"Maki...give the father of your child a second chance..." Mrs. Horikita said as she caress Maki's back.
"Omma...it's too late now. Even though it came from your mouth, I will never go back to Jaejoong's arms anymore. There is already someone here..." Maki replied as she points on her heart.
"Is that guy in your heart...do you really love him? Or you just wanted to escape the truth that you still love Jaejoong?" Mrs. Horikita asked straightforward. Maki paused.
"No...I really do love Yamapi." Maki replied.
"Your mind can lie. But your heart can't. You know what, I know that your mind is telling you 'no' but your heart tells you 'yes'. Maki, I want the best for you. I want you to be with the guy you truly love, not with the guy you pity. True love will only come once, so don't let it go and just pass you by. Your true love might left you with a sour note before. But your true love's memory stay with you forever, even though you want to escape it, it will always stay there in your heart. Because time will heal all wounds. And if he is your real true love, fate will make a way for the both of you to meet again, and fix everything you had done wrong in the past. And that's your true love - your soul mate." Mrs. Horikita explained.
"Omma, but Jaejoong hurt me so much." Maki replied. Mrs. Horikita just laugh lightly.
"You know, you truly love somebody when they hurt you so badly, but all you can think about it is the times when they made you smile." Mrs. Horikita added. Maki just stare at her cabinet where the floral box is. Where she kept the torn picture of Jaejoong.

[Eight months later]
It's Spring. Summer is approaching. Trees from the cherry blossom trees are saying 'hello' to everybody. Birds are singing at the branches while flowers are smiling at the sun.
A beautiful woman is walking. Her beauty matches the nature. She walks so confidently as she let the spring breeze brush throughout her. Seeing her closing her eyes as she smells the sweet scent of the trees, flowers and fresh air, you can call her a goddess.
"Okaasan? Why are you closing your eyes?" Hero asked his mother, Maki. Maki opens her eyes shyly.
"Oh? Am I? Na, so sorry since your Okaasan is so happy!" Maki replied. Hero looks at Maki confusedly.
"Why are you so happy Okaasan?" Hero asked again. Maki then kneel down so she is in the same height as Hero.
"Because you are now calling me 'Okaasan', also, I am so glad that I know now how it feels to be a mother." Maki replied as she pinches Hero's cheeks.
"I love you so much Okaasan! Also, I love Omma too!" Hero exclaims as he hugs Maki. Maki hugs Hero back.
"I love you too Hero-kun!" Maki said and she kisses Hero's forehead.
"Okaasan, we're going to my daycare right?" Hero asked. Maki nodded.

[At Hero's daycare]
"Hero, Okaasan will come to pick you up later okay? Be good!" Maki said as she kisses Hero's forehead.
As Maki walks away, Hero is waving at her. Maki just waves back as she went on the restaurant where Yamapi told her to meet him.

"Maki!" Yamapi exclaims as he went towards Maki who just enter the door.
"Oh! Yamapi! Am I late?" Maki asked. Yamapi shakes his head saying 'no'.
"Yamapi, what do you want to tell me?" Maki asked.
"Maki, do you still remember what I told you before? That I got a heart transplant. I want to say this to you a long time ago, but I had no chance to say it to you. That's why I call you here for a date." Yamapi explained. Maki smiles.
"I'm willing to listen. Anyways, I had something to tell you too." Maki replied. Yamapi looks at Maki with a meaningful looks.
"The name of my donor is Park Yoochun. I'm not sure about this but, my parents, and the doctor told me that Yoochun is nice. Because before his death, he said sorry to the girl he loves and to his best friend. You know what, I'm not saying this because I have his heart, but honestly, I do believe that he's nice." Yamapi explained. Hearing Yoochun's name, a smile has been drawn on Maki's face.
"That guy, I believe he is a nice guy too. I really do." Maki replied. Yamapi gave a light smile.
"Anyways, what are you going to tell me again?" Yamapi asked. Maki felt nervous. She doesn't know how to start this. But, she has to say this to Yamapi.
"Yamapi...you know Hero right?" Maki asked. Yamapi nodded.
"Hero...Hero is my son." Maki said carefully. Yamapi stopped eating as he gaze at Maki's hazel brown eyes.
"I thought he was your brother?" Yamapi asked curiously.
"No. Hero is my son with my ex-boyfriend. I got pregnant in Korea when I was just 16 years old. Since Omma is highly respected doctor, we decided to move here. Omma planned that I will give birth here privately and after that, she will claim Hero as her son. So, for nearly 7 years now, Hero knew me as his Oneechan. Of course, as a mother, it hurts to me so much that your son knew you as a sister only." Maki paused as she look at the window.
"But, I am happy that Hero knew me as his mother now. What makes me happier is that, Hero accepts me with all his heart." Maki added. Yamapi is still gazing at Maki.
"Maki...you just made me love you more." Yamapi said softly. Maki then turned to Yamapi and gave him a sweet smile.

"Are you sure you don't want to have a ride from me?" Yamapi asked.
"I'm okay. Since I'll go somewhere else after this. Bye Yamapi!" Maki replied. Yamapi went towards Maki and kisses her lips.

