She told herself- "I wonder how MeiZuo is, is he still thinking of Xiao Qiao? Hmmm.... Maybe I should go and check on him." She got off the bed, put on her silk robe and walked out of the room towards MeiZuo's room. She noticed the lights are still on, she wanted to knock on the door but then she hesitated. After couple of seconds finally she knocked it.
MeiZuo- "Come in."
Xiao Ting, opened the door and saw MeiZuo was laying on the bed starring at the ceiling- "Hi, Am I disturbing you?"
MeiZuo, looked at her for a second and looked up at the ceiling again- "No." Sat up on the bed a bit.
Xiao Ting, walked in and trying to act happy- "What are you doing? It's late and you are not sleeping yet?"
MeiZuo, force smiled - "Ooh I don't feel sleepy yet, what about you?"
Xiao Ting, smiled- "Just like you, I don't feel sleepy either maybe coz I slept too much last night."
As she saw the windows are open - "Hey, it's late right now and is getting cooler, you still leave the windows open?! Watch out, you'll get sick!" while walking over to the window and close it.
Then she walked back to and sat down facing him on the bed. Seeing MeiZuo dazing again, she smiled and said - "Oh.. Mei Zuo Shao Ye has finally remembered to dry his hair uh? :P"
MeiZuo woke up from his daze- "Uh? Oh! :) Of course la, you think I am stupid or what?! :)"
Then both of them laugh.
Xiao Ting, holding off her laugh - "Hmmm. Guan Jia already told me what had happened this afternoon." Then she paused again and looked at him, just then she shivered due to there is still cold air in the room - "Ahh!!! Cold!" while rubbing her arms.
MeiZuo, snapped back from his daze and pulled up the comforter for her- "Get in la."
Xiao Ting, smiled- "Oh thanks." Walked to the other side of the bed and got in next to him,"but don't you feel cold? Just wearing that short pants, why don't you get in. Otherwise if you catch a cold don't say I didn't warn you. :P"
MeiZuo, smiled - "You haven't even changed one bit :P" but followed what she had said, pulled up the comforter and got in. But soon after he started dazzing again. Upon seeing this, finally Xiao Ting spoke out.
Xiao Ting, tapped his hand- "MeiZuo, do you still remember what we've talked about in Japan a few days ago?"
MeiZuo, snapped back- "Huh?! What?!"
Xiao Ting, smiled- "Hehe.. See... You didn't even listen to what I've said just now. MeiZuo Shao Ye... What's really wrong with you today?"
MeiZuo, turned away his face from her tried hiding it-"Nothing la Vic."
Xiao Ting, smiled- "Ok, ok if you said so." Fluffed the pillow while saying "Wow its so comfy here, I will just make my self comfy here." While laying down and trying to cover her head with the comforter.
MeiZuo, pulled up the comforter- "Ok, ok. I know I can't hide it from you."
Xiao Ting, laying in bed - "Hehe, I am glad you know. Now shoot, what are you waiting for?"
Laying against the head board, MeiZuo took a deep breath-"Xiao Qiao asked for the break up, I mean temporarily break up. She said she wants to give me sometime to think and sort out our feelings towards each other."
Xiao Ting, looking at him surprised- "Oh Really?! And what did you say to her?"
MeiZuo, looked gloomy- "I didn't say much. I just told her that I'm trying my best to save this relationship. But honestly at that time I really couldn't think of anything, my mind was a total blank. Oohhhh...." And he closed his face with both of his hand.
