Chapter 29

Fight

Didn't I say I wouldn't hesitate?

I pulled her off him and she stumbled back with a yelp. I felt all the power coursing through me. This was it. I was going to end it.

Jaejoong smirked.

Mina hissed, "What are you doing?!"

I grabbed Jaejoong by the collar and pushed him back into a wall.

He chuckled.

I didn't yell at him but in a subtle voice, despite all my anger I told him calmy, "Me or her."

He was drinking. I could tell but he seemed in his right mind, I think.

"Get off him!" Mina shrieked from behind me. She grabbed my hair and my shoulders. Yoochun and Junsu came in through the doors laughing until they saw us.

"BoA!" Junsu called as Mina pulled me from Jaejoong and flung me across the room. Yoochun caught me.

I scoffed, "Jaejoong! How could you believe her? That psycho BITCH! She's crazy!"

I was breathing as if I had just sprinted a hundred meters. Air was pouring into my lungs and I exhaled the same amount. I stood up with a firm hand on Yoochun's shoulder and thought: "This is stupid, what girl would fight over a guy?'

I witnessed Jaejoong on the couch with a drink in his hand, grinning to himself.

My real fight wasn't with Jaejoong, it was with Mina and all the bullshit she put me through.

"Stop acting like a spoiled brat!" Mina shouted.

'Oh my god,' I thought, laughing to myself, 'She's for real.'

"Your a bitch," I said and walked over to Jaejoong. I took the drink from his hand and set it aside. I grinned back at him.

With my fingers, I trailed from his shoulders up his neck to his face. He seemed to enjoy it, that jerk. Jaejoong looked more alert and said, "BoA, I'm sorry."

And I slapped him.

I knew it hurt because my hand was throbbing. I walked out of the room and sighed, he deserved more, I suppose. As I walked down the hallway, three guys came out from an alternate hallway.

They cooed, "hey, haven't we met before?"

"You owe me a dance, don't you remember me?" The other snickered. They were the guys from the Winter Formal.

I threw my fist at one and kicked another into the wall. One more came up behind me and grabbed my hands and put it behind my back. His grip was so strong, it felt like my skin was going to rip underneath. I winced in pain and let out a whimper.

"I like it when girls play dirty," he whispered into my ear. He had dark hair and matching eyes. His breath smelled of alcohol.

"Let go!" I screamed.

The man felt my cheek and I whipped my head in the other direction. The ring on his hand gave me a deep cut on my lip and it started bleeding.

Suddenly, I heard the sound of fist hitting flesh and the guy released his grip on me. I turned around and used this opportunity kick him where it really hurt. When the man fell he brought me down with him. My head hit the floor with a sickening sound.

Junsu regained his composure after throwng that punch. He kneeled down and put my arm over his shoulders. "Are you okay?!" Junsu said, his voice reaching high pitches of panic. I grabbed at my hair as the the blinding pain zipped through my head. I couldn't see clearly. We tried to move quickly out of the building before they got up and chased us.

Then I felt the icy breeze on me again. I limped slowly to Yoocun's car as Junsu lead me. He opened the door and made me sit.

"Arg!" Junsu let out a loud growl and kicked the car.

"Hey! Watch the rims!" Yoochun said coming out from the building with Jaejoong slumped over his shoulder. Jaejoong kept a hand at his cheek. Yoochun opened the door to the otherside of the car and dropped Jaejoong in there beside me. Yoochun got into the drivers seat and Junsu was already in the passenger's side.

The car roared to life and my heart beat accelerated. I saw the men stumble out from the bar. My fear was that they'd take out guns and start firing at me, but I was just paranoid and that only happens in movies or fanfics.

I tasted my blood. It was like scrap metal. Then I felt a warm drop roll down my face and drip onto my jacket. I wiped it off so it wouldn't stain. My head was bleeding but right now I felt no pain.

Jaejoong struggled to stay conscious. His toned, slim body was sprawled all over the backseat and I was squished against the door. His head rolled as we went over each bump on the road. He groaned.

I laughed.

The giggling just came out uncontrollably. Why was it so funny? I think I was going crazy.

Junsu stole a glance at us, "Your bleeding!" He opened the glove compartment and handed me a handkerchief. I took it and wiped my forehead. The giggles subsided as I saw the cloth absorb the blood. It was bright red. And It was quite scary actually.

The word: Emergency was bright against the darkness of the night sky. Yoochun pulled up into a parking spot and and then the car doors opened on either side; Junsu was helping Jaejoong out and Yoochun was helping me. I protested, "I don't need to be here! I'm fine!"

"Your getting checked out, that might need stitches." And I gulped.

"Why is he here then? I said on behalf of Jaejoong.

"I think everything will be explained soon." Yoochun assured.

We went into the hospital and sat in the waiting room. Junsu and Yoochun went to the front desk to sign us in.

What a night. Seriously.

I peered over to Jaejoong who was having trouble keeping his head up. His hand was still at his face and I guess it was there during the whole car ride, too. I wasn't going to help him; whatever state he's in right now, he got in himself. His fault. I couldn't understand him, though. He kisses her, then he kisses me then her again. I sighed loudly.

But... I continued watching him, because I couldn't take my eyes off of Jaejoong.

My heart started to hurt.

Jaejoong let out a grunt and angled his head so that he was looking at me. His eyebrows were angled like he was angry and there were beads of sweat on his forehead. What was wrong with him?

"Jae--"

"Didn't...Didn't I tell you, ugh, not to sigh when you're... with me?" His voice was low and rough.

"Jaejoong."

"...No excuses."

"Your drunk." I said and leaned back into the chair and crossed my arms.

Jaejoong chuckled.

-----

Jaejoong and I got separate rooms. The nurse did everything, and I watched her knowing how and why. She poured alcohol into a cloth and dabbed the spot. It hurt like a bitch and I cringed.

After, it turned out, I did need stitches. I felt the needle go in and out. I felt the pulling of my skin; it was the most uncomfortable for me. The nurse applied at white bandage on my forehead and thought that it would be funny if i said I was Harry Potter after it healed. But I really hoped it wouldn't leave a mark.

I got out earlier because there was no Jaejoong in the waiting room where Junsu and Yoochun were.

"Where is he?" I asked.

Yoochun sighed, "He's staying the night."

I scoffed, "What? He had too much to drink? He couldn't handle it?"

Junsu sighed and put a hand on my shoulder, "It's not just the alcohol, BoA. His drink has been spiked and he's getting sick from it."

I felt the fear in me but kept the strong front, "So what? He probably got himself into the trouble."

"BoA," Junsu said, "What Jaejoong was drugged with makes people do weird things."

'Jaejoong drugged? Who... did it?'

"Like what...?" I whispered.

Junsu looked at Yoochun, "I don't know, from what I heard, you don't have any control over your actions..."

Jaejoong kissing Mina?

Or...

Mina kissing Jaejoong.

That fucking bitch; how dare she.