Maki went to the daycare to get Hero. On her way, she met Eunmi.
"Hi Ms. Horikita!" Eunmi said as she bow at her. Maki smiles.
"How is your Spring break?" Maki asked.
"Great! How about you?" The cheerful Eunmi replied.
"Great too. Anyways, seems like you look sad. Why is that?" Maki asked curiously. Eunmi lowers her head as she smiles.
"It just happen that I miss Jaejoong oppa so much. He went to Korea 8 months ago. I don't know why, but he told me that, he wanted to leave you alone and Hero now. But also, he stated that he will always love you and Hero." Eunmi explains. Maki lowers her head too. Eunmi then took Maki's hands.
"Ms. Horikita, I'm sorry for what my Jaejoong oppa did to you in the past. But, you know what, honestly, Jaejoong oppa really loves you and Hero so much. He really do." Eunmi added.
"I know it." Maki replied as she smiles at Eunmi. Then, Hero came towards Maki.
"Okaasan!" Hero exclaims as he hug Maki's waist.
"I wanted you to meet someone." Maki said.
"Huh?" Hero asked.
"This is Eunmi. Starting now, you'll call her 'Aunt', okay?" Maki said. Hero then went towards Eunmi and hug her waist too.
"Hi Aunt Eunmi! I'm Hero!" Hero said. Eunmi smiles at Hero widely.
"Nice meeting you Hero!" Eunmi replied.
"Ms. Horikita, thank you." Eunmi said.
"Hero deserves to know his Aunt!" Maki replied. Then, the both of them laugh.

A week had passed. Yamapi didn't call Maki. Maki started getting paranoid that Yamapi might now hate her because of the fact that she already has a son. So, Maki made a move. She calls Yamapi.
"Yamapi? Do you hate me now?" Maki said.
"Of course not! I just wanted to you to make the first move!" Yamapi replied naughtily.
"Are you sure you really don't hate me?" Maki keep insisting.
"Okay. Go to the restaurant where we always eat. I had a surprise for you!" Yamapi said. Then, they both hang up.
"Yamapi...you really like surprises huh?!" Maki said to herself as she went on her closet and grab a dress.

Maki went to the place where Yamapi told her to meet up. As she reach the door, Yamapi is already waiting for her.
"Eh? Why are you here outside?" Maki asked dumbfounded. Yamapi just smiles at he took Maki's hand and hold it.
"I got a surprise for you!" Yamapi said as he lead Maki inside the restaurant. No one is inside the restaurant, even the waiters and waitresses. Just the two of them. Then, Maki saw a tiny little box with a ribbon in it. Maki started getting nervous as Yamapi took it.
"Maki...WILL YOU MARRY ME?" Yamapi asked as he kneel down in front of Maki. Tears are starting to bead in the corner of Maki's eyes.
"Yamapi..." Maki mumbles. Yamapi then stands up and went closer to Maki.
"I'm asking you again. Will you marry me Ms. Horikita?" Yamapi asked, sweeter this time.
"Yamapi...I'm sorry. I can't marry you..." Maki said as she burst out crying. Yamapi just stares at Maki. He didn't notice that he already dropped the box.
"Maki..." Yamapi said as he hold his tears. He doesn't want to look like a loser in front of Maki.
"I have to go now." Maki replied.
"Where are you going?" Yamapi asked as he grabbed Maki's arms.
"I gotta go and find my man..." Maki replied as she went on the door and runaway, leaving Yamapi behind.

Maki runaway. Then, rain starts to fall from the skies. Even though she is already wet, Maki still runs. She needs to find him. She needs to find Jaejoong.
Maki's journey seems like forever. She doesn't know where she will go. The rain becomes heavier and heavier now. After a long run, she decided to go on the park where she and Hero always go.
"I still love you so much Jaejoong! Where are you! I love you so much!" Maki yells as she cries. No one can hear her since no one is around and it's raining. So, Maki just cover her face using her two hands.
After like 15 minutes, Maki noticed that the rain already stopped. But, she can still hear the raindrops. Then, Maki opens her eyes.
"You look so wet now." The guy said. Maki looks at him and she can't believe who she saw. So, she stands up and hugs him tight. She doesn't want to let him go.
"I thought you are in Korea!" Maki exclaims. The guy is Jaejoong.
"I just came back yesterday." Jaejoong replied, as he hugs Maki tightly back.
"How did you know that I'm here?!" Maki asked asked hug became tighter and tighter.
"Well, I want to chill out. Unfortunately, it rains. Then, I saw you while I was walking and I thought I can help you." Jaejoong replied.
"Jaejoong...you can help me. Please, say it to me again." Maki said as she let go of Jaejoong's hug.
"Said what?" Jaejoong asked curiously.
"Tell me you love me again! Because I love you so much..." Maki said. Jaejoong lowers his head. Suddenly, he looks at Maki again and he smirk. Maki sniff. Then, Jaejoong went closer to Maki and captures her lips. Same with her heart.
Jaejoong and Maki kiss passionately under the rain.

It's so sad! I don't wanna say goodbye to this story yet!
