gave AhSi a smile.
AhSi was thinking for a while-“Hmm…. but why she keeps feeling she wants to throw up after eating?”
Doctor Robert was also thinking for a while-“ Hmm…. that’s what Miss YeSha had told me… it could be because of the gastric problem… well… Anyways maybe we can do the urine test again before you leave.”
AhSi said with a confused look-“ So she can be discharged now and go home with me?”
Doctor Robert smiled-“ Yes…. She’s ok now…. just make sure she does the diet and eats on time… and the most important thing… Take all the medicine… just hold on a second…. Let me call the nutritionist if she can meet you before you leave this hospital.” Then he dialed another extension number in that hospital. The nutritionist said she could meet AhSi in thirty minute.
AhSi stood up-“ Thank you doctor Robert.”
Doctor Robert smiled-“ No problem Mr. Axing.” Then he stood up-“ I’ll follow you to the emergency room to do the urine test one more time.”
AhSi smiled-“Ooh ok then” Both of them walked back to the emergency room. When they got there, ShanCai was about to go to sleep since they gave her some kind of medicine to make her sleep, while YeSha, Yu San and Sha Ge were still standing next to her bed. When seeing AhSi coming, suddenly ShanCai felt awake. AhSi came approaching her and held her hand kissing it.
AhSi smiled-“How’s it my dear?”
ShanCai smiled-“I was feeling a bit sleepy …”
AhSi smiled-“ Just sleep then….”
ShanCai interrupted-“Not anymore…. Seeing you’re coming… how’s the result?”
AhSi smiled-“ Ooh… everything will be fine…. You just need to do some diet…. and eat all the medicine…. From now on you must eat more k?”
ShanCai confused-“ But why?”
AhSi-“ Ayyyoohh… don’t ask too much la… just eat more k? I’ll see the nutritionist soon…. She’ll give you the diet list that you need to do…. And after they’ll do the urine test again on you?”
ShanCai was confused-“ Again?”
AhSi smiled-“ Yup… just to make sure everything la…. Ok…. I got to go now…. I’ll be back soon k…” And once again gave her a peck on her cheek.
After a while AhSi had met the nutritionist and came back to the emergency room with the diet list and ShanCai had done with the urine test.
Doctor Robert smiled-“I guess you can be discharged now…. I’ll call you tomorrow for the result…. Mrs. Axing…. don’t forget to take your medicine and do the diet k? And if you need something else don’t hesitate to call me…. Here’s my name card” handed her his name card.
ShanCai smiled-“ Ooh ok thank you…”
Axing smiled-“ I’ll remind her…. And please call us tomorrow for the results.”
Doctor Robert smiled-“ Don’t worry…I will…. See you then…. I think I got to go now… they just beeped me…”
Axing-“ Ooh sure…. We’ll leave here also…. See you doctor Robert and thanks for all your help.”
Doctor Robert smiled- “No problem” then he walked away followed by AhSi, ShanCai, YeSha, Sha Ge and Yu Sao walked out from the emergency room back to AhSi’s & ShanCai’s house.
