that Hermione will eventually get tired of Malfoy and come
back to him and Harry. Harry didn't think so but he didn't
tell Ron this. Ginny was starting to avoid Harry whenever
she saw him. One day in a Potion lesson, Harry had to work
with Malfoy (Snape put them together)and Harry was sort of
glad of this because he got the chance to talk to Malfoy
and try to find out what's up with him and Hermione."Why
are you starting to be friends with Hermione?"asked
Harry. "None of your business Potter",Malfoy said
cooly. "Are you faking it or not?, asked Harry angrily. "Of
course I'm not faking it Potter! She's actually kinda
pretty without those buck teeth of her's when she had about
a year ago. Harry was so surprised that he was taken
aback. "What are you talking about Draco? You like
Hermione?, asked Harry. "What else do you think I'm talking
about? I'm quite surprised that you didn't fail a year
because I'm starting to realise that you’re pretty stupid!
Of course Dumbledore wouldn't want you to fail",said
Malfoy. After Potions Harry went to tell Ron what Malfoy
just finished telling him. Ron was both surprised and angry
at the same time. Harry knew why he was angry. Ron liked
Hermione. Ron told Harry he liked Hermione about a day ago
after they saw Malfoy and Hermine hanging around each
other. Malfoy seemed really happy about Hermione being his
friend. He probably liked it when Hermione ignores Harry
and Ron, when Hermione can help him with his Potions
homework. Rita Skeeter has been buzzing around after
Hermione had let her go. One day Malfoy gave Harry a copy
of the Daily Prophet. It said,
Last year I had talked about the girl that was cheating with Viktor Krum and the boy who lived, Harry Potter, writes Rita Skeeter. It’s not the ending of that girl, Hermione Granger. It seems like she’s with Draco Malfoy too. A pretty girl name Pansy Parkinson has told me that she can’t see one of them without the other. Meanwhile Viktor Krum seems really upset about this. Hermione Granger has told him that she wants to break up! Who would want to break up with Krum? The world cup hero!She must have something up her sleeve! Harry Potter is also sad! He has cried last night and he said he hates Hermione Granger. He said she had broken up with him too! Now she’s with Malfoy! Who knows when the next break up is?
When Harry finished reading the Daily Prophet, he looked up
at Ron and told him that it was a lie. After Breakfast
Harry went to write to Sirius. He wanted to tell him that
on the Daily Prophet is all a lie. He wanted to talk to
someone at the mean time.
