It was almost nine in the morning, when MeiZuo woke up. Xiao Ting was still sleeping, since they stayed up late last night. He got out from bed and opened the blind looking outside while dazzing.
He told to him self-“I guess Ting is right…. I can’t drag all this problem that far…. I should make a decision soon…. Before I really hurt Xiao Qiao….”
Then he looked at the time-“Hmmm…. Time to work now…. but I really don't feel like going, maybe because I haven't had a day off for weeks… Ting’s right…. I only work and work… and don’t even have time to think about my personal life…” With that thought he walked out of the room came down the stairs to the living room. Guan Jia was waiting for him with the morning paper.
Guan Jia, bowed-“Good Morning Shao Ye…”
MeiZuo, smiled-“Morning….”
Guan Jia-“This is the morning newspaper as you've always asked…. And what would you like for your breakfast Shao Ye?”
MeiZuo, took the newspaper-“Thanks Guan Jia… hmmm…. For breakfast… I think….hmmm…. don’t worry about that…. I think I’ll make it by myself…”
Guan Jia, surprised-“ Huh?! But Shao Ye…. You need to work, don’t you?”
MeiZuo, smiled-“Hmm… I guess I’ll take the day off today….you can leave now…” while picking up the phone, made a phone call to his secretary, then walked in to the kitchen. And for a while he had been busy preparing the breakfast for him and Xiao Ting.
After about thirty minutes, finally Xiao Ting managed to wake up. She couldn’t find MeiZuo in the room. Then she walked down to look for him, she thought maybe he’s in the garden or somewhere dazzing again. But when she came down the stairs, she smelt something good, she was curious so walked toward the kitchen and saw Guan Jia was there.
Xiao Ting, smiled-“Hi…. Are you cooking something?”
Guan Jia, bowed-“Good morning Xiao Ting Xiao Jie…. Actually Shao Ye was cooking just now…”
Xiao Ting, looked around-“Hmm… where is your Shao Ye? You said…..”
Guan Jia, interrupted-“Yeah he was here before, but now I think he’s in the garden, he told me if you woke up, ask you to wait in the dining room, he has prepared the breakfast for you…. I think I’ll let him know that you’ve waken up now.”
Xiao Ting, while walking to the dining room-“Ooh ok…. Just tell him I’ll be waiting there…”
Just in A minute Xiao Ting sat down on the chair, MeiZuo walked in while hiding something on his back.
Xiao Ting, stoop up and looked curious-“Hey…. What’s that on your back?” :)
MeiZuo, smiled and handed her the pink roses-“This…. I just picked it from my garden…”
Xiao Ting, surprised for a while then smiled-“Thank You….Hmmm…. What’s wrong again with our Shao Ye this morning? Last night kept dazzing and this morning feel so happy…..hmmm… have you made up your mind?” sat back on her chair.
MeiZuo, sat down across her-“Hmm…..ok… actually I haven’t made any decision yet….. but I have made my mind clear….. this morning when I woke up…. I was thinking again what had you told me last night…. And I guess you’re right…. I need to make a decision soon….” :P
Xiao Ting, smiled-“Ooh that’s good…. But what is this flower for?”
MeiZuo, smiled-“Ooh…. This is to thank you…. always be here for me whenever I need you…. you are always be a good listener for all of my problem…. And also all this food…. I cooked them by myself…”
Xiao Ting, surprised-“Ooh really? Did you make this scrambled eggs and this fried ham by yourself?” while picking up the food and placed it into her mouth-“Hmmm… taste sooo good…Hmm… Our Shao Ye can cook?” smiled unbelieve.
MeiZuo, smiled-“Of couse la…. Don’t ever underestimate with my cooking k?” stuck his tongue out.
Xiao Ting, smiled-“Hao la…. Hao la…. Hey anyway why are you still here? Don't you need to work?”
MeiZuo, smiled-“Ooh… I’ve called the office earlier, I’m taking the day off….. I was thinking since you’ve been back…I haven’t been a good host…. I only tell you all my problem rather to make you happy…. And anyway your flight is at night…. So we can do something during the day? Hmm… just tell me where do you wanna go or wanna do today and I’ll accompany you….”
Xiao Ting, smiled-“Woow…. You’ve made me flattered…. Hmm… what about we go to Jian Hu Shan Fancy World?”
MeiZuo, surprised-“What?! Jian Hu Shan? Isn't that an Amusement Park for the kids?!”
Xiao Ting, smiled-“Hehe… of course not! I guess you haven't been there in a while uh? Now they have a lot more rides than before and a lot of adults go there too, I've heard they built the world's only G5 roller coaster, It’s suppose to be the best in the world! I just wanna have some fun there…. I haven’t been there in ages…”
MeiZuo, interrupted-“But…. Are you sure we'll be able to make it back? What if you miss your flight tonight? Since you know it’s an hour going and an hour coming back.. only if we don't get stuck in traffic.....”
Xiao Ting, smiled-“Hmmm… Yea.. and if we drive all the way there and then only play for few hours and then have to rush back its no fun... Um..."
Thinking... -"Oh I know! :D I can just have Michelle postpone my return flight to tomorrow, then we won't have to worry about making it back on time! I'll call her before we go.”
MeiZuo-“Ooh ok…. But what about your work then?’
Xiao Ting, smiled-“No problem la…I’d just finished all the stuff before I came back with you…. So now…. should be okay… and beside if there’s something urgent that I need to go back, they’d told me earlier…. Anyway I’ll call back to make sure after this, just to make sure before we go….”
MeiZuo, smiled-“Ooh ok…”
Then they continued their eating. After a while they have done with the breakfast, back to their room, took a shower and ready to go.
